技术领域
本发明涉及一种电机,尤其是涉及一种无刷电机及采用该无刷电机的手持式电动工具。
背景技术
在现有的手持式电动工具中分体式无刷电机安装方式是,单独将定子安装在机壳内部,单独将转子也直接安装在机壳内,并通过机壳对转子定位,此外需要额外调整定子与转子之间气隙,由于机壳的变形等原因造成不同批次手持式电动工具的定子和转子之间气隙的不同,无法保证定子和转子的同轴度,造成电机性能不可靠。因此整体装配的电机需求迫切,此外由于电钻、螺丝批、冲击扳手等手持式电动工具小型化的发展趋势,一体式整体装配的电机也需要小型化。
例如,一种无刷电机,包括定子和安装于定子内的转子,其中定子两端设两端盖,定子还包括固定连接两端盖的若干连接件,连接件从定子内部穿过。上述的无刷电机为了使定子轴向定位和径向定位,均需要设置连接前端盖和后端盖的连接件,虽然减小了无刷电机的体积,但增加了制造成本和装配的复杂性。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种装配简单,制造成本较低的无刷电机及采用该无刷电机的手持式电动工具。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种无刷电机,包括:定子,其具有前侧和后侧,定子包括:前绝缘架,位于定子的前侧;后绝缘架,位于定子的后侧;转子,具有前侧和后侧,安装于所述定子内,转子包括:转轴,绕第一轴线转动;前端盖,位于转子的前侧,前端盖安装在前轴承;后端盖,位于转子的后侧,后端盖安装在后轴承;前轴承,安装在转轴前端; 后轴承,安装在转轴后端; 前绝缘架前侧设置有多个第一卡扣部;前端盖沿周向设置有多个第二卡扣部;第一卡扣部与第二卡扣部卡扣连接。后端盖与后绝缘架抵接。
进一步地,所述第一卡扣部为弹勾部,所述第二卡扣部为卡槽。
进一步地,后端盖径向外侧与后绝缘架径向内侧连接。
进一步地,后端盖径向外侧设置多个限位槽;后绝缘架径向内侧具有后内护板,后内护板上设置有多个突起;后绝缘架的突起与后端盖的限位槽抵接以限制后端盖的轴向移动。
一种手持式电动工具,包括:壳体,用于容纳电机;输出轴,能被无刷电机驱动绕第一轴线转动;齿轮箱组件,用于在所述无刷电机和所述输出轴之间实现动力的传递;无刷电机,绕第一轴线旋转;所述无刷电机包括:定子,具有前侧和后侧,定子包括:前绝缘架,位于定子的前侧;后绝缘架,位于定子的后侧;转子,具有前侧和后侧,安装于所述定子内,转子包括:转轴,绕第一轴线转动;前端盖,位于转子的前侧,前端盖安装在前轴承上;后端盖,位于转子的后侧,后端盖安装在后轴承上;前轴承,前端盖安装在前轴承上;后轴承,后端盖安装在后轴承上;前绝缘架前侧设置有多个第一卡扣部;前端盖沿周向设置有多个第二卡扣部;第一卡扣部与第二卡扣部卡扣连接;后端盖与后绝缘架抵接。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
为了方便清楚的说明技术方案的内容,作出以下定义:定义第一轴线方向以及与第一轴线平行的方向为轴向,定义以第一轴线为中心轴的圆周方向为周向,定义以第一轴线为中心轴的圆周方向的半径方向为径向,还定义沿第一轴线由电机指向输出轴的方向为前、相反的方向为后。
为了方便说明,手持式电动工具以一个电钻作为实例;当然手持式电动工具也可以是其他手持式电动工具,比如螺丝批、或者兼具螺丝批和电钻功能的多功能工具;这些工具也可能用来切割工件,比如往复锯、圆锯、曲线锯;这些工具也可能是园林类工具,比如修枝机和链锯。
请参考图1,手持式电动工具1,包括无刷电机2、壳体3、齿轮箱组件4、开关5及输出轴6。无刷电机2与齿轮箱组件4设置在壳体3形成的容纳空间内,无刷电机2包括能绕第一轴线101转动的转轴23。齿轮箱组件4设置于无刷电机2与输出轴6之间,齿轮箱组件4用于在无刷电机2和输出轴6之间实现力的传递,开关5用于控制无刷电机2的转动,输出轴6用于输出动力。
