Still further optionally, when the co-creation board created or participated in by the certain user is updated, the collaborative co-creation module 101 may be further configured to output a co-creation board update prompt to the certain user, so that the certain user can know the update content in time, and information synchronization between collaborative co-creation members is facilitated.
Still further optionally, the collaborative co-creation module 101 may be further configured to detect a co-creation board search operation or a card search operation triggered by the certain user, and display a corresponding co-creation board or card to the certain user according to a keyword in the detected search operation.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the co-creation workflow platform further comprises a project management module 103, wherein:
the project management module 103 is used for receiving a project making instruction triggered by a certain user and making a target project corresponding to the project making instruction according to the project making instruction; and according to project group association operation triggered by a certain user, establishing a second association relation between the target project and at least one project group, and determining corresponding actions of all the project groups in the target project, wherein the second association relation is used for indicating that all the project groups participate in the target project together, different actions correspond to different action events, and each project group comprises at least one project member.
The project management module 103 is further configured to obtain an action description summary corresponding to the project member reported by the project member in the project group and obtain a real-time key index of the target project, and output the action description summary and the real-time key index, so that a manager of the target project determines whether an action corresponding to the action description summary is valid according to the action description summary and the real-time key index.
Optionally, the project management module 103 may be further configured to establish a third association relationship between the target project and the target co-creation board according to an association instruction triggered by a certain user after the target project corresponding to the project making instruction is made according to the project making instruction. Further optionally, the project management module 103 may establish a third association relationship between the project team and the target co-creation board according to an association instruction triggered by a certain user.
Optionally, all the project members of the project group can implement online collaboration corresponding to the target project through the target co-creation board, and all the project members of the project group may include all the target members.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can also acquire the action description summary reported by the project members of the project group, and output the action description summary and the key indexes corresponding to the project so that relevant personnel can judge the effectiveness of the action of the project members, so that the actions corresponding to the project members in the project group can be adjusted in time, the project management function is enriched, and the project management experience is improved. And the online co-creation cooperation among the project group members can be realized by establishing the incidence relation between the project group participating in the target project and the target co-creation board, and the project members can be further quickly added to the project group.
In the embodiment of the invention, the target project has corresponding business targets, and the business targets of the target project comprise the completion progress of the project maker for the target project at different time stages. Optionally, the project making requirement may include a project identifier unique to the target project and a business target of the target project, where the business target corresponds to the project identifier unique to the target project, and it should be noted that the business target of the target project is a total business target of the target project. Further optionally, the project making requirement may further include a completion time limit of the target project and/or a plurality of sub-business targets divided by the business targets of the target project. Still further, the project designation requirement may further include a completion time limit of each sub-business objective and/or a feedback time node of each sub-business objective, and the like. It should be noted that each sub-operation target can be further subdivided into the next sub-operation targets, that is: the operation target of a target project can be divided into at least two first-level operation targets, each first-level operation target can be subdivided into at least two second-level operation targets, each second-level operation target can be divided into at least two third-level operation targets, and the like. When a certain level of business target is subdivided into at least two lower level business targets, the certain level of business target is an upper layer target of the at least two lower level business targets. This allows the business goals of the project to be established in an "end to end" manner.
Optionally, each level of business target has a business target identifier uniquely corresponding to the business target.
As an alternative embodiment, the associating, by the project management module 103, the plurality of project groups participating in the target project according to the business objective may include:
the project management module 103 screens a plurality of project groups with project group identifications matched with the project identifications from all the project groups according to the project identifications corresponding to the operation targets and the project group identifications of all the created project groups;
the project management module 103 establishes an association relationship between the target project and the screened plurality of project groups to associate the plurality of project groups participating in the target project.
In this optional embodiment, the project maker may set the project identifiers when creating the projects, and may set the project group identifiers matched with the project identifiers for the project groups when creating the project groups, so that the target projects and the plurality of project groups participating in the target projects may be automatically associated according to the project group identifiers matched with the project identifiers, thereby reducing the project group selection operation of the project maker, and improving the speed and efficiency of associating the plurality of project groups participating in the target projects.
As another alternative implementation, the specific way for the item management module 103 to establish the second association relationship between the target item and the at least one item group may be:
detecting project group selection operation of the project formulator aiming at the business objective, wherein the project group selection operation comprises at least one objective project group identification selected by the project formulator from project group identifications of all created project groups;
and establishing a second association relationship between the target item and the item groups corresponding to all the target item group identifications so as to associate a plurality of item groups participating in the target item.
In this optional embodiment, after the target project is generated, the project maker may select a plurality of project groups participating in the target project according to the actual business objective, so as to improve the accuracy of associating the plurality of project groups participating in the target project, that is, improve the matching degree between the target project and the project groups participating in the target project.
