The invention provides a high-strength waterproof antibacterial automobile sun visor lens which comprises a glass substrate, a hardened film layer arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the glass substrate, a waterproof film layer arranged on one side of the hardened film layer, which is far away from the glass substrate, and an antibacterial film layer arranged on one side of the waterproof film layer, which is far away from the hardened film layer, wherein the glass substrate is a resin glass substrate, and the resin glass substrate comprises, by weight, 20 ~ 30 parts of methyl cyclohexyl diisocyanate, 10 ~ 20 parts of dibutyl phthalate, 10 ~ 15 parts of sodium benzoate, 5 ~ 10 parts of polycarbonate, 5 ~ 10 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 1 ~ 5 parts of polymethylsilicone oil, 1 ~ 5 parts of dibutyltin dichloride, 1 ~ 5 parts of an ultraviolet absorbent and 50 ~ 60 parts of deionized water.

Further, the resin glass substrate comprises the following components in parts by weight: methylcyclohexyl diisocyanate: 25 parts, dibutyl phthalate: 15 parts, sodium benzoate: 13 parts, polycarbonate: 8 parts, nano silicon dioxide: 7 parts of polymethylsilicone oil: 3 parts of dibutyltin dichloride: 4 parts, ultraviolet absorber: 2 parts, deionized water: 50 parts of the raw materials.

2) injecting the mixed solution obtained in the step 1) into a mold, curing for 2 ~ 3 hours at the temperature of 80 ~ 100 ℃ to obtain a glass substrate, and milling, polishing and ultrasonically cleaning the glass substrate;
3) soaking the glass substrate treated in the step 2) in hardening liquid, dip-coating a hardening film layer on the surface of the glass substrate, curing at 50 ~ 70 ℃ for 10 ~ 20 minutes, and cooling to room temperature;
4) putting the glass substrate obtained after the treatment in the step 3) into a vacuum evaporation machine, and evaporating a waterproof film layer;
5) and 4) spraying an antibacterial film layer on the surface of the glass substrate obtained after the treatment in the step 4) to obtain the high-strength waterproof antibacterial automobile sun visor lens.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the high-strength waterproof antibacterial automobile sun visor lens is ingenious in structural design, the sun visor lens is made to have higher hardness through the design of the hard film layer, the waterproof film layer and the antibacterial film layer, the waterproof antibacterial performance is further enhanced because the glass substrate is a resin glass substrate with a unique color agent, and the sun visor lens is long in service life, low in production cost and good in economic benefit.

Referring to fig. 1, the high-strength waterproof antibacterial automobile sun visor lens comprises a glass substrate 1, a hardened film layer 2 arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the glass substrate 1, a waterproof film layer 3 arranged on one side, far away from the glass substrate 1, of the hardened film layer 2, and an antibacterial film layer 4 arranged on one side, far away from the hardened film layer 2, of the waterproof film layer 3, wherein the glass substrate 1 is a resin glass substrate, and the resin glass substrate comprises, by weight, 20 ~ 30 parts of methylcyclohexyl diisocyanate, 10 ~ 20 parts of dibutyl phthalate, 10 ~ 15 parts of sodium benzoate, 5 ~ 10 parts of polycarbonate, 5 ~ 10 parts of nano-silica, 1 ~ 5 parts of polymethylsiloxane, 1 ~ 5 parts of dibutyltin dichloride, 1 ~ 5 parts of an ultraviolet absorbent, and 50 ~ 60 parts of deionized water.
Further, the resin glass substrate comprises the following components in parts by weight: methylcyclohexyl diisocyanate: 25 parts, dibutyl phthalate: 15 parts, sodium benzoate: 13 parts, polycarbonate: 8 parts, nano silicon dioxide: 7 parts of polymethylsilicone oil: 3 parts of dibutyltin dichloride: 4 parts, ultraviolet absorber: 2 parts, deionized water: 50 parts of the raw materials.

