Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of computer software, in particular to a co-creation workflow platform.

Background

Currently, when a project is completed, the project is usually divided into a plurality of sub-projects, and then different project groups participate in different sub-projects respectively, so as to complete the whole project together. In order to improve the efficiency of project completion, an enterprise usually adopts a software system to manage the completion progress of each sub-project so as to ensure that the project is completed smoothly according to schedule.

However, practice shows that the current software system can only be used for relevant personnel to know the real-time progress of the project, the function is single, the cooperation among project members cannot be effectively realized, and the project management experience is poor.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a co-creation workflow platform, which can realize online collaboration among a plurality of members, has rich project management functions and improves project management experience.

In order to solve the above technical problem, a first aspect of the embodiments of the present invention discloses a co-creation workflow platform, which includes a cooperative co-creation module and a member management module, wherein:

the collaborative co-creation module is used for detecting a co-creation board creation requirement triggered by a certain user, and creating a target co-creation board matched with the co-creation board creation requirement according to the co-creation board creation requirement, wherein the co-creation board creation requirement at least comprises a name identifier of the target co-creation board;

the member management module is configured to detect whether the certain user triggers a member selection operation, output a member list for the certain user to select when a detection result is yes, determine at least one target member selected by the certain user from the member list, and establish a first association relationship between the target co-creation board and each target member, where the first association relationship is used to indicate that the target members can perform online collaborative co-creation through the target co-creation board.

As an optional implementation manner, in the first aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, the co-creation workflow platform further includes a project management module, where:

the project management module is used for receiving a project making instruction triggered by a certain user and making a target project corresponding to the project making instruction according to the project making instruction; establishing a second association relation between the target item and at least one item group according to item group association operation triggered by a certain user, and determining corresponding actions of the item groups in the target item, wherein the second association relation is used for indicating that all the item groups participate in the target item together, different actions correspond to different action events, and each item group comprises at least one item member;

the project management module is further configured to obtain an action description summary corresponding to the project member and reported by the project member in the project group, obtain a real-time key index of the target project, output the action description summary and the real-time key index, and enable a manager of the target project to determine whether an action corresponding to the action description summary is valid according to the action description summary and the real-time key index.

the shared course module is used for screening a shared course matched with the column information of each sub-content column from all shared courses according to the column information of each sub-content column, and pushing the screened shared course matched with the column information of each sub-content column to the participating members of the sub-content columns; and/or according to a co-creation course creation requirement triggered by a certain authenticated user, outputting a content uploading prompt to prompt the certain authenticated user to upload target content for creating the co-creation course, receiving the target content uploaded by the certain authenticated user, performing verification operation on the target content, and creating the co-creation course corresponding to the target content after the target content is verified;

wherein the column information of the sub-content column comprises at least one of a column theme of the sub-content column, a discussion content of the sub-content column and member information of participating members of the sub-content column; the target content includes at least a target courseware.

the collaborative co-creation module 101 is configured to detect a co-creation board creation requirement triggered by a certain user, and create a target co-creation board matched with the co-creation board creation requirement according to the co-creation board creation requirement, where the co-creation board creation requirement at least includes a name identifier of the target co-creation board.

The member management module 102 is configured to detect whether a certain user triggers a member selection operation, output a member list for the certain user to select when a detection result is yes, determine at least one target member selected by the certain user from the member list, and establish a first association relationship between the target co-creation board and each target member, where the first association relationship is used to indicate that the target members can perform online collaborative co-creation through the target co-creation board. And the member selection operation is used for requesting to select the cooperative co-creation member corresponding to the target co-creation board.

In the embodiment of the present invention, it should be noted that the certain user is any user who uses the co-creation workflow platform.

In this embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the co-creation board creation requirement may further include a cover identification of the target co-creation board and/or a profile of the target co-creation board. Further optionally, the collaborative co-creation module 101 may be further configured to detect a content column selection operation triggered by the certain user in a process of creating the target co-creation board or after creating the target co-creation board, output a content column set according to the content column selection operation for the certain user to select, obtain one of the content columns selected by the certain user from the content column set, and establish an association relationship between the one of the content columns and the target co-creation board. The content column set comprises at least one created content column, and the association relationship between one content column and the target co-creation board is used for indicating that the target co-creation board belongs to the one content column, or the target co-creation board comprises the one content column. It should be noted that each content column may include at least one co-creation board.

Still further optionally, the collaborative sharing module 101 may be further configured to, when the certain user does not trigger the content grouping selection operation in the process of creating the target sharing board or after creating the target grouping, determine a target area to which an operation icon that the certain user triggers the creation requirement of the sharing board belongs, determine a target content grouping corresponding to the target area, and establish an association relationship between the target content grouping and the target sharing board.

After the association relationship between the co-creation board and the content column is created, when the user views the content column or the co-creation board, the co-creation board is displayed in the display area corresponding to the content column having the association relationship. The collaborative co-creation module 101 may also modify the name identifier of the created co-creation board and/or the content section identifier of the created content section according to the user-triggered identifier modification operation.

Further optionally, the collaborative co-creation module 101 may be further configured to detect a moving operation of the certain user for a certain sub-content column, and move the sub-content column to a position matching the moving operation according to the moving operation. Therefore, the user can modify the display position/display sequence of the sub-content columns through simple moving operation according to the requirement of the user.

Therefore, the user can execute corresponding operation on the sub-content in columns according to the self requirement, and the method is rich in functions and high in operation flexibility.

Further optionally, the collaborative co-creation module 101 may be further configured to detect a moving operation/a folding operation/an editing operation/a sharing operation/a deleting operation of the certain user for a certain content column, and execute a corresponding operation for the content column.

Further optionally, the operation interface displayed with the content columns may also display a column directory, where the column directory includes content column identifiers of all content columns created by the certain user, and the content column identifiers are used to implement fast positioning and fast viewing of the corresponding content columns. Therefore, the optional embodiment can also realize the rapid matching of the external talent resources by issuing detailed project requirement information (including introduction information, talent resource requirement information and member information currently participating in the target project) on the line, has high efficiency, and can also improve the matching degree of the matched external talent resources and projects.
