Abstract
The invention discloses a moisture-curing polyolefin hot melt adhesive and a preparation method thereof, wherein the moisture-curing polyolefin hot melt adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-50 parts of polyolefin elastomer, 20-60 parts of silane modified polyolefin elastomer, 25-50 parts of tackifying resin, 0.3-1 part of antioxidant and 0.03-0.2 part of catalyst. The moisture-curing polyolefin hot melt adhesive and the preparation method thereof have the advantages of simple preparation method, no discharge of harmful substances in the production process, environment-friendly adhesive property, low VOC (volatile organic compounds), low atomization value and excellent bonding property.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of moisture-cured polyolefin hot melt adhesives, in particular to a moisture-cured polyolefin hot melt adhesive and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, due to the increasing demand for use and merchantability of automobiles, materials for automobile production are increasingly diversified, bonding and sealing are essential processes, adhesives are essential materials for automobile production, and bonding technology is one of important technologies in automobile manufacturing. The moisture-solidified polyolefine hot-melt adhesive is a new adhesive, and is a synthetic resin using polyolefine as main body. When meeting high temperature (100-. 2) adding 20-60 parts by weight of silane modified polyolefin elastomer into the reaction kettle in the step 1), uniformly stirring, stopping heating, controlling the stirring speed at 60-100r/min, sealing the reaction kettle, vacuumizing the reaction kettle, and stirring for 30-50min until the materials are completely melted;
3) adding 0.03-0.2 part by weight of catalyst into the reaction kettle in the step 2), stirring for 10-20min, sealing the reaction kettle, filling dry nitrogen into the reaction kettle for protection, and controlling the stirring speed at 60-100r/min to obtain a moisture-cured polyolefin hot melt adhesive crude material;
4) discharging the moisture-cured polyolefin hot melt adhesive crude material obtained in the step 3) by using a 200-mesh 400-mesh three-bag filter, and carrying out moisture-proof sealing packaging to obtain a moisture-cured polyolefin hot melt adhesive finished product.

3) adding 0.06 part by weight of catalyst into the reaction kettle in the step 2), stirring for 10-20min, sealing the reaction kettle, filling dry nitrogen into the reaction kettle for protection, and controlling the stirring speed at 60-100r/min to obtain a moisture-cured polyolefin hot melt adhesive crude material;
4) discharging the moisture-cured polyolefin hot melt adhesive crude material obtained in the step 3) by using a 200-mesh 400-mesh three-bag filter, and carrying out moisture-proof sealing packaging to obtain a moisture-cured polyolefin hot melt adhesive finished product.

2) adding 45 parts by weight of silane modified polyolefin elastomer into the reaction kettle in the step 1), uniformly stirring, stopping heating, controlling the stirring speed at 60-100r/min, sealing the reaction kettle, vacuumizing the reaction kettle, and stirring for 30-50min until the materials are completely melted;
3) adding 0.1 part by weight of catalyst into the reaction kettle in the step 2), stirring for 10-20min, sealing the reaction kettle, filling dry nitrogen into the reaction kettle for protection, and controlling the stirring speed at 60-100r/min to obtain a moisture-cured polyolefin hot melt adhesive crude material;
4) discharging the moisture-cured polyolefin hot melt adhesive crude material obtained in the step 3) by using a 200-mesh 400-mesh three-bag filter, and carrying out moisture-proof sealing packaging to obtain a moisture-cured polyolefin hot melt adhesive finished product.
The properties of the finished moisture-curing polyolefin hot melt adhesive prepared in example 2 are shown in Table 1.
Example 3
The moisture-curable polyolefin hot melt adhesive and the preparation method thereof as described in example 1 can also adopt the following processes:
1) putting 35 parts by weight of polyolefin elastomer, 0.5 part by weight of antioxidant and 30 parts by weight of tackifying resin into a reaction kettle, starting to heat and uniformly stir, controlling the temperature of materials in the reaction kettle at 170 ℃, controlling the stirring speed at 60-100r/min, sealing the reaction kettle, vacuumizing the reaction kettle, and heating for 40-60min until the materials are completely melted;
2) adding 35 parts by weight of silane modified polyolefin elastomer into the reaction kettle in the step 1), uniformly stirring, stopping heating, controlling the stirring speed at 60-100r/min, sealing the reaction kettle, vacuumizing the reaction kettle, and stirring for 30-50min until the materials are completely melted;
3) adding 0.08 part by weight of catalyst into the reaction kettle in the step 2), stirring for 10-20min, sealing the reaction kettle, filling dry nitrogen into the reaction kettle for protection, and controlling the stirring speed at 60-100r/min to obtain a moisture-cured polyolefin hot melt adhesive crude material;
4) discharging the moisture-cured polyolefin hot melt adhesive crude material obtained in the step 3) by using a 200-mesh 400-mesh three-bag filter, and carrying out moisture-proof sealing packaging to obtain a moisture-cured polyolefin hot melt adhesive finished product.
The properties of the finished moisture-curing polyolefin hot melt adhesive prepared in example 3 are shown in Table 1.

A moisture-curing polyolefin hot melt adhesive is characterized in that: comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-50 parts of polyolefin elastomer, 20-60 parts of silane modified polyolefin elastomer, 25-50 parts of tackifying resin, 0.3-1 part of antioxidant and 0.03-0.2 part of catalyst.
