Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a specific application scenario of another information management method proposed in the present application, where the method includes the following steps:
301. and analyzing the work content of the first post to obtain the function identification of the first post.
For example, the work content of the first position is analyzed, the work content of the first position is a writing project application, and the function identifier of the first position is "writing project application".
302. And analyzing the work content of the second post to obtain the function identification of the second post.
For example, the work content of the second post is analyzed, the work content of the second post is an audit project application form, and the function identifier of the second post is "project application form audit".
303. And establishing a position relation graph based on the function identification of the first position and the function identification of the second position.
For example, the function of the first position is identified as "project application writing", and the function of the second position is identified as "project application review". The function identifier of the first post may be a function content identifier of the first post and a service requirement identifier of the first post, the function content identifier of the first post may be "responsible for writing a project application", and the service requirement identifier of the first post may be "requiring a second post to check the project application". The function identifier of the second post may be a responsibility content identifier of the second post and a service requirement identifier of the second post, the responsibility content identifier of the second post may be "responsible for checking a project application", and the service requirement identifier of the second post may be "needing to guide and check the first post to write the project application". The position relation graph can be a business relation between the first position and the second position, and the business relation can be 'writing-auditing'.
304. And analyzing the work condition of the first employee corresponding to the first post to obtain the work style label of the first employee.
For example, the work status of a first employee corresponding to the first post is analyzed, and the work status of the employee may be: the leader needs the first employee to provide a piece of information, and by sending the mail, the leader proposes that the relevant information is needed in the afternoon of the day when the mail is sent, the first employee can confirm that the information can be provided immediately when the mail is replied to indicate that the requirement is received, but the leader receives the relevant information in the afternoon after the next day, the work style of the first employee can be recorded as 'chronic son', and the work style label of the first employee is 'chronic son'.
305. And adding the working style label of the first employee corresponding to the first post into the post relation graph to obtain a post working graph.
For example, the work style label "chronic child" of the first employee corresponding to the first post is added to the post relation graph to obtain the post work graph.
306. And sending the post working diagram to a target employee.
For example, the post work sheet is sent to the target employee whose target post "Process personnel" is in the post work sheet.
307. And analyzing the target post of the target employee to obtain the business relationship of the target post in the post working diagram.
For example, a target post "flow person" of a target employee is analyzed, and the work content of the target post is "official submission in charge of a project application form", so that the target post needs to submit a formal project application form to the official after the first post and the second post complete formal writing of the project application form. The business relationship between the target position and the first position is a first business relationship, and the business relationship between the target position and the second position is a second business relationship.
308. And analyzing and obtaining the priority of the first business relation and the second business relation.
For example, because the first post is responsible for writing the project application, the second post is responsible for reviewing the project application, and the second post has a higher authority for final finalization of the project application than the first post. And the preset evaluation standard is 'project application manuscript setting authority', so the priority of the second business relation is before the first business relation.
309. And sending prompt information to the target staff based on the priority.
For example, because the second post has a greater authority for the finalization of the project application than the first post, and the target post needs to submit the finalized project application to the official, the priority of the second business relationship is before the first business relationship, and the server sends a prompt message to the target employee, where the prompt message is used to prompt the target employee to preferentially listen to the opinion of the second post when confirming whether the finalization and submission of the project application are completed.
The information management method in the embodiment of the application can be realized by a common server or a distributed decentralized server of a block chain platform, and the specific application is selected according to the requirements of an implementer. For example, the distributed decentralized server of the blockchain platform analyzes the work content of the first post to obtain the function identifier of the first post; and analyzing the work content of the second post to obtain the function identification of the second post. And the distributed decentralized server of the block chain platform establishes a post relation graph based on the function identifier of the first post and the function identifier of the second post, analyzes the work condition of the first employee corresponding to the first post, and obtains the work style label of the first employee. And adding the working style label of the first employee corresponding to the first post into the post relation graph by a distributed decentralized server of the block chain platform to obtain a post working graph, and sending the post working graph to target block chain node equipment, wherein the target block chain node equipment corresponds to the target employee. And analyzing the target post of the target employee by the distributed decentralized server of the block chain platform to obtain the business relationship of the target post in the post working diagram, and analyzing and obtaining the priority of the first business relationship and the second business relationship. And the distributed decentralized server of the block chain platform sends prompt information to the target block chain node equipment based on the priority.
By implementing the embodiment of the application, new employees can be effectively helped to quickly become familiar with the working content and the working style of colleagues after entering work, so that the purposes of quickly developing business and merging new working teams are achieved.