In the embodiment of the present invention, it should be noted that, when the business objective includes a plurality of sub-business objectives, the plurality of project groups associated with participating in the target project may be specifically a plurality of project groups associated with each sub-business objective participating in the target project. Further, when the sub-operation targets are specifically divided into the next-level sub-operation targets, all the project groups participating in the next-level sub-operation targets of each sub-operation target jointly constitute the project group participating in the sub-operation target, that is, the project group participating in each sub-operation target includes all the project groups participating in the next-level sub-operation targets of the sub-operation target.
Optionally, the project management module 103 may be further configured to extract key information in the action description summary, and determine an information type of the key information; when the information type of the key information is a data type, whether the key information is matched with the real-time key index is judged based on a preset judgment rule, and when the key information is judged not to be matched with the real-time key index, the action corresponding to the action description summary is determined to be invalid, and/or an action invalid prompt for prompting that the action corresponding to the action description summary needs to be adjusted is output to the target object.
Further optionally, the item management module 103 may be further configured to, when the information type of the key information is a non-data type, analyze semantic content of the key information, determine whether the semantic content matches the real-time key indicator, and when the semantic content does not match the real-time key indicator, trigger execution of the operation of determining that the action corresponding to the action description summary is invalid and/or output an action invalidity prompt to the target object.
The target object is at least one of a project maker, a project manager, a project member reporting the action description summary, a group leader of a project group in which the project member reporting the action description summary is positioned, and other project members of the project group in which the project member reporting the action description summary is positioned.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can also intelligently judge the effectiveness of the corresponding action according to the acquired action description summary and the key indexes corresponding to the project, and output the action invalidation prompt after judging that the action is invalid, so that artificial judgment operation can be reduced, the judgment efficiency and the judgment accuracy for judging the action effectiveness are improved, and the project management function is further enriched.
Optionally, the project management module 103 may be further configured to determine attribute information of the project maker after the project maker logs in the co-creation workflow platform; and judging whether the project maker accords with the condition for making the project on the co-creation workflow platform or not according to the attribute information, and if so, displaying a first operation icon for the project maker to trigger the project making requirement on an operation interface of the co-creation workflow platform.
The attribute information of the project maker comprises at least one of a login name of the project maker, a registration age of the project maker, a history of the project maker using the co-creation workflow platform and a payment identification/payment record of the project maker. When the attribute information of the project maker comprises a plurality of contents, different contents correspond to different priorities and/or different weight values. The payment identifier/payment record of the project maker corresponds to the highest priority, and when the attribute information of the project maker includes the payment identifier/payment record of the project maker, if the payment identifier/payment record indicates that the project maker is a payment user, the judgment result of the project management module 103 is yes; if the attribute information of the project maker does not include the payment identifier/payment record of the project maker, the project management module 103 determines that the project maker is not a payment user, the project management module 103 can determine that the project maker does not satisfy the condition for making the project on the co-creation workflow platform, and the specific way for the project management module 103 to judge whether the project maker meets the condition for making the project on the co-creation workflow platform according to the attribute information may be:
setting the parameter value corresponding to the payment identifier/payment record to be 0 and setting different parameter values for the parameter value according to the specific information of other contents except the payment identifier/payment record of the project maker, which is included in the attribute information of the project maker;
calculating the product of the parameter value corresponding to each content contained in the attribute information of the project maker and the weight value corresponding to the content, and adding all the obtained products to obtain a comprehensive reference value of the project maker;
and judging whether the comprehensive reference value is greater than or equal to a preset reference threshold value, if so, determining that the project maker accords with the condition for making the project on the co-creation workflow platform, and if not, determining that the project maker does not accord with the condition for making the project on the co-creation workflow platform.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can also quickly and accurately judge whether the project maker accords with the condition of making the project on the co-creation workflow platform or not through the attribute information of the project maker, and further improves the use experience of the project maker.
Further optionally, the project management module 103 may be further configured to output a fee payment page for the project maker to pay the project making authority fee when it is determined that the project maker does not meet the condition for making a project on the co-creation workflow platform; when the fact that the project maker pays the project making authority charge is detected, a project making authority opening request containing a payment completion prompt and/or the project making authority charge paid by the project maker is sent to a background server corresponding to the co-creation workflow platform, so that the background server opens the project making authority corresponding to the project making authority charge paid by the project maker.
