本发明公开了一种环氧砂浆,其由环氧树脂和砂浆混合而成;所述砂浆包含:18~25重量份硅酸盐水泥,60~70重量份细沙,0~5重量份熟石灰,0.1~0.2重量份疏水剂,0.03~0.05重量份引气剂,以及一定量的清水。本发明还提供上述环氧砂浆的制备方法和应用。本发明环氧砂浆能够粘合混凝土和PVC防水卷材,可将PVC防水卷材与混凝土反坎紧实的粘粘在一起,避免两者直接粘粘不牢的问题。PVC防水卷材与混凝土反坎粘合牢固,不会在施工一端时间之后发生防水卷材开缝或脱节的情况,防水效果长期可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及环氧砂浆及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
建筑物会设置变形缝,变形缝需要覆盖防水卷材进行防水,从耐久性和防火性上考虑,将PVC防水卷材用于屋面变形缝防水优势明显,但是实际施工过程中会发现,由于PVC防水卷材与混凝土的粘结不牢,施工一段时间之后,PVC防水卷材与变形缝两侧混凝土墙体的连接容易开缝,甚至大片脱落,这就导致防水卷材失去作用,变形缝漏水。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环氧砂浆及其制备方法和应用,该环氧砂浆可粘合混凝土和PVC防水卷材。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种环氧砂浆,其由环氧树脂和砂浆混合而成;
所述砂浆包含:18~25重量份硅酸盐水泥,60~70重量份细沙,0~5重量份熟石灰,0.1~0.2重量份疏水剂,0.03~0.05重量份引气剂,以及一定量的清水。
优选的,所述砂浆还包含0.5~2重量份聚醋酸乙烯共聚胶粉。
优选的,所述砂浆还包含适量的KFA。
优选的,所述环氧砂浆与砂浆的质量比为3:4~4:3。
优选的,所述砂浆的粒径不大于1mm。
本发明还提供上述环氧砂浆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将18~25重量份硅酸盐水泥、60~70重量份细沙、0~5重量份熟石灰、0.1~0.2重量份疏水剂、0.03~0.05重量份引气剂以及一定量的清水投入混合机中混合均匀,制得砂浆;
2)将环氧树脂和砂浆混合均匀,制得环氧砂浆;环氧砂浆与砂浆的质量比为3:4~4:3。
优选的,步骤1)中还投入0.5~2重量份聚醋酸乙烯共聚胶粉。
优选的,步骤1)中还投入适量的KFA。
优选的,本发明还提供上述环氧砂浆的应用,在混凝土上涂覆一层环氧砂浆,再在环氧砂浆上覆盖PVC防水卷材,通过环氧砂浆粘合混凝土和PVC防水卷材。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种环氧砂浆及其制备方法和应用,该环氧砂浆可粘合混凝土和PVC防水卷材。
环氧砂浆由环氧树脂与砂浆混合而成,砂浆与混凝土粘附性强,环氧树脂与PVC防水卷材粘附性强,故环氧砂浆能够粘合混凝土和PVC防水卷材,可将PVC防水卷材与混凝土墙体粘粘在一起,避免两者直接粘粘不牢的问题。PVC防水卷材与混凝土墙体粘合牢固,不会在施工一端时间之后发生防水卷材开缝或脱节的情况,防水效果长期可靠。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明提供一种环氧砂浆,其通过如下步骤制备:
1)将18~25重量份硅酸盐水泥、60~70重量份细沙、0~5重量份熟石灰、0.1~0.2重量份疏水剂、0.03~0.05重量份引气剂以及一定量的清水投入混合机中混合均匀,制得砂浆;优选的,所述砂浆的粒径不大于1mm;
2)将环氧树脂和砂浆混合均匀,制得环氧砂浆;环氧砂浆与砂浆的质量比为3:4~4:3。
优选的,步骤1)中还投入0.5~2重量份聚醋酸乙烯共聚胶粉。
优选的,步骤1)中还投入适量的KFA。
本发明还提供上述环氧砂浆的应用,在混凝土上涂覆一层环氧砂浆,再在环氧砂浆上覆盖PVC防水卷材,通过环氧砂浆粘合混凝土和PVC防水卷材。
环氧树脂与砂浆的质量比优选1:1,对于所处环境较潮湿的地方,该比例可以调整为1.2:1,对于所处环境较干燥的地方,该比例可以调整为1:1.2,这些数值只是建议值,具体的操作配比可根据施工实际情况进行调整。
环氧砂浆由环氧树脂与砂浆混合而成,砂浆与混凝土粘附性强,环氧树脂与PVC防水卷材粘附性强,故环氧砂浆能够粘合混凝土和PVC防水卷材,可将PVC防水卷材与混凝土墙体粘粘在一起,避免两者直接粘粘不牢的问题。PVC防水卷材与混凝土墙体粘合牢固,不会在施工一端时间之后发生防水卷材开缝或脱节的情况,防水效果长期可靠。
环氧砂浆和PVC防水卷材这两者的粘接质量是影响变形缝防水质量的主要因素,按照GB/T 22374-2018《地坪涂装材料》中6.3.1.2.3要求进行拉伸粘结强度试件的制备,然后按该标准的6.3.9的要求进行标准状态和浸水后拉伸强度的测试。经测试,本发明的环氧砂浆和PVC防水卷材这两者的拉伸粘结强度≥2.0Mpa,满足标准要求。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.环氧砂浆,其特征在于,其由环氧树脂和砂浆混合而成;
所述砂浆包含:18~25重量份硅酸盐水泥,60~70重量份细沙,0~5重量份熟石灰,0.1~0.2重量份疏水剂,0.03~0.05重量份引气剂,以及一定量的清水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环氧砂浆,其特征在于,所述砂浆还包含0.5~2重量份聚醋酸乙烯共聚胶粉。
3.根据权利要求2所述的环氧砂浆,其特征在于,所述砂浆还包含适量的KFA。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环氧砂浆,其特征在于,所述环氧砂浆与砂浆的质量比为3:4~4:3。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环氧砂浆,其特征在于,所述砂浆的粒径不大于1mm。
6.权利要求1所述的环氧砂浆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将18~25重量份硅酸盐水泥、60~70重量份细沙、0~5重量份熟石灰、0.1~0.2重量份疏水剂、0.03~0.05重量份引气剂以及一定量的清水投入混合机中混合均匀,制得砂浆;
2)将环氧树脂和砂浆混合均匀,制得环氧砂浆;环氧砂浆与砂浆的质量比为3:4~4:3。
7.根据权利要求6所述的环氧砂浆的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1)中还投入0.5~2重量份聚醋酸乙烯共聚胶粉。
8.根据权利要求7所述的环氧砂浆的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1)中还投入适量的KFA。
9.权利要求1或8中任一项所述的环氧砂浆的应用,其特征在于,在混凝土上涂覆一层环氧砂浆,再在环氧砂浆上覆盖PVC防水卷材,通过环氧砂浆粘合混凝土和PVC防水卷材。
