Abstract

本发明提供了一种新结构发电机,包括定子和转 子两部分,定子的线槽截面为矩形,齿的截面为扇形; 转子磁扼及其上敷设的永磁极沿转子轴向开有缝隙; 定子线圈绕组为不同截矩的开环、方波形。本发明体 积、重量减少,减少铜和矽钢片用量,提高了发电机效 率。

Description

本发明涉及一种特种绕组、多极、永磁发电机。特别适用于变频发电机。
现有技术的发电机在结构上存在一些缺陷,如:电枢铁心线槽大,有效磁通量小;线圈内阻大,耗电多,易发热;定子绕组端部较长,并相互叠压;转子涡流损耗较大等等,对发电机的输出功率,材料耗损,体积大小都产生了较大的局限性,因此限制了发电机的使用范围。
本发明的目的在于提供一种体积小,输出功率大,节省材料的新发电机。
本发明在原有发电机的定子,转子结构的基础上进行了改良。把定子的线槽截面制作为矩形,齿的截面制作为扇形,这样增大了电枢铁心的有效面积,提高了总有效磁通量。定子线圈绕组为不同截矩的开环方波形,这样一则减小端部线圈的长度,同时减小了线圈绕组的内阻。转子磁扼上敷设有永磁磁极,并沿转子轴向在转子磁扼及其永磁磁极上开有缝隙,缝隙使发电机的铁损大大减少,提高了使用效率。
定子的槽齿数均为3的整倍数,齿数与转子磁极数为3的整倍数。转子上敷设的永磁磁极之间距离等于定子上一个槽的宽度。转子上敷设永磁磁极的厚度为其转子与定子之间气隙的7-8倍,转子上敷设的永磁磁极的两端制成楔形,用粘合剂固定在转子表面,楔形部分被转子的包边扣死,被扣部分不超过磁极厚度的四分之一。转子磁扼及永磁磁极沿转子轴向开通的缝隙长度大于永磁磁极轴向长度的二分之一。转子磁扼及永磁磁极,沿转子轴向开通的缝隙为宽度为0.1MM。一套绕组分别按照不同截矩镶嵌在定子线槽中,定子上每12个线槽为一最小单元,单元之间的绕组可串联、并联或混联。多套绕组重叠多层镶嵌在相同位置的线槽内,各绕组之间可串联、并联或混联。三相绕组分别移位镶嵌在定子线槽内。定子线槽内每层绕组线圈为单根导线。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有体积小,制造工艺简单,节省材料,提高发电机效率等优点。
图1是本发明的横截面剖视图。
图2是本发明定子绕组线圈的展开图。
图3是本发明转子及其永磁磁极的结构图。
如图1所示,本发明包括定子1和转子5两大部分,定子1上的截面3为矩形,定子1上齿2截面为扇形。定子绕组线圈4镶嵌在线槽3内,线圈结构为开环方波形,每层线圈绕组4为单根导线。定子1上的线槽3和齿2的数量为3的整倍数,齿数为转子磁极数的3整倍数。转子5上敷设有永磁极片6,永磁极片6之间有间隔距离7,每一永磁极片6与转子5上的磁扼开缝隙8。转子5为空心构架9,转子5的轴10与动力机传动连接。当动力机带动转子旋转时,发电机开始启动发电,向负载输出功率。图2是本发明定子线圈绕组的展开图。定子绕组线圈形状为开环方波,一套A,B,C绕组,具有不同的截矩,它们分别按照不同截矩镶嵌在定子线槽中,定子上每12个线槽为最小单元,单元之间的绕组根据不同需要可以串联、并联或混联。多套绕组可以重叠镶嵌在相同位置槽内,各绕组之间可串联、并联或混联,三相绕组分别移位镶嵌在定子线槽内,得到三相发电机的三相输出。转子上的磁极按照N-S-N-S的规律排列。图3中的转子结构,转子5上敷设的永磁磁极6与转子磁扼,沿转子5的轴向开有缝隙8,缝隙8的长度大于永磁磁极6轴向长度的二分之一,缝隙8的宽度为0.1MM,。转子5上敷设的永磁磁极6相互之间的距离等于定子上的一个槽的宽度。永磁磁极6的厚度为其转子与定子之间气隙的7-8倍。永磁磁极6两端制成楔形,用粘合剂固定在转子5表面,楔形部分被转子5的包边扣死,被扣部分不超过磁极厚度的四分之一。
本发明的发电机,与功率相同的常规发电机相比,重量和体积可以大为减少,采用的特种绕组使铜线的使用量大大减少,并由于内阻极小,发电机的外部特性非常好,当负载变化时,而发电机的输出电压几乎不变,过载能力强。

Claims (11)

1、一种新结构发电机,由定子、转子组成,其特征在于定子的线槽截面为矩形,齿的截面为扇形;转子磁扼及其上敷设的永磁极沿转子轴向开有缝隙;定子绕组线圈为不同截矩的开环、方波形。
2、根据权利要求1所述的发电机,其特征在于定子的槽齿数均为3的整倍数,齿数为转子磁极数3的整倍数。
3、根据权利要求1所述的发电机,其特征在于转子上敷设的永磁磁极之间距离等于定子上一个槽的宽度。
4、根据权利要求3所述的发电机,其特征在于转子上敷设永磁磁极的厚度为其转子与定子之间气隙的7-8倍。
5、根据权利要求4所述的发电机,其特征在于转子上敷设的永磁磁极的两端制成楔形,用粘合剂固定在转子表面,楔形部分被转子的包边扣死,被扣部分不超过磁极厚度的四分之一。
6、根据权利要求1或3或4或5所述的发电机,其特征在于转子磁扼及永磁磁极沿转子轴向开通的缝隙长度大于永磁磁极轴向长度的二分之一。
7、根据权利要求6所述的发电机,其特征在于转子磁扼及永磁磁极,沿转子轴向开通的缝隙为宽度为0.1MM。
8、根据权利要求1所述的发电机,其特征在于一套绕组分别按照不同截矩镶嵌在定子线槽中,定子上每12个线槽为一最小单元,单元之间的绕组可串联、并联或混联。
9、根据权利要求8所述的发电机,其特征在于多套绕组重叠多层镶嵌在相同位置的线槽内,各绕组之间可串联、并联或混联。
10、根据权利要求8或9所述的发电机,其特征在于三相绕组分别移位镶嵌在定子线槽内。
11、根据权利要求8所述的发电机,其特征在于定子线槽内每层绕组线圈为单根导线。
