The working principle is as follows: when in use, the maintenance platform is firstly installed and fixed on an external hoisting device through the fixed platform 1, so that the maintenance platform can obtain an effective acting point, a user can wear and fix the maintenance platform through the fixed belt 35, the fastening belt 36 and the adjusting belt 38 on the fixed plate 3, the user can be effectively positioned on the fixed plate 3, meanwhile, the user can drive and adjust the electric hydraulic push rod 11 through the controller 37 to drive the installation platform 2 to move through the controller 37 arranged on the fastening belt 36, so that the user and the fixed frame 2 can simultaneously carry out displacement in the boiler, and the low-speed motor 13 is driven through the controller 37, so that the low-speed motor 13 drives the turntable 14 to drive the fixed frame 2 to deflect, so that the user can conveniently carry out maintenance on equipment at each angular position in the boiler, and meanwhile, the servo motors 21 are arranged at four corners of the fixed frame 2, make the user can drive four servo motor 21 through controller 37 and implement receiving and releasing to rope 23 on take-up reel 22 separately, and then make the user can further improve the displacement volume and the displacement precision of user in the boiler when implementing the displacement through electronic hydraulic push rod 11 in the boiler inside, thereby effectual improvement the user implement the work efficiency when overhauing in the boiler, and can meticulous effectual improvement to implement the maintenance efficiency of overhauing in the boiler more.

Claims (10)
1. The utility model provides a power plant overhauls platform with boiler which characterized in that includes:
a stationary table (1);
a fixed frame (2); and
a fixing plate (3);
the middle part of the lower surface of the fixed table (1) is fixedly connected with an electric hydraulic push rod (11) through a bolt, the bottom end of the electric hydraulic push rod (11) is fixedly connected with an installation table (12) through a bolt, the middle part of the lower surface of the installation table (12) is fixedly connected with a low-speed motor (13) through a bolt, and the power output end of the low-speed motor (13) is fixedly connected with a rotary table (14) through a bolt;
the lower surface of the turntable (14) is fixedly connected with a fixed frame (2) through bolts, both ends of the upper surface and the lower surface of the fixed frame (2) are fixedly connected with a servo motor (21) through bolts, the power output end of the servo motor (21) is fixedly connected with a take-up reel (22) through bolts, and a rope (23) is wound on the periphery of the take-up reel (22);
the four ropes (23) penetrate through the fixed frame (2) and are fixedly connected with the fixed plate (3) through the clamping piece and the bolt.
2. The power plant boiler service platform of claim 1, wherein: the fixing plate (3) further comprises:
a fixing strap (35);
a fastening tape (36); and
an adjustment belt (38);
the middle parts of two sides of the fixed plate (3) are fixedly connected with fixing belts (35) through bolts and clamping pieces, the periphery of the fixing belts (35) is sleeved with fastening belts (36), and the middle parts of two sides of the fixed plate (3) close to the top end and the bottom end are fixedly connected with adjusting belts (38) through bolts and clamping pieces;
wherein the fixing belt (35) is used as a fastening and positioning device for the abdomen of the user;
wherein the fastening strap (36) is for use as a hip fastening positioning device for a user;
wherein the adjustment strap (38) is for use as a chest and waist fastening positioning device for a user.
3. The power plant boiler service platform of claim 2, wherein: the fastening strap (36) further comprises:
a controller (37);
the middle part of the front surface of the fastening belt (36) close to the top end is fixedly connected with a controller (37) through a bolt, and the periphery of the adjusting belt (38) close to one end is fixedly connected with a fixing piece (39) through a bolt;
wherein the fixing piece (39) is used as a fastening device of two adjacent adjusting belts (38);
the output end of the controller (37) is connected with the input ends of the electric hydraulic push rod (11), the low-speed motor (13) and the servo motor (21) through electric signals.
4. The power plant boiler service platform of claim 3, wherein: the fixing plate (3) further comprises:
a heat radiation fan (32);
through holes (31) are formed in the fixing plate (3) close to the four corners, and the inner walls of the four through holes (31) are fixedly connected with cooling fans (32) through bolts;
the input end of the heat radiation fan (32) is connected with the output end of the controller (37) through an electric signal, and two peripheral sides of the heat radiation fan (32) are fixedly connected with a protective mesh enclosure through bolts.
5. The power plant boiler service platform of claim 4, wherein: the fixing plate (3) further comprises:
a partition (33);
the middle part of one side of the fixed plate (3) is fixedly connected with a partition plate (33) through bolts, honeycomb holes (34) are formed in the partition plate (33) close to four corners, and the middle part of one side of the partition plate (33) close to the bottom end is fixedly connected with the bolts and the fastening belt (36) through clamping pieces;
the honeycomb holes (34) and the heat dissipation fan (32) are located in the same plane, and adsorption cotton is adhered to one side of the partition plate (33).
6. The power plant boiler service platform of claim 1, wherein: the fixed frame (2) further comprises:
a stationary cover (16);
wherein, fixed frame (2) upper surface middle part is through fixed cover (16) of bolt fixedly connected with, the peripheral middle part of low-speed motor (13) is through the solid fixed ring of bolt fixedly connected with (15), gu fixed ring (15) periphery with fixed cover (16) are pegged graft.

a positioning cover (17);

The power plant boiler service platform of claim 7, wherein: the edge that is close to of solid fixed ring (15) upper surface inlays and has the ball, gu fixed cover (16) pass through the ball with gu fixed ring (15) rotate to be connected, the ball is used for as the sliding connection device of fixed cover (16) and solid fixed ring (15).
9. The power plant boiler service platform of claim 1, wherein: the fixed frame (2) further comprises:
a pad (24);
wherein, all paste fixed frame (2) peripheral both sides and have protection pad (24), protection pad (24) one side both ends with servo motor (21) are pasted, protection pad (24) are used for as the protector of fixed frame (2), and are used for as the protector of servo motor (21).

The power plant boiler service platform of claim 5, wherein: fixed band (35), fastening area (36) and regulation band (38) one side all has pasted the cotton protection pad, just fixed band (35), fastening area (36) and regulation band (38) opposite side all have pasted the rubber pad, fixed station (1) is used for as connecting fixing device, fixed station (1) is close to four corners department and has seted up threaded hole, fixed frame (2) are mouthful style of calligraphy, fixed plate (3) thickness size does fixed frame (2) thickness size's third.
