本发明公开了一种磨削加工中心,包括床身、立柱、可在所述立柱上上下动作的主轴箱、可在所述床身上前后、左右动作的工作台,以及控制系统和润滑系统,所述主轴箱内装有磨削电机,所述磨削电机的输出轴末端装有磨削砂轮,所述立柱上设有两条平行的垂直导轨,两所述垂直导轨之间的立柱上装有垂直丝杠,所述主轴端部两侧一体设置有与所述垂直导轨适配的滑动部,所述主轴端部还设有与所述垂直丝杠啮合的驱动部,所述垂直丝杠上端连接有固定安装在所述立柱上的垂直伺服电机。通过伺服电机和丝杠结构,即可实现砂轮的上下调整和磨削进给,相比现有的油缸结构,极大的降低了成本。

本发明涉及机床领域,特别涉及一种磨削加工中心。
背景技术
磨削加工中心用于对工件表面进行磨削,但是现有的磨削加工中心磨削砂轮的调节和进给是通过油缸来进行的,需要设置液压系统,成本较高,因此有必要对现有技术进行改进和优化。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是如何降低磨削加工中心的成本。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的方案为:
一种磨削加工中心,包括床身、立柱、可在所述立柱上上下动作的主轴箱、可在所述床身上前后、左右动作的工作台,以及控制系统和润滑系统,所述主轴箱内装有磨削电机,所述磨削电机的输出轴末端装有磨削砂轮,所述立柱上设有两条平行的垂直导轨,两所述垂直导轨之间的立柱上装有垂直丝杠,所述主轴端部两侧一体设置有与所述垂直导轨适配的滑动部,所述主轴端部还设有与所述垂直丝杠啮合的驱动部,所述垂直丝杠上端连接有固定安装在所述立柱上的垂直伺服电机。
进一步地,所述机座上设置有纵向导轨和纵向丝杠,以及一个与所述纵向导轨适配和与所述纵向丝杠啮合的横向中间台,所述纵向丝杠一端连接有纵向伺服电机,所述纵向伺服电机通过纵向丝杠驱动所述横向中间台纵向动作,所述工作台通过横向驱动机构可横向移动的安装在所述横向中间台上。
进一步地,所述横向中间台上设置有横向导轨和横向丝杠,所述工作台的下侧与所述横向导轨适配、并与所述横向丝杠啮合,所述横向丝杠的一端连接有横向伺服电机,所述横向伺服电机通过所述横向丝杠驱动所述工作台横向动作。
进一步地,所述磨削砂轮外罩设有砂轮护罩,所述砂轮护罩内设有永磁吸附装置。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:磨削加工时,将待磨削的工件固定在工作台上,然后通过磨削电机驱动磨削砂轮转动,同时通过垂直伺服电机驱动主轴箱上下动作调整磨削砂轮与工件上表面的距离,以便调节磨削深度,然后通过工作台的横向、纵向动作,即可完成对工件表面的完整磨削,这样通过简单的伺服电机和丝杠结构,即可实现砂轮的上下调整和进给动作,相比现有的油缸结构,极大的降低了成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
参照图1-2,一种磨削加工中心,包括床身1、立柱2、可在所述立柱2上上下动作的主轴箱3、可在所述床身1上前后、左右动作的工作台4,所述主轴箱3内装有磨削电机,所述磨削电机的输出轴末端装有磨削砂轮5,所述立柱2上设有两条平行的垂直导轨21,两所述垂直导轨21之间的立柱2上装有垂直丝杠22,所述主轴3端部两侧一体设置有与所述垂直导轨21适配的滑动部31,所述主轴3端部还设有与所述垂直丝杠22啮合的驱动部,所述垂直丝杠22上端连接有固定安装在所述立柱2上的垂直伺服电机23。
