Abstract

本发明涉及染料领域,特别涉及分散红染料组合物、分散红染料制剂及其应用。该染料组合物包括分散红(I)、分散红(II)、分散黄(III)、碱性紫(V)和碱性紫(VI)中的一种或两者以上的组合物。采用本发明分散染料上染醋纤材料时,通过不同组分的比例,可获得具有色彩艳丽,染后上色率高、匀染性好、各项牢度尤其是水洗牢度极高,而且染色稳定性也非常好。

分散红染料组合物、分散红染料制剂及其应用
技术领域
本发明涉及染料领域,特别涉及分散红染料组合物、分散红染料制剂及其应用。
背景技术
分散染料是一类水溶性较低的非离子型染料,最早用于醋酯纤维的染色,称为醋纤染料。醋纤染料对温度是非常敏感的,当染色温度不均匀或过高时,则会导致不良的外观或色花,而在低温下染色往往使分散染料在染色过程中总有部分染料未能进入织物内部,只能吸附在表面,形成浮色,这些浮色严重影响织物的水洗牢度。织物的浮色在染色后处理不干净,在后续使用过程中会逐渐被洗去而引起褪色,但是目前市场上能运用到醋纤的高温分散染料则几乎不存在。所以就目前而言研发一种用于醋纤的高水洗染料组合物是印染企业迫切希望看到的。
分散红是一种常用的染料颜色,既可单独使用,也可作为重要组分用于拼色,随着新纤维的出现,特别是新近流行的三醋纤和二醋纤织物的大量使用,原有的红色染料因其水洗牢度差,上色率低,不能满足印染需求,市场上高水洗牢度的染料大都采用分散红356和嫩黄复配而来满足市场的需求,有些产品虽有好的水洗牢度,但上色率较低,意味着染浴中大量染料进行废水中,从而增加了三废的负荷,不利于节能减排的社会要求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种高水洗牢度的分散红染料组合物,解决现有红色高水洗染料上色率不佳的问题。

本发明还提供了所述的染料制剂或如所述制备方法制得的染料制剂在醋纤材料染色和/或印花中的应用。
本发明提供的染料组合物或染料制剂,可以微粒子化的液态、乳膏状,或者喷雾干燥法等进行干燥后的粉状,颗粒状态可供染色,用本发明分散染料上染醋纤材料时,通过不同组分的比例,可获得具有色彩艳丽,染后上色率高、匀染性好、各项牢度尤其是水洗牢度极高,而且染色稳定性也非常好。上述分散红染料组合物可以用于醋纤的染色和印花。

上述高水洗牢度的分散红染料混合物,制备方法为:将分散红(I)、分散红(II)、分散黄(III)、碱性紫(V)、碱性紫(VI)、助剂,按比例混匀,进行砂磨,喷雾干燥后可获得分散红染料组合物。
所述的助剂可以分为分散染料复配时常用的分散剂,优选下列之一或其中两种以上混合物:萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、烷基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、木质素磺酸钠、葡萄糖等分散剂。

下面结合实施例,进一步阐述本发明:
实施例1
以分散染料组合物总质量为基准,按20%如式(I)组分A,10%如式(II)组分B,12%如式(III-1)组分C,15%如式(V)组分D,8%如式(VI)组分E,余量的分散剂的配比称取各组分,其中分散剂由甲基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物与木质素磺酸钠按质量比3:7混合而成,然后将上述各组分混合均匀后加水进行研磨,研磨得到的浆料进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥的工艺条件为:进口温度125℃,出口温度:60℃,经干燥后得粒径为1μm的分散染料组合物。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:按20%如式(I)组分A,10%如式(II)组分B,12%如式(III-2)组分C,8%如式(III-3)组分C,5%如式(V)组分D,8%如式(VI)组分E,余量的分散剂的配比称取各组分,其余分散剂由甲基萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物与木质素磺酸钠按质量比2:3混合而成,其余完全相同,故不在此赘述。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:按23%如式(I)组分A,15%如式(II)组分B,8%如式(III-4)组分C、16%如式(III-5)组分C,10%如式(V)组分D,12%如式(VI)组分E,余量的分散剂的配比称取各组分,其余分散剂由甲基萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物与木质素磺酸钠按质量比4:6混合而成,其余完全相同,故不在此赘述。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:按30%如式(I)组分A,20%如式(II)组分B,4%如式(III-6)组分C、4%如式(III-7)组分C,25%如式(V)组分D,9%如式(VI)组分E,余量的分散剂的配比称取各组分,其余分散剂由甲基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物与木质素磺酸钠按质量比3:7混合而成,其余完全相同,故不在此赘述。
对比例1
以分散染料总质量为基准:按10%式(I)组分A,6%式(III-1),9%分散红153,余量的分散剂配比称取各组分,其中分散剂由MF和木质素磺酸钠3:7混合而成,然后将上述混合均匀后加水进行研磨,研磨得到的浆料进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥的工艺条件为:进口温度130℃,出口温度60℃,经干燥后得粒径为0.6μm的分散染料组合物,采用实施例5的方法进行染织物,具体测定结果见表1,采用标准采用AATCC 61-2003、AATCC16-2004、AATCC8-2013、AATCC 15-2002、GB/T 9337-2001分别测试水洗牢度、日晒牢度、摩擦牢度、耐汗牢度及上色率。
效果例
各取0.5g实施例1~4以及对比例制得的分散染料,分散在200ml水中,吸取10ml后与80ml水混合,用醋酸调节染浴pH为4.5~5.0,放入2.5g醋酸纤维进行染色,于25分钟由室温升温至95℃,保温40分钟,冷却至60℃,开始取样,然后进行洗涤和干燥,即可得到鲜艳的红色色调的染织物,具体测定结果见表1,采用AATCC 61-2003、AATCC16-2004、AATCC 8-2013、AATCC 15-2002、GB/T 9337-2001分别测试水洗牢度、日晒牢度、摩擦牢度、耐汗牢度及上色率。

从表1可以看出,本发明提供的分散染料组合物具有良好的上色率、匀染性,具有良好的水洗牢度、耐摩擦牢度和优异的日晒牢度。
