本发明涉及汽车刹车片制造技术领域,是一种金属基复合材料汽车刹车片,由下述重量份原料组成:铜粉50‑60,铁粉10‑20,钛粉2‑5,氧化铝5‑10,双氰基丙烯酸酯4‑6,纳米石墨2‑5,白炭黑2‑4,碳纤维0.1‑1,石墨粉10‑20,硬脂酸正丁酯4‑8,碳纳米管4‑8,硅灰石纤维4‑8;制备时,先将铜粉、铁粉、钛粉、硬脂酸正丁酯放入球磨机中球磨,再加入剩余原料放入混料机中混料;再将物料置于刹车片模具中冷压成型,然后放入烧结炉中在900‑1200℃下保温烧结1‑3小时,出模,冷却,包装,即得;本发明制备的汽车刹车片具有稳定的摩擦系数,优良的力学性能和耐高温摩擦性能,硬度适中,寿命较长。

一种金属基复合材料汽车刹车片
技术领域
本发明属于刹车片制造技术领域,具体是一种金属基复合材料汽车刹车片。
背景技术
刹车片在汽车的刹车系统中属于最关键的安全制动零件,刹车效果的好坏都是刹车片起决定性作用,刹车片一般由钢板、粘接隔热层和摩擦块构成,其中隔热层是由不传热的材料组成,目的是隔热。摩擦块由摩擦材料、粘合剂组成,刹车时被挤压在刹车盘或刹车鼓上产生摩擦,从而达到车辆减速刹车的目的。由于摩擦作用,摩擦块会逐渐被磨损,一般来讲成本越低的刹车片磨损得越快。摩擦材料使用完后要及时更换刹车片,否则钢板与刹车盘就会直接接触,最终会丧失刹车效果并损坏刹车盘,从而造成难以想象的后果。
现有的摩擦材料市场中,刹车片分为石棉刹车片和半金属刹车片。石棉刹车片中因为石棉具有致癌的危害,该类型的刹车片逐渐再被市场淘汰;而半金属刹车片因为其中含有金属物质,在制动时很容易对对偶产生损伤,存在较大的制动危害的同时也使其寿命较短。
因此,研发一种新型的刹车片,对其性能提升,对提高汽车刹车系统的稳定性很有帮助。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对目前现有的石棉刹车片和半金属刹车片面临被淘汰或性能不稳定,在制动时容易产生潜在的制动危害的问题,提供一种金属基复合材料汽车刹车片。
本发明的一种金属基复合材料汽车刹车片,由下述重量份原料组成:
铜粉 50-60 铁粉 10-20
钛粉 2-5 氧化铝 5-10
双氰基丙烯酸酯 4-6 纳米石墨 2-5
白炭黑 2-4 碳纤维 0.1-1
石墨粉 10-20 硬脂酸正丁酯 4-8
碳纳米管 4-8 硅灰石纤维 4-8;
制备时,先将铜粉、铁粉、钛粉、硬脂酸正丁酯放入球磨机中球磨1小时,然后加入剩余原料放入混料机中混料;混料结束后将混合好的物料置于刹车片模具中,600-700MPa压力下保压2-3分钟冷压成型,然后放入烧结炉中在900-1200℃下保温烧结1-3小时,出模,冷却至室温,包装,即得。

铜粉 55 铁粉 15
钛粉 4 氧化铝 8
双氰基丙烯酸酯 5 纳米石墨 4
白炭黑 3 碳纤维 0.5
石墨粉 15 硬脂酸正丁酯 6
碳纳米管 6 硅灰石纤维 6。
本发明金属基复合材料刹车片,以铜粉为基础,以双氰基丙烯酸酯、硬脂酸正丁酯为结合剂,添加了铁粉、钛粉、氧化铝、纳米石墨、石墨、白炭黑、硅灰石纤维、碳纳米管、碳纤维等成分对原料进行改性,制得的复合材料具有优良的力学性能。本发明制备的汽车刹车片具有稳定的摩擦系数,优良的抗热震性和高温摩擦性能,并且材料磨损率低,机体抗老化性能强。

本实施例的一种金属基复合材料汽车刹车片,由下述重量份原料组成:
铜粉 55 铁粉 15
钛粉 4 氧化铝 8
双氰基丙烯酸酯 5 纳米石墨 4
白炭黑 3 碳纤维 0.5
石墨粉 15 硬脂酸正丁酯 6
碳纳米管 6 硅灰石纤维 6;
制备时,先将铜粉、铁粉、钛粉、硬脂酸正丁酯放入球磨机中球磨1小时,然后加入剩余原料放入混料机中混料;混料结束后将混合好的物料置于刹车片模具中,600-700MPa压力下保压2-3分钟冷压成型,然后放入烧结炉中在900-1200℃下保温烧结1-3小时,出模,冷却至室温,包装,即得。

铜粉 50-60 铁粉 10-20
钛粉 2-5 氧化铝 5-10
双氰基丙烯酸酯 4-6 纳米石墨 2-5
白炭黑 2-4 碳纤维 0.1-1
石墨粉 10-20 硬脂酸正丁酯 4-8
碳纳米管 4-8 硅灰石纤维 4-8;
制备时,先将铜粉、铁粉、钛粉、硬脂酸正丁酯放入球磨机中球磨1小时,然后加入剩余原料放入混料机中混料;混料结束后将混合好的物料置于刹车片模具中,600-700MPa压力下保压2-3分钟冷压成型,然后放入烧结炉中在900-1200℃下保温烧结1-3小时,出模,冷却至室温,包装,即得。