请参考图2和图3,无刷电机2包括定子10和安装于定子10内的转子20。其中定子10具有前侧和后侧,定子10包括前绝缘架11、后绝缘架12、硅钢片组13及线圈14。前绝缘架11位于定子10的前侧,后绝缘架12位于定子10的后侧;硅钢片组13为筒状,其由多个硅钢片层压形成。请参考图4和图5,前绝缘架11包括有一体形成的第一绝缘基环111,以及呈径向方向上设置于第一绝缘基环111内壁上的多个第一绝缘绕线架112,第一绝缘绕线架112还包括第一连接板112A以及固定于设置于第一连接板内侧的前内护板112B,第一护板112B沿周向分布,每个前内护板112B之间具有相等的间距。
前绝缘架11的前侧还具有多个第一卡扣部,具体地第一卡扣部可以为弹勾部115,在外力的作用下,每个弹勾部115能够发生弹性形变。前绝缘架11的后侧突出设置有多个与硅钢片组13的插槽嵌合的第一嵌合部113,第一嵌合部113的内侧具有沿轴向延伸的第一凹槽114,其中第一凹槽114用于线圈14缠绕在第一绝缘绕线线架112上。本实施例中,第一嵌合部113的数量为6个。
请参考图6至图7,后绝缘架12包括有一体形成的第二绝缘基环121,以及呈径向方向上设置于第二绝缘基环121内壁上的多个第二绝缘绕线架122,后绝缘架12的前侧突出设置有与硅钢片组13的插槽嵌合的第二嵌合部123,第二嵌合部123的内侧具有沿轴向延伸的第二凹槽124。本实施例中,第二嵌合部123的数量为6个。第二绝缘绕线架122包括第二连接板122A以及固定于设置于第二连接板122A内侧的后内护板122B,每个后内护板122B之间具有相等的间距。后内护板122B的径向内侧具有沿第二绝缘基环121周向延伸的突起122C,每个突起122C之间具有相等的间距。
组装时,前绝缘架11的第一嵌合部113和后绝缘架12的第二嵌合部123沿轴向套入硅钢片组13的凹槽中,线圈14将前绝缘架11和后绝缘架12分别与硅钢片组13缠绕在一起,形成定子10。
如图3所示,转子20具有前侧和后侧,转子20包括前端盖21、后端盖22、转轴23、前轴承24及后轴承25。前轴承24安装在前端盖21内,后轴承25安装在后端盖22内。转子20的转轴23的前端安装有前轴承24,转子20的转轴23的后端安装有后轴承25。
前端盖21的外表面沿周向设置多个第二卡扣部,具体地第二卡扣部可以为卡槽211,每个卡槽211之间周向具有相等的间距。为了使定子在前轴承24处定位,将前端盖21安装在前轴承24上,然后将前绝缘架11安装在前端盖21上,第二卡扣部与第一卡扣部卡扣连接,具体地,前绝缘架11的前侧的弹勾部115与前端盖21径向外表面上的卡槽211卡扣连接,以此将前绝缘架11定位在前端盖21上。
后端盖22与后绝缘架12抵接,具体实施方式请参考图8至图9,后端盖22的外表面均布多个限位槽221,每个限位槽221之间具有相等的间距。为了使定子10在后轴承25处定位,当将后绝缘架12安装在后端盖22上时,后端盖22径向外侧与后绝缘架12径向内侧连接,具体地,后内护板122B径向内侧的突起122C与后端盖22径向外表面上的限位槽221抵接,通过凸起122C限制设有限位槽的后端盖22的轴向移动。
同时,为了使后端盖22与后绝缘架12安装时精确对准,在后端盖22的径向外侧的沿周向还均布设置多个沿轴向延伸的导向柱222,当后端盖22与后绝缘架12接触时,导向柱222沿着后绝缘架12的后内护板122上的第二凹槽124定位。
参考图1,风扇30压配在转轴23上,为了使后端盖22轴向固定牢固,在风扇30的前端面设置环形槽31,在后端盖22的后侧设置环形突起223,安装时,环形突起223与环形槽31配合接触。
参考图2,为了使前端盖21与前绝缘架11紧密配合,将固定环套40套设在前端盖21和前绝缘架11的径向外表面。手持式电动工具1组装时,先组装无刷电机2,待无刷电机2装配完毕后,将无刷电机2整个安装到手持式电动工具1中。
