本发明属于精细化工领域,具体涉及一种印花用红色分散染料组合物,由重量分数为0‑20%的染料单体A,重量分数为0.01‑10%的染料单体B,重量分数为0.01‑20%的染料单体C,重量分数为0.01‑15%的染料单体D,余量为助剂组成。本发明提供的印花用红色分散染料组合物中不含禁用芳香胺成分,成为符合Oeko‑Tex Standard 100环保和生态的绿色染料,满足欧盟Reach法规要求,色泽亮丽,具有更高的升华牢度、水洗牢度、摩擦牢度及良好的相容性等优良性能,尤其提升力方面的优势更加突出,固色率高,大大降低了印花过程中产生的浮色,是一种符合市场发展要求的高性能染料。

一种印花用红色分散染料组合物
技术领域
本发明属于精细化工领域,具体涉及一种印花用红色分散染料组合物。
背景技术
在聚酯材料的印染中,采用的红色分散染料极大多数色彩的鲜艳度、pH敏感性、升华牢度、水洗牢度、摩擦牢度、热熔染色时的提升率不能相互兼顾,例如常用的C.I.分散红92虽然在聚酯纤维的染色时可以获得明亮的色泽而且具有良好的耐光性,但它的印花着色率很低、染色成本高,生产过程中污染量大。
本发明是通过将C.I.分散红92与其它三种偶氮以及杂环染料进行组合,来减少C.I.分散红92的用量,改进染色性能,达到复配增溶的效果。本发明混合染料符合欧共体Oeko-Tex Standard 100的环保和生态要求,色泽丰满,具有更高的提升率、升华牢度、水洗牢度、摩擦牢度及良好的相容性等优良性能,非常适合于聚酯纤维的印花以及染色。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供一种印花着色率高、染色成本低的印花用红色分散染料组合物。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种印花用红色分散染料组合物,其特征在于该染料组合物由下列组分组成:
重量分数为0-20%的化学式(Ⅰ)的染料单体A,

重量分数为0.01-10%的化学式(Ⅱ)的染料单体B,

其中,式(Ⅳ)中R1为乙基或者丙基;所述丙基为正丙基或异丙基。
其余为助剂。
优选的,所述印花用红色分散染料组合物由下列组分组成:染料单体A的重量分数为5-20%,所述的染料单体B的重量分数为1-10%,所述的染料单体C的重量分数为2-20%,所述的染料单体D的重量分数为1-15%,其余为助剂。
优选的,所述印花用红色分散染料组合物由下列组分组成:染料单体A的重量分数为10-20%,所述的染料单体B的重量分数为5-10%,所述的染料单体C的重量分数为8-20%,所述的染料单体D的重量分数为5-15%,其余为助剂。
进一步的,染料单体D选自下列如式(Ⅳ-1)和(Ⅳ-2)所示的染料单体的任意一种或两种:

所述的助剂包括下列之一或组合物,木质素磺酸钠(木质素85A、83A、S-25、S-28)、烷基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物和萘磺酸甲醛缩合物(分散剂MF)。
采用本发明的技术方案的有益效果是:本发明提供的印花用红色分散染料组合物中不含禁用芳香胺成分,成为符合Oeko-Tex Standard 100环保和生态的绿色染料,满足欧盟Reach法规要求,色泽亮丽,具有更高的升华牢度、水洗牢度、摩擦牢度及良好的相容性等优良性能,尤其提升力方面的优势更加突出。固色率高,大大降低了印花过程中产生的浮色,是一种符合市场发展要求的高性能染料。
本发明所述的分散染料可以按照以下方法制备:将计量比的原染料单体A、染料单体B、染料单体C、染料单体D经预分散打碎后,加入助剂和温水搅拌分散溶解,经过连续研磨和过滤重复,砂磨至终点后,通过管道送置喷雾干燥塔干燥,同时均匀喷入防尘油,最后成品包装。喷雾干燥中产出的废气由旋风除尘装置,通过数次过滤除尘。
本发明采用的染料单体A为C.I.分散红92、染料单体B为C.I.分散红356,染料单体C为C.I.溶剂红196,染料单体B为C.I.分散红343,以上几种染料单体都可选用市售产品。
Color Index(C.I.)是“染料索引号”的意思,它是国际通用的染料名称。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步作具体描述,但不局限于此。
实施例1-10
按表1所示数据,将计量比的原染料单体A、染料单体B、染料单体C、染料单体D经预分散打碎后,加入助剂和温水搅拌分散溶解,经过连续研磨和过滤重复,砂磨至终点后,通过管道送置喷雾干燥塔干燥,同时均匀喷入防尘油,最后成品包装。

将上述实施例制得的分散染料进行复合性能测试,测试方法如下:
各取1.0g实施例1-4制得的分散染料,用水分别配制成浓度为1.0g/500ml的分散染料悬浮物,取20ml与80ml的水混合,用醋酸调节染浴pH到4.5-5.0,然后升温到60℃,同时分别放入聚酯纤维进行高温高压染色,在35分钟内升温到130℃,保温30分钟,冷却到80℃时取样。观察布样色光并采用GB/T3921、GB/T3920-1997、GB/T5718-1997评定其染色牢度。测定结果见表2。

重量分数为0-20%的化学式(Ⅰ)的染料单体A,

2.如权利要求1所述的印花用红色分散染料组合物,其特征在于,所述印花用红色分散染料组合物由下列组分组成:染料单体A的重量分数为5-20%,所述的染料单体B的重量分数为1-10%,所述的染料单体C的重量分数为2-20%,所述的染料单体D的重量分数为1-15%,其余为助剂。
3.如权利要求1所述的印花用红色分散染料组合物,其特征在于,所述印花用红色分散染料组合物由下列组分组成:染料单体A的重量分数为10-20%,所述的染料单体B的重量分数为5-10%,所述的染料单体C的重量分数为8-20%,所述的染料单体D的重量分数为5-15%,其余为助剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的印花用红色分散染料组合物,其特征在于,所述染料单体D选自下列如式Ⅳ-1和Ⅳ-2所示的染料单体的任意一种或两种:

5.如权利要求1~4任一项所述的印花用红色分散染料组合物,其特征在于,所述的助剂包括下列之一或组合物:木质素磺酸钠、烷基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物和萘磺酸甲醛缩合物。
6.一种制备如权利要求1~4任一项所述的印花用红色分散染料组合物的方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:将计量比的原染料单体A、染料单体B、染料单体C、染料单体D经预分散打碎后,加入助剂和温水搅拌分散溶解,经过连续研磨和过滤重复,砂磨至终点后,通过管道送置喷雾干燥塔干燥,同时均匀喷入防尘油,最后成品包装。
