2. The self-propelled barge provided by the invention is provided with a four-point mooring positioning system, and the relative stability of the position of the self-propelled barge in the oil transportation process can be ensured.
3. The invention adopts two working boat modules, can solve the problem of insufficient power for laying pipelines under complex sea conditions, can realize bidirectional synchronous laying to beaches and oil tankers, and improves the construction efficiency.
4. The hose winch module pipeline laid from the self-propelled barge to the beach terminal module is shorter than the hose winch module pipeline laid from the self-propelled barge to the oil tanker, and at the moment, the self-propelled barge is closer to the beach, the sea surface working condition is better, and the selected barge types are wider in selectable range.
5. The two hose winch modules are respectively arranged at the head end and the tail end of the self-propelled barge, so that the two pipelines are prevented from being intertwined.
6. The hose winch module, the beach terminal and the distribution box are more than two groups, more than two floating pipeline oil conveying channels from sea to shore can be constructed, and the defect of the conveying capacity of the original equipment is overcome.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment provides a modular oil transportation system which is rapidly constructed by using a barge carrier, and as shown in fig. 1, the system comprises a self-propelled barge 1, a work boat module 2, a hose winch module I3, a hose winch module II 4, a beach terminal module 5, a distribution box module 6 and a container pallet 7. The external equipment is a tanker 8, and the tanker 8 has a four-point mooring positioning or dynamic positioning function to ensure the relative stability of the position of the tanker 8 in the oil transportation process.
The self-propelled barge 1 has self-propelled capacity, total tonnage of 1000 plus 2000 and a four-point mooring positioning system. A proper amount of connecting base is welded on the deck surface and used for fixing the packaging tray 7.
As shown in fig. 3, the work boat module 2 is of a modular design, and meets the requirements of the container such as overall size, weight and transportation. The system is used for laying oil transportation pipelines between the self-propelled barge 1 and the beach terminal module 5 and between the self-propelled barge 1 and the oil tanker 8.
As shown in figure 4, the hose winch module I3 and the hose winch module II 4 are both in modular design, meet the requirements of the container on overall dimension, weight, transportation and the like, and are used for providing oil conveying pipelines. Hose winch module I3, hose winch module II 4 pipeline length are different, and hose winch module I3 pipeline length is shorter than hose winch module II 4. The hose winch module I3 is used for laying the self-propelled barge 1 to the beach terminal module 5, and the hose winch module II 4 is used for laying the self-propelled barge 1 to the tanker 8.
As shown in fig. 5, the beach terminal module 5 is a modular design, meets the requirements of the container such as overall dimension, weight and transportation, and is used for being fixed on the beach and providing a conversion joint for the communication between the oil receiving equipment and the oil conveying pipeline.
As shown in fig. 6, the distribution box module 6 is of a modular design, meets the requirements of the container such as external dimension, weight, transportation and the like, and is used for distributing electric energy for each container module, and the power supply of the distribution box module 6 is from the self-propelled barge 1.
As shown in fig. 7, the pallet tray 7 is used to fix each pallet module, and has a length and a width corresponding to those of each pallet module.
The modular oil delivery system is constructed as follows:
a) opening the self-propelled barge 1 to a designated area, and unfolding a self-mooring device to complete four-point mooring and positioning of the barge;
