背景技术
漆皮是一种加工工艺,指在真皮或者PU皮等材料上淋漆,把表面加工成具有光亮坚固效果的合成革,使其变为一种具有强烈表面效果和风格特征的服饰材料。各种色彩鲜艳的漆皮及仿漆皮紧身时装,以及合脚精细的漆皮皮底皮鞋,是时下的时髦商品,漆皮产品凭借着亮丽的外观风格,并且防水防潮,广泛的得到了消费者的喜爱。但是目前市场上普通漆皮产品还不够透亮,透气性差,并且手感不够柔软,对于消费者的使用体验还可以有进一步的提高。
目前使用的绝大多数塑料等高分子材料在自然条件下均不可降解,高分子材料的大量使用,导致白色污染问题日益严重,对环境造成了巨大的破坏。
市面上现有的可被生物降解的PU合成革主要是通过使用含大豆纤维、大麻纤维等天然物织成的基布作为基底,或者是将湿法贝斯中的填充物更换成可被大自然分解的动物毛屑和由植物制成的纤维粉等,使用这些可被生物降解的原材料生产合成革产品,目前还在广泛的研究与应用之中,还有很大的发展空间
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供环保软质皱镜合成革的生产方法,能解决背景技术中存在的技术缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:环保软质皱镜合成革的生产方法,所述生产方法由以下步骤组成:
步骤一:制备无纺织基布;
步骤二:配置干法面底涂料;
步骤三:将干法面料和干法底料分别涂覆于离型纸表面,并进行烘干,形成离型纸A;
步骤四:将离型纸A与无纺织基布贴合;
步骤五:将步骤五中的无纺织基布,通入烘箱,烘干后对其进行烫平处理;
步骤六:将步骤五中的无纺织基布进行冷却,冷却后对其进行剥离,形成无泛指基布A;
步骤七:配置湿气固化涂料;
步骤八:将湿气固化涂料涂覆于无纺织基布A两面;
步骤九:对步骤八中无纺织基布A进行湿化处理;
步骤十:对湿化处理后的无纺织基布A进行自然烘干;
步骤十一:对自然烘干后的无纺织基布A进行物化性能检测,形成软质皱镜合成革。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述无纺织基布原材料采用聚丙烯纤维材料丙纶作为原材料。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述干法面底涂料为PU树酯浆料;
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述湿气固化涂料选用活性异氰酸酯部分的聚氨酯预聚体A和固化剂混合后制成湿气固化反应型聚氨酯热熔胶。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述步骤九的湿化处理采用YG-PUR1的湿气固化反应型聚氨酯热熔胶复合机。
与现有技术相比,本发明能达到的有益效果是:
(1)基材创新:
①基布采用无纺布,具有细毛孔效果,吸湿、透气性好,具有真皮一般的密度和强度;
②湿气固化原材料,原有的湿气固化料,模量大的,牢度好但手感硬;模量小的,手感软但牢度差,两者难以达到统一。现采用的活性异氰酸酯,耐候性好,由于架桥后不可逆的特性,不会受环境温度变化而产生蠕动、发脆,韧性高,初粘力强,具有极强的渗透力和亲和力。
(2)工艺创新:
在基布上直接涂覆一层干法聚氨酯,再进行湿气固化,简化了工艺,操作更加简捷,节省了原材料,另一方面产品的手感也更加柔软。

实施例一:
本发明提供环保软质皱镜合成革的生产方法,生产方法由以下步骤组成:
步骤一:制备无纺织基布;无纺织基布原材料采用聚丙烯纤维材料丙纶作为原材料;以聚丙烯树脂为主要生产原料,比重仅0.9,只有棉花的五分之三,具蓬松性,手感好;由细纤维组成(2-3D)轻点状热熔粘结成型。成品柔软度适中,具舒适感;由聚丙烯纺丝直接铺成网热粘结而成,制品强度较一般短纤产品为佳,强度无方向性,纵横向强度相近;聚丙烯的化学结构不牢固,分子链很容易就可断裂,从而可以有效地降解,并且在无毒的形态中进入下一步环境循环。
步骤二:配置干法面底涂料;干法面底涂料为PU树酯浆料;干法树脂又分为面层树脂和底层(粘结)树脂,底层树脂采用二液型。二液型树脂不能单独使用,必须配合使用固化剂,通过其架桥剂、交联剂增强其强度。。