其中,无刷电机2的装配方法如下:
1)前绝缘架11的第一嵌合部113和后绝缘架12的第二嵌合部123沿轴向套入硅钢片组13的凹槽中,线圈14将前绝缘架11和后绝缘架12分别与硅钢片组13缠绕在一起,形成定子10;
2)将后端盖22压入安装到转轴上的后轴承25上,将后端盖22与转子20一起沿轴向方向插入定子10内,直到,后内护板122B内侧的突起122C与后端盖22外侧的限位槽221连接;
3)将前端盖21压入到安装在转轴23上的前轴承24上,直到前绝缘架11的前侧的弹勾部114与前端盖21外侧的卡槽211卡扣连接。
由于本发明的后端盖22外侧与后绝缘架12内侧连接,前端盖21外侧与前绝缘架11内侧卡扣连接,一方面减少了一体式电机的零件数量,简化了装配过程,制造成本较低,另一方面使得一体式电机的定子和转子的同轴度高。

Claims (5)
1.一种无刷电机,包括:
定子,其具有前侧和后侧,定子包括:
前绝缘架,位于定子的前侧;
后绝缘架,位于定子的后侧;
转子,具有前侧和后侧,安装于所述定子内,转子包括:
转轴,绕第一轴线转动;
风扇,被配置为压配在所述转轴上;
前轴承,安装在转轴前端;
后轴承,安装在转轴后端;
前端盖,位于转子的前侧,前端盖安装在前轴承;
后端盖,位于转子的后侧,后端盖安装在后轴承并与后绝缘架抵接;
其特征在于,还包括:
固定环套,套设在所述前端盖和所述前绝缘架的径向外表面;
前绝缘架前侧设置有多个第一卡扣部;
前端盖沿周向设置有多个第二卡扣部;
第一卡扣部与第二卡扣部卡扣连接;
所述第一卡扣部为弹勾部,所述第二卡扣部为卡槽;所述弹勾部能够发生弹性形变;
所述前端盖的外侧与所述前绝缘架的内侧卡扣连接;
所述后端盖径向外侧与后绝缘架径向内侧连接;
所述风扇的前端面设置环形槽,在所述后端盖的后侧设置环形突起,所述环形突起与所述环形槽配合接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的无刷电机,其特征在于:
后端盖径向外侧设置多个限位槽;
后绝缘架径向内侧具有后内护板,后内护板上设置有多个突起;
后绝缘架的突起与后端盖的限位槽抵接以限制后端盖的轴向移动。
3.一种手持式电动工具,包括:
壳体,用于容纳电机;
输出轴,能被无刷电机驱动绕第一轴线转动;
齿轮箱组件,用于在所述无刷电机和所述输出轴之间实现动力的传递;
无刷电机,绕第一轴线旋转;
所述无刷电机包括:
定子,具有前侧和后侧,定子包括:
前绝缘架,位于定子的前侧;
后绝缘架,位于定子的后侧;
转子,具有前侧和后侧,安装于所述定子内,转子包括:
转轴,绕第一轴线转动;
风扇,被配置为压配在所述转轴上;
前轴承,前端盖安装在前轴承上;
后轴承,后端盖安装在后轴承上;
前端盖,位于转子的前侧,前端盖安装在前轴承上;
后端盖,位于转子的后侧,后端盖安装在后轴承上并与后绝缘架抵接;
其特征在于,还包括:
固定环套,套设在所述前端盖和所述前绝缘架的径向外表面;
前绝缘架前侧设置有多个第一卡扣部;
前端盖沿周向设置有多个第二卡扣部;
第一卡扣部与第二卡扣部卡扣连接;
所述第一卡扣部为弹勾部,所述第二卡扣部为卡槽;所述弹勾部能够发生弹性形变;
所述前端盖的外侧与所述前绝缘架的内侧卡扣连接;
所述后端盖径向外侧与后绝缘架径向内侧连接;
所述风扇的前端面设置环形槽,在所述后端盖的后侧设置环形突起,所述环形突起与所述环形槽配合接触。
4.权利要求3所述的手持式电动工具,其特征在于:
后端盖径向外侧设置多个限位槽;
后绝缘架径向内侧具有后内护板,后内护板上设置有多个突起;
后绝缘架的突起与后端盖的限位槽抵接以限制后端盖的轴向移动。
5.如权利要求3所述的手持式电动工具,其特征在于,所述手持式电动工具为电钻、冲击扳手之一。
