The specific implementation mode is as follows:
the invention will be further described with reference to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6:
as shown in the attached figure 1, the invention comprises three major structural parts: the system comprises a plurality of glass curtain wall units 1, a curtain wall outer frame 2 and a vertical greening system 3.
The glass curtain wall unit 1 is composed of a metal frame 11, glass 12 and a hollow shaft 13 with flanges. In this embodiment, the glass 12 can be mounted on the metal frame 11 by using the common method of hidden frame curtain wall. Each glass curtain wall unit comprises a metal frame 11, glass 12 arranged on the metal frame and two hollow shafts 13 with flanges; the metal frame 11 consists of an upper frame beam 111, a lower frame beam 112 and a vertical frame column 113; the two hollow shafts 13 with flanges are respectively fixed on the upper frame beam 111 and the lower frame beam 112 through screws; arranging a row of glass curtain wall units in each layer of space in the vertical direction; the mullion columns 113 of the metal frame 11 are provided with sealant strips to achieve a complete seal. Only one row of glass curtain wall units is arranged in each layer of space in the vertical direction, so that the rotation can be realized.
The curtain wall outer frame 2 is composed of an upper cross beam 21, a lower cross beam 22, a vertical column 23, a groove type vertical column 24, a movable column 25 and a plurality of corner connectors 26. The upper cross beam 21 and the lower cross beam 22 are provided with oblong holes 27, which may also be called as waist-shaped holes, corresponding to the positions of the hollow shaft 13 with flange, in this embodiment, in order to achieve the minimum rotation space, the center distance is usually 2-4 cm, and in this embodiment, 3 cm is selected. The upper cross member 21 is fixed to the lower surface of the structural floor 6 and the lower cross member 22 is fixed to the upper surface of the structural floor 6 by the corner bracket 26 and the expansion bolts.
In order to further ensure the rotary sealing effect, sealing rubber strips are arranged on the upper cross beam 21, the lower cross beam 22, the upright column 23, the groove-shaped upright column 24 and the movable column 25.
The lower cross beam 21 is provided with a gasket 7, and the gasket 7 is sleeved on the hollow shaft 13. Thus, the friction force of rotation can be effectively reduced.
Finally, the upright 23 and the groove-shaped upright 24 are connected to the building main body through corner connectors 26. The movable upright post 25 is embedded in the groove-shaped upright post 24 and is connected with two electric push rods 28 which run synchronously; the electric push rod 28 will thus drive the mobile upright 25 in translation to vacate the rotation space.
The vertical greening system of the present invention employs a more compact and efficient irrigation system, as shown in fig. 2: the vertical greening system 3 comprises a plurality of flowerpots 31, a groove-shaped tray 32 in which the flowerpots can be placed, an overflow port 33, an overflow pipe 34, a capillary tube 35, a water supply pipe 36, a regulating valve 37, a tee 38 and an irrigation pipe 39. The irrigation pipe of the invention is connected with a timing water supply device by adopting the connection mode of the prior art.
The channel tray 32 is mounted on the mullion column 113 by self-tapping screws. The left end or the right end of each groove-shaped tray 32 is provided with an overflow port 33 with the height of about 2 cm, and the overflow ports 33 on the upper groove-shaped tray 32 and the lower groove-shaped tray 32 are suitable to be arranged alternately left and right. Overflow pipe 34 is connected to overflow outlet 33 and directs the overflow water through tee 38 to irrigation pipe 39 below it, irrigation pipe 39 passing through the hollow shaft to direct the water into the lower trough tray 32. The capillary tube 35 is fixed to the lower surface of the floor slab, and has one end connected to a water supply pipe 36 through a regulating valve 37 and the other end connected to an irrigation pipe 39 through a tee.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
each glass curtain wall unit is provided with a hollow shaft 13 with a flange, the hollow shaft 13 with the flange is inserted into the oblong holes 27 of the upper cross beam 21 and the lower cross beam 22, the movable column 25 is driven by an electric push rod 28, the movable column 25 enters the groove-shaped upright column 24, and the first glass curtain wall unit 1 on the right side is moved rightwards by about 3 cm, as shown in the direction of fig. 1, and stands indoors for operation. The unit can be rotated and then is closed to the right; then the second glass curtain wall unit also moves rightwards a little, so that the rotation operation can be carried out, and the second glass curtain wall unit rotates and then leans close to the right, and so on. Finally, the movable column 25 is driven to move leftwards by the electric push rod 28, and the vertical greening glass curtain wall is squeezed tightly. After the vertical greening glass curtain wall is squeezed tightly, the sealing rubber strips are arranged on the movable column 25 and the vertical frame column 113, so that the vertical gap sealing of the glass curtain wall is realized after the squeezing tightly; and the size of the transverse gap is fixed, so that the sealing can be realized by the elasticity of the sealing rubber strip.