步骤三:将干法面料和干法底料分别涂覆于离型纸表面,并进行烘干,形成离型纸A;
步骤四:将离型纸A与无纺织基布贴合;
步骤五:将步骤五中的无纺织基布,通入烘箱,烘干后对其进行烫平处理;
步骤六:将步骤五中的无纺织基布进行冷却,冷却后对其进行剥离,形成无泛指基布A;具体的,将PU树酯浆料涂刮在离型纸的两面,优选涂覆涂刮1~2次,继而进入烘箱,加热烘干除去树酯中的溶剂而形成PU聚氨酯皮膜,然后将无纺织基布和PU聚氨酯面层通过粘接层粘合在一起形成合成革制品,并经冷却熟化,最后将离型纸与合成革分离形成成品;
步骤七:配置湿气固化涂料;湿气固化涂料选用活性异氰酸酯部分的聚氨酯预聚体A和固化剂混合后制成湿气固化反应型聚氨酯热熔胶;其作用机理是聚氨酯预聚体与空气中的水分反应,固化交联而形成稳定的化学结构。施胶方便、熔点低,110℃即可施胶。由于架桥后具备了不可逆的特性,因而不会受环境温度变化而产生蠕变和发脆。韧性高,初粘力强,具有极强的渗透性和亲和力,粘合强度比同样条件下的其它胶粘剂高出40%~60%,降低了胶粘剂的使用量;
步骤八:将湿气固化涂料涂覆于无纺织基布A两面;
步骤九:对步骤八中无纺织基布A进行湿化处理;
步骤十:对湿化处理后的无纺织基布A进行自然烘干;
步骤十一:对自然烘干后的无纺织基布A进行物化性能检测,形成软质皱镜合成革。
其中,步骤九的湿化处理采用YG-PUR1的湿气固化反应型聚氨酯热熔胶复合机。
实施例二
本发明提供环保软质皱镜合成革的生产方法,生产方法由以下步骤组成:
步骤一:制备无纺织基布;无纺织基布原材料采用聚丙烯纤维材料丙纶作为原材料;以聚丙烯树脂为主要生产原料,比重仅0.9,只有棉花的五分之三,具蓬松性,手感好;由细纤维组成(2-3D)轻点状热熔粘结成型。成品柔软度适中,具舒适感;由聚丙烯纺丝直接铺成网热粘结而成,制品强度较一般短纤产品为佳,强度无方向性,纵横向强度相近;聚丙烯的化学结构不牢固,分子链很容易就可断裂,从而可以有效地降解,并且在无毒的形态中进入下一步环境循环。
步骤二:配置干法面底涂料;干法面底涂料为PU树酯浆料;干法树脂又分为面层树脂和底层(粘结)树脂,底层树脂采用1.5-液型,1.5-液型则是可少量使用架桥剂,满足其强度即可。
步骤三:将干法面料和干法底料分别涂覆于离型纸表面,并进行烘干,形成离型纸A;
步骤四:将离型纸A与无纺织基布贴合;
步骤五:将步骤五中的无纺织基布,通入烘箱,烘干后对其进行烫平处理;
步骤六:将步骤五中的无纺织基布进行冷却,冷却后对其进行剥离,形成无泛指基布A;具体的,将PU树酯浆料涂刮在离型纸的两面,优选涂覆涂刮1~2次,继而进入烘箱,加热烘干除去树酯中的溶剂而形成PU聚氨酯皮膜,然后将无纺织基布和PU聚氨酯面层通过粘接层粘合在一起形成合成革制品,并经冷却熟化,最后将离型纸与合成革分离形成成品;
步骤七:配置湿气固化涂料;湿气固化涂料选用活性异氰酸酯部分的聚氨酯预聚体A和固化剂混合后制成湿气固化反应型聚氨酯热熔胶;其作用机理是聚氨酯预聚体与空气中的水分反应,固化交联而形成稳定的化学结构。施胶方便、熔点低,110℃即可施胶。由于架桥后具备了不可逆的特性,因而不会受环境温度变化而产生蠕变和发脆。韧性高,初粘力强,具有极强的渗透性和亲和力,粘合强度比同样条件下的其它胶粘剂高出40%~60%,降低了胶粘剂的使用量;
步骤八:将湿气固化涂料涂覆于无纺织基布A两面;
步骤九:对步骤八中无纺织基布A进行湿化处理;
步骤十:对湿化处理后的无纺织基布A进行自然烘干;
步骤十一:对自然烘干后的无纺织基布A进行物化性能检测,形成软质皱镜合成革。
其中,步骤九的湿化处理采用YG-PUR1的湿气固化反应型聚氨酯热熔胶复合机。
本发明的生产工艺具有以下优点:
(1)基材创新:
①基布采用无纺布,具有细毛孔效果,吸湿、透气性好,具有真皮一般的密度和强度;
②湿气固化原材料,原有的湿气固化料,模量大的,牢度好但手感硬;模量小的,手感软但牢度差,两者难以达到统一。现采用的活性异氰酸酯,耐候性好,由于架桥后不可逆的特性,不会受环境温度变化而产生蠕动、发脆,韧性高,初粘力强,具有极强的渗透力和亲和力。
(2)工艺创新:
在基布上直接涂覆一层干法聚氨酯,再进行湿气固化,简化了工艺,操作更加简捷,节省了原材料,另一方面产品的手感也更加柔软。
