黄芪以其补气养血之功，使得正气旺盛，能够显著增加血中白细胞的总数，促进中性粒细胞及巨噬细胞的吞噬功能和杀菌功能，增强免疫能力。当归增强免疫、抗炎、保肝、抗辐射、抗氧化和清除自由基等。五味子对内脏起到调理作用。麦冬能够提高机体免疫，增强抵抗病毒的能力，对多种细菌有抑制作用。杜仲对各个的系统，比如包括免疫系统、循环系统等等，都有一个调节的作用，进一步提高甲鱼的免疫能力。
本发明的甲鱼中草药饲料添加剂，能显著改善甲鱼的脂肪代谢，降低肢脂比和肝脏粗脂肪含量，提高生长速度。
本发明的甲鱼中草药饲料添加剂，能显著提高血清总超氧化物歧化酶；显著降低血清乳酸脱氢酶活力以及丙二醛、甘油三酯、总胆固醇的含量。
本发明的甲鱼中草药饲料添加剂具有清热解毒、抗菌消炎、消食健胃等功效，提高了甲鱼自身抗病及消化能力，增强甲鱼体质。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例进一步阐述本发明。应理解，实施例仅用于说明本发明，而非限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
取甘草3份、当归17份、茯苓6份、白芍5份、白术40份、柴胡5份、陈皮25份、防风43份、黄芪23份、金银花7份、五味子13份、山楂22份、菊花13份、党参5份、麦冬8份、神曲22份、麦芽35份、杜仲11份、肉桂15份分别置于烘箱内在80℃条件下烘干，然后超微粉碎过100目筛，然后将各个中草药组分混合均匀，获得甲鱼中草药饲料添加剂产品1。
实施例2
取甘草5份、当归25份、茯苓8份、白芍12份、白术45份、柴胡8份、陈皮30份、防风37份、黄芪16份、金银花5份、五味子8份、山楂12份、菊花5份、党参3份、麦冬7份、神曲16份、麦芽30份、杜仲15份、肉桂10份分别置于烘箱内在80℃条件下烘干，然后超微粉碎过100目筛，然后将各个中草药组分混合均匀，获得甲鱼中草药饲料添加剂产品2。
实施例3
取甘草11份、当归31份、茯苓15份、白芍17份、白术50份、柴胡11份、陈皮35份、防风33份、黄芪13份、金银花2份、五味子6份、山楂7份、菊花3份、党参1份、麦冬4份、神曲11份、麦芽25份、杜仲18份、肉桂6份分别置于烘箱内在80℃条件下烘干，然后超微粉碎过100目筛，然后将各个中草药组分混合均匀，获得甲鱼中草药饲料添加剂产品3。
测试结果
下面以具体数据来说明本发明的中草药饲料添加剂添加在甲鱼常用饲料中以调节甲鱼脂肪代谢、促生长和增强免疫功能方面的作用。
根据饲料标准(SC/T1047-2001)配制基础饲料，分为四组，一组对照组(基础饲料组)其它三组分别为本发明饲料组，加入有实施例1、实施例2、实施例3获得的中草药饲料添加剂，添加量为饲料总重量的2％。
在千亩湖渔场将18.50g左右的幼年甲鱼饲喂45天，养殖效果见下表1至表3。

从表1至表3的统计结果表明，实施例1至3获得中草药饲料添加剂，能显著改善幼年甲鱼的脂肪代谢，降低肢脂比和肝脏粗脂肪含量，提高生长速度；实施例1至3获得中草药饲料添加剂，能显著提高血清总超氧化物歧化酶；显著降低血清乳酸脱氢酶活力以及丙二醛、甘油三酯、总胆固醇的含量。总之，在甲鱼饲喂过程中，喂养有本发明的中草药添加剂的饲料，对甲鱼的脂肪代谢有调节作用、并对生长有促进作用，能提高甲鱼的免疫力。

1.一种甲鱼中草药饲料添加剂，其特征在于，包括以下原料及其重量份数：甘草2-13份、当归16-35份、茯苓5-19份、白芍4～20份、白术36-72份、柴胡5-11份、陈皮22-37份、防风32-46份、黄芪12-23份、金银花2-7份、五味子6-13份、山楂7～22份、菊花2-13份、党参1-5份、麦冬3-10份、神曲10～23份、麦芽25-37份、杜仲10-18份、肉桂5-15份。
2.如权利要求1所述的甲鱼中草药饲料添加剂，其特征在于，所述甲鱼中草药饲料添加剂包括以下原料及其重量分数：甘草5-10份、当归20-27份、茯苓7-12份、白芍8～13份、白术40-50份、柴胡7-9份、陈皮27-33份、防风37-42份、黄芪15-19份、金银花4-6份、五味子8-11份、山楂10～18份、菊花4-7份、党参2-4份、麦冬5-8份、神曲15～19份、麦芽28-32份、杜仲13-16份、肉桂8-13份。
3.一种甲鱼的中草药饲料，其特征在于：所述甲鱼中草药饲料中添加有权利要求1或2所述甲鱼中草药饲料添加剂，所述甲鱼中草药饲料添加剂的加入量为所述甲鱼中草药饲料的总重量的1-3％。
4.如权利要求3所述的甲鱼的中草药饲料，其特征在于：所述甲鱼中草药饲料添加剂的加入量为所述甲鱼中草药饲料的总重量的1.5-2％。