The irrigation time and the irrigation period of the timing water supply device are set, when the greening plants are irrigated, irrigation water flows into the capillary tube 35, the tee joint 38 and the irrigation tube 39 from the water supply pipe 36 through the regulating valve 37 and is injected into the uppermost row of groove-shaped trays 32, and as the irrigation tube 39 is positioned in the flanged hollow shaft 13, namely the center of the rotating shaft of the glass curtain wall unit and is not connected with the glass curtain wall unit, the bottom end of the irrigation tube is always positioned in the middle of the uppermost row of groove-shaped trays no matter how the glass curtain wall unit rotates.
When the water level reaches the height of the overflow port 33, the high water is injected into the overflow pipe 34 through the overflow port 33 and reaches the second row of the trough-type tray 32 through the overflow pipe 34; when the level in the second row of trough trays reaches the height of the overflow 33, the excess water enters the third row of trough trays 32, and so on. The irrigation time setting should be stopped when the water in the lowermost row of trough trays 32 approaches the overflow 33. The irrigation period may be set to 24 hours.
For a multi-storey building, water overflowing from the lowermost row of trough-type trays 32 in each upper storey reaches the uppermost row of trough-type trays 32 in the next lower storey via overflow pipes 34, tee joints 38 and irrigation pipes 39 passing through the flanged hollow shaft 13. The water overflowing from the lowest row of the groove-shaped trays 32 at the bottom layer is discharged to the green or rainwater pipeline. Therefore, the irrigation system only needs to vertically afforest the bottommost layer to arrange a drainage pipeline, and irrigation water is saved.
The invention combines the glass curtain wall and the vertical greening, and realizes the double-sided conversion function of the building outer wall. When summer is hot, the glass curtain wall is vertically greening outwards and inwards, so that the effect of shading sunlight and naturally cooling can be achieved; when the greening system is maintained in cold weather or severe typhoon weather in winter, the glass curtain wall is rotated by 180 degrees, the glass curtain wall is vertically greening inwards outwards, greening plants can avoid severe cold and typhoon attack, and the vertical greening is conveniently and safely maintained; when the air temperature is comfortable, the vertical greening glass curtain wall can be rotated by 90 degrees or other angles, and indoor and outdoor air can naturally circulate.
The invention solves the sealing problem while realizing rotation, thereby solving the problem that vertical greening is difficult to pass winter in cold areas in northern China. In northern cold areas, outdoor temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the vertical greening plants are usually covered by the grass grids to keep warm, the effect is very poor, and the plants are still easy to freeze and dry. The vertical greening system can rotate to the indoor, and most greening plants can grow normally in the environment because the temperature in the room without heating is more than 5 ℃ (including closed balcony terraces and the like) and the temperature in the room with heating is more than 15 ℃.
Under the rotatable condition of glass curtain wall unit, solved the vertical greening system water supply and drainage problem of attaching to it. Due to the adoption of the hollow shaft structure with the flange, the irrigation pipe can be inserted into the hollow shaft structure, and the tail end of the pipe is not connected with the glass curtain wall unit, so that the irrigation pipe cannot be damaged no matter how the glass curtain wall unit rotates.