3) soaking the glass substrate treated in the step 2) in hardening liquid, dip-coating a hardening film layer on the surface of the glass substrate, curing at 50 ~ 70 ℃ for 10 ~ 20 minutes, and cooling to room temperature;
4) putting the glass substrate obtained after the treatment in the step 3) into a vacuum evaporation machine, and evaporating a waterproof film layer;
5) and 4) spraying an antibacterial film layer on the surface of the glass substrate obtained after the treatment in the step 4) to obtain the high-strength waterproof antibacterial automobile sun visor lens.
The high-strength waterproof antibacterial automobile sun visor lens is ingenious in structural design, the sun visor lens is high in hardness and good in waterproof and antibacterial performance through the design of the hard film layer 2, the waterproof film layer 3 and the antibacterial film layer 4, the waterproof and antibacterial performance is further enhanced by adopting the resin glass substrate with the unique color agent as the glass substrate 1, and the sun visor lens is long in service life, low in production cost and good in economic benefit.

a glass substrate;
the hard coating layers are arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the glass substrate;
the waterproof film layer is arranged on one surface of the hardened film layer, which is far away from the glass substrate;
the antibacterial film layer is arranged on one surface of the waterproof film layer, which is far away from the hardened film layer;
the glass substrate is a resin glass substrate and comprises, by weight, 20 ~ 30 parts of methylcyclohexyl diisocyanate, 10 ~ 20 parts of dibutyl phthalate, 10 ~ 15 parts of sodium benzoate, 5 ~ 10 parts of polycarbonate, 5 ~ 10 parts of nano-silica, 1 ~ 5 parts of polymethylsilicone oil, 1 ~ 5 parts of dibutyltin dichloride, 1 ~ 5 parts of an ultraviolet absorbent and 50 ~ 60 parts of deionized water.

The high-strength waterproof antibacterial automobile sun visor lens according to claim 1, wherein the resin glass substrate comprises the following components in parts by weight: methylcyclohexyl diisocyanate: 25 parts, dibutyl phthalate: 15 parts, sodium benzoate: 13 parts, polycarbonate: 8 parts, nano silicon dioxide: 7 parts of polymethylsilicone oil: 3 parts of dibutyltin dichloride: 4 parts, ultraviolet absorber: 2 parts, deionized water: 50 parts of the raw materials.
3. The high strength waterproof antibacterial automotive sun visor lens of claim 1, wherein the hard coating layer is a hard liquid coating layer.
4. The high strength waterproof antibacterial automotive sun visor lens of claim 2, wherein the waterproof film layer is a polyethylene film layer.
5. The high-strength waterproof antibacterial automobile sun visor lens according to claim 1, wherein the antibacterial film layer is a transparent nano silver silica gel film layer.
6. The high strength waterproof antibacterial automotive sun visor lens of claim 1, wherein the ultraviolet absorber is UV-31 or UV-41.
7. The process for producing a high-strength waterproof antibacterial lens for a sun visor of an automobile as claimed in any one of claims 1 ~ 6, wherein the process comprises the steps of:
1) adding methyl cyclohexyl diisocyanate, dibutyl phthalate, sodium benzoate, polycarbonate, nano silicon dioxide, polymethyl silicone oil, dibutyltin dichloride, an ultraviolet absorbent and deionized water into a stirring kettle according to the proportion, vacuumizing and stirring for 20 ~ 30 minutes at the temperature of 15 ~ 25 ℃ and 25 ℃, wherein the stirring speed is 800 ~ 1000 r/min, and obtaining mixed liquid;
2) injecting the mixed solution obtained in the step 1) into a mold, curing for 2 ~ 3 hours at the temperature of 80 ~ 100 ℃ to obtain a glass substrate, and milling, polishing and ultrasonically cleaning the glass substrate;
3) soaking the glass substrate treated in the step 2) in hardening liquid, dip-coating a hardening film layer on the surface of the glass substrate, curing at 50 ~ 70 ℃ for 10 ~ 20 minutes, and cooling to room temperature;
4) putting the glass substrate obtained after the treatment in the step 3) into a vacuum evaporation machine, and evaporating a waterproof film layer;
5) and 4) spraying an antibacterial film layer on the surface of the glass substrate obtained after the treatment in the step 4) to obtain the high-strength waterproof antibacterial automobile sun visor lens.