磨削加工时,将待磨削的工件固定在工作台4上,然后通过磨削电机驱动磨削砂轮5转动,同时通过垂直伺服电机23驱动主轴箱3上下动作调整磨削砂轮5与工件上表面的距离,以便调节磨削深度,然后通过工作台4的横向、纵向动作,即可完成对工件表面的完整磨削,这样通过简单的伺服电机和丝杠结构,即可实现砂轮5的上下调整和进给动作,相比现有的油缸结构,极大的降低了成本,从而可广泛的应用在本领域。
此外,还包括有润滑系统,润滑系统包括设置在床身1内的润滑液箱、润滑泵和润滑管道,润滑管道从润滑泵连接到主轴箱3上,其末端朝向磨削砂轮5的下表面,以便通过润滑泵从润滑液箱内抽取润滑液,并通过润滑管道喷向磨削砂轮5与工件的接触处,实现磨削加工工程中的润滑、冷却,降低接触处的温度,减小磨削砂轮的磨损。留下的润滑液直接流回润滑液箱,为了防止杂质堵塞润滑泵和润滑管道,润滑液箱上方还设有过滤网。
对于工作台4的纵向动作,机座1上设置有纵向导轨11和纵向丝杠12,以及一个与所述纵向导轨11适配和与所述纵向丝杠12啮合的横向中间台41,所述纵向丝杠12一端连接有纵向伺服电机,所述纵向伺服电机通过纵向丝杠12驱动所述横向中间台41纵向动作,所述工作台4通过横向驱动机构可横向移动的安装在所述横向中间台41上,具体地,横向中间台41上设置有横向导轨42和横向丝杠43,所述工作台4的下侧与所述横向导轨42适配、并与所述横向丝杠43啮合,所述横向丝杠43的一端连接有横向伺服电机44,所述横向伺服电机44通过所述横向丝杠43驱动所述工作台4横向动作。这样通过纵向伺服电机和横向伺服电机44即可驱动工作台4纵向动作和横向动作,以驱动工件相对磨削砂轮5来回动作,完成磨削。
为了防止磨削产生的飞屑向上飞溅,磨削砂轮5外罩设有砂轮护罩51,砂轮护罩51固定在主轴箱3上,砂轮护罩51内还设有永磁吸附装置,以便将铁屑吸附,减少对工作面的影响。

1.一种磨削加工中心,包括床身(1)、立柱(2)、可在所述立柱(2)上上下动作的主轴箱(3)、可在所述床身(1)上前后、左右动作的工作台(4),其特征在于:所述主轴箱(3)内装有磨削电机,所述磨削电机的输出轴末端装有磨削砂轮(5),所述立柱(2)上设有两条平行的垂直导轨(21),两所述垂直导轨(21)之间的立柱(2)上装有垂直丝杠(22),所述主轴(3)端部两侧一体设置有与所述垂直导轨(21)适配的滑动部(31),所述主轴(3)端部还设有与所述垂直丝杠(22)啮合的驱动部,所述垂直丝杠(22)上端连接有固定安装在所述立柱(2)上的垂直伺服电机(23)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磨削加工中心,其特征在于:所述机座(1)上设置有纵向导轨(11)和纵向丝杠(12),以及一个与所述纵向导轨(11)适配和与所述纵向丝杠(12)啮合的横向中间台(41),所述纵向丝杠(12)一端连接有纵向伺服电机,所述纵向伺服电机通过纵向丝杠(12)驱动所述横向中间台(41)纵向动作,所述工作台(4)通过横向驱动机构可横向移动的安装在所述横向中间台(41)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的磨削加工中心,其特征在于:所述横向中间台(41)上设置有横向导轨(42)和横向丝杠(43),所述工作台(4)的下侧与所述横向导轨(42)适配、并与所述横向丝杠(43)啮合,所述横向丝杠(43)的一端连接有横向伺服电机(44),所述横向伺服电机(44)通过所述横向丝杠(43)驱动所述工作台(4)横向动作。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的磨削加工中心,其特征在于:所述磨削砂轮(5)外罩设有砂轮护罩(51),所述砂轮护罩(51)内设有永磁吸附装置。
