本发明提供一种轻型高转速圆柱滚子轴承用实体保持架,由保持架座和保持架盖构成,所述的保持架座和保持架盖为分体式自铆连接,所述的保持架座是由架圈上接有若干个架梁构成,每两相邻架梁与架圈、保持架盖之间围成的空间为保持架的兜孔,其特征在于:所述的架梁外侧径向设有平底V型槽,所述的平底V型槽的长度大于架梁长度的1/3、小于架梁长度的1/2。具有降低保持架的重量、减少了保持架兜孔与滚动体的接触面积、有利于将轴承空间内的润滑剂引导到滚道表面,提高轴承润滑等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用于高转速下圆柱滚子用实体保持架,特别是关于一种轻型高转速圆柱滚子轴承用实体保持架。
背景技术
黄铜实体保持架因其良好的高抗拉强度,且不受润滑剂的约束,被广泛应用于现代轴承工业中,但黄铜的价格昂贵,尤其对于圆柱滚子轴承来说,其保持架的体积几乎占据空间的一半,其价格尤其昂贵,且重量过大的保持架限制滚动体的旋转,降低轴承的传动效率。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的是提供一种轻型高转速圆柱滚子轴承用实体保持架。
本发明目的技术解决方案为:一种轻型高转速圆柱滚子轴承用实体保持架,由保持架座和保持架盖构成,所述的保持架座和保持架盖为分体式自铆连接,所述的保持架座是由架圈上接有若干个架梁构成,每两相邻架梁与架圈、保持架盖之间围成的空间为保持架的兜孔,其特征在于:所述的架梁外侧径向设有平底V型槽,所述的平底V型槽的长度大于架梁长度的1/3、小于架梁长度的1/2。
本发明同现有技术相比具有以下优点:切削后的平底V型槽3有效的降低了保持架的重量,降低轴承旋转时惯性造成的影响,同时降低保持架的价格。同时V型槽减少了保持架兜孔与滚动体的接触面积,降低保持架对滚动体的约束,提高轴承的旋转速度。平底V型槽有利于将轴承空间内的润滑剂引导到滚道表面,提高轴承润滑。

下面结合附图说明实施例:
保持架座1和保持架盖2采用黄铜实体加工而成,保持架座1和保持架盖2为分体式自铆连接,保持架座1是由架圈上接有若干个架梁3构成,每两相邻架梁3与架圈、保持架盖2之间围成的空间为保持架的兜孔,在架梁3外侧径向设有平底V型槽4,平底 V型槽4的长度大于架梁3长度的1/3、小于架梁3长度的1/2。
控制平底V型槽的长度在1/3到1/2之间,即可降低保持架的重量又可保证保持架两端对滚子的约束,防止滚子横向旋转。