Optionally, the different project enactment authority fees correspond to different project enactment authorities, and the project enactment authority may include at least one of a maximum number of participating project groups that can be associated when a project is enacted, a maximum number of participating project members that can be associated when a project is enactd, an external invitation authority that can invite external people as project members, and a level number of sub-operation targets that can be divided when a project is enactd, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Therefore, the personalized project making authority can be opened for the project maker by paying the project making authority cost so as to meet different project making requirements of different project makers. Furthermore, different project setting authority fees also correspond to different project setting authority validity periods. The project maker may check the payment status, the project making authority corresponding to the project maker, the validity period of the project making authority corresponding to the project maker, the validity period extension operation of the project making authority, the modification operation of the project making authority (such as the number increase operation of the maximum number of project members participating in the project), the checking operation of created project details, the checking operation of created project group details, and the like, and the invention is not limited thereto.
Still further optionally, a second operation icon for the project formulator to perform project collaboration member management and/or a third operation icon for the project formulator to create a project group associated with the target project may be further displayed on the operation interface of the co-creation workflow platform. Still further, the operation icons displayed on the operation interface of the co-creation workflow platform are matched with the project making permission of the project maker, namely only the operation icons matched with the project making permission can be displayed on the operation interface of the co-creation workflow platform, so that the project maker can clearly see the project making permission of the project maker at a glance without the project maker checking the project making permission by triggering the project making permission checking operation, and the efficiency and the accuracy of the project maker acquiring the project making permission of the project maker are improved.
It should be noted that when it is determined that the condition for formulating the project on the co-creation workflow platform is not met, the project management module 103 may still display at least one of the first operation icon, the second operation icon, and the third operation icon on the operation interface of the co-creation workflow platform, but when it is detected that the project formulator triggers a corresponding operation through the operation icon displayed on the operation interface, the project management module 103 does not make any correspondence, or outputs a prompt message for prompting that the project formulator does not currently meet the condition for formulating the project on the co-creation workflow platform or does not have an operation authority corresponding to the operation icon.
Still further optionally, the project management module 103 may be further configured to detect a project collaboration member management operation triggered by the project maker through the second operation icon, generate an invitation link corresponding to the target project according to the project collaboration member management operation, acquire a project member set selected by the project maker, and send the invitation link to all project members included in the project member set, so that the project members included in the project member set join the project collaboration member set corresponding to the target project through the invitation link.
The project management module 103 may send the invitation link corresponding to the target project through a sending path selected by the project maker, where the sending path may be an instant messaging application sending path, so as to improve the probability that the project member receives the invitation link, thereby facilitating to improve the probability that the project member included in the project member set joins the corresponding project collaboration member set. The project member set can comprise project members of a company to which the project formulator belongs and/or project members outside the company to which the project formulator belongs, so that cross-team cooperation of the target project can be achieved, the project formulator can be facilitated to call internal and external cooperation resources matched with the target project, the completion efficiency and the completion success rate of the target project can be guaranteed, and the optimal path for achieving the target project can be found.
Still further optionally, the project management module 103 may be further configured to, after obtaining the project member set selected by the project formulator, determine the number of members of all project members included in the project member set, and determine whether the number of members is less than or equal to the maximum number of members matched with the attribute information of the project formulator; and when the number of the members is judged to be less than or equal to the maximum number of the members, triggering and executing the operation of sending the invitation links to all the project members included in the project member set.
Still further optionally, the item management module 103 may be further configured to, when it is determined that the number of members is greater than the maximum number of members, output an error prompt, where the error prompt is used to prompt the item formulator that the number of selected item members is incorrect and/or to prompt the item formulator to expand the maximum number of members.
Still further optionally, the project member added to the project collaboration member set corresponding to the target project is a common project member by default. The item management module 103 may be further configured to receive an authority modification operation triggered for an item member, modify the authority of the item member according to the authority modification operation, for example, modify a common item member into an administrator or an item maker, or directly remove an item member.
It should be noted that the project formulator may designate at least one project member as an administrator, and the administrator is used to assist the project formulator in project management and/or project member management. Further, the permission modification operation triggered by the project member may be triggered by the project maker, or may be triggered by an administrator specified by the project maker, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Still further optionally, the specific manner for the project management module 103 to establish the second association relationship between the target project and at least one project group according to a project group association operation triggered by a certain user may be:
detecting project group creation operation triggered by a project maker through a third operation icon, acquiring at least one project group identifier input by the project maker and project members selected from the project collaboration member set and corresponding to each project group identifier according to the project group creation operation, and creating a second incidence relation between a target project and at least one project group associated with the target project according to all the project group identifiers and the project members selected from the project collaboration member set and corresponding to each project group identifier.
Wherein, each project group comprises at least one project member, the project members included in the project group can comprise project members inside the company/enterprise and/or project members outside the company/enterprise, that is, the project group is different from the departments of the company/enterprise, and can comprise a plurality of organizational forms, and the project maker can select suitable project members from the project collaboration member set to form different project groups according to the requirements of the target project and the characteristics of different project members.
