Abstract
本发明涉及汽车刹车片制造技术领域,是一种纳米材料改性汽车刹车片,由下述重量份原料组成:酚醛树脂15‑20,纳米硅酸钙2‑5,纳米碳酸钙2‑5,锡粉5‑10,碳纳米管0.1‑0.5,纳米石墨0.2‑2,硅灰棉1‑3,碳纤维0.1‑1,石墨粉10‑20,铁粉5‑10;制备时,将酚醛树脂、纳米碳酸钙、纳米硅酸钙、纳米石墨以及碳纤维加入混料机中混料,再将碳纳米管、锡粉、硅灰棉、石墨粉、铁粉依次加入混料机中混料;混料结束后将混合好的物料置于刹车片模具中,在130‑160℃下热压成型,出模,再于100‑240℃下热处理,冷却至室温,包装,即得;本发明制备的汽车刹车片具有稳定的摩擦系数,优良的抗热震性和高温摩擦性能,并且材料磨损率低,机体抗老化性能强。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于刹车片制造技术领域,具体是一种纳米材料改性汽车刹车片。
背景技术
刹车片在汽车的刹车系统中属于最关键的安全制动零件,刹车效果的好坏都是刹车片起决定性作用,刹车片一般由钢板、粘接隔热层和摩擦块构成,其中隔热层是由不传热的材料组成,目的是隔热。摩擦块由摩擦材料、粘合剂组成,刹车时被挤压在刹车盘或刹车鼓上产生摩擦,从而达到车辆减速刹车的目的。由于摩擦作用,摩擦块会逐渐被磨损,一般来讲成本越低的刹车片磨损得越快。摩擦材料使用完后要及时更换刹车片,否则钢板与刹车盘就会直接接触,最终会丧失刹车效果并损坏刹车盘,从而造成难以想象的后果。
现有的摩擦材料市场中,刹车片分为石棉刹车片和半金属刹车片。石棉刹车片中因为石棉具有致癌的危害,该类型的刹车片逐渐再被市场淘汰;而半金属刹车片因为其中含有金属物质,在制动时很容易对对偶产生损伤,存在较大的制动危害的同时也使其寿命较短。
因此,研发一种新型的刹车片,对其性能提升,对提高汽车刹车系统的稳定性很有帮助。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对目前现有的刹车片面临被淘汰或性能不稳定,在制动时容易产生潜在的制动危害的问题,提供一种纳米材料改性汽车刹车片。
本发明的一种纳米材料改性汽车刹车片,由下述重量份原料组成:
酚醛树脂 15-20 纳米硅酸钙 2-5
纳米碳酸钙 2-5 锡粉 5-10
碳纳米管 0.1-0.5 纳米石墨 0.2-2
硅灰棉 1-3 碳纤维 0.1-1
石墨粉 10-20 铁粉 5-10;
制备时,将酚醛树脂、纳米碳酸钙、纳米硅酸钙、纳米石墨以及碳纤维加入混料机中混料,再将碳纳米管、锡粉、硅灰棉、石墨粉、铁粉依次加入混料机中混料;混料结束后将混合好的物料置于刹车片模具中,在130-160℃下热压成型,出模,再于100-240℃下热处理,冷却至室温,包装,即得。
本发明的一种纳米材料改性汽车刹车片,其优选配方由下述重量份原料组成:
酚醛树脂 18 纳米硅酸钙 3
纳米碳酸钙 3 锡粉 7
碳纳米管 0.3 纳米石墨 1.2
硅灰棉 2 碳纤维 0.5
石墨粉 15 铁粉 8。
本发明采用三种纳米材料及碳纳米管对刹车材料进行改进,极大的提高了其抗热震性和高温摩擦性能,采用铁粉和锡粉,增强了其耐磨性能和抗老化性能。本发明制备的汽车刹车片具有稳定的摩擦系数,优良的抗热震性和高温摩擦性能,并且材料磨损率低,机体抗老化性能强。

本实施例的一种纳米材料改性汽车刹车片,由下述重量份原料组成:
酚醛树脂 18 纳米硅酸钙 3
纳米碳酸钙 3 锡粉 7
碳纳米管 0.3 纳米石墨 1.2
硅灰棉 2 碳纤维 0.5
石墨粉 15 铁粉 8;
制备时,将酚醛树脂、纳米碳酸钙、纳米硅酸钙、纳米石墨以及碳纤维加入混料机中混料,再将碳纳米管、锡粉、硅灰棉、石墨粉、铁粉依次加入混料机中混料;混料结束后将混合好的物料置于刹车片模具中,在130-160℃下热压成型,出模,再于100-240℃下热处理,冷却至室温,包装,即得。

1.一种纳米材料改性汽车刹车片,其特征在于由下述重量份原料组成:
酚醛树脂 15-20 纳米硅酸钙 2-5
纳米碳酸钙 2-5 锡粉 5-10
碳纳米管 0.1-0.5 纳米石墨 0.2-2
硅灰棉 1-3 碳纤维 0.1-1
石墨粉 10-20 铁粉 5-10;
制备时,将酚醛树脂、纳米碳酸钙、纳米硅酸钙、纳米石墨以及碳纤维加入混料机中混料,再将碳纳米管、锡粉、硅灰棉、石墨粉、铁粉依次加入混料机中混料;混料结束后将混合好的物料置于刹车片模具中,在130-160℃下热压成型,出模,再于100-240℃下热处理,冷却至室温,包装,即得。
