Claims (10)
1. A bolt fastening device for an air pipe in a narrow space is characterized by comprising an installation box (4), a group of bevel gears (1) which are connected inside the installation box (4) in a transverse and vertical right-angle mode, a transverse shaft rod (2) connected to the outer end part of the transverse bevel gear (1), a vertical shaft rod (3) connected to the end part of the vertical bevel gear (1), an extension rod (6) and a fixed rod (7) connected to the outer end part of the transverse shaft rod (2), a connecting shaft rod (8) and a bolt sleeve head (9) connected to the lower end part of the vertical shaft rod (3), and a nut placing piece (13) located below the bolt sleeve head (9);
the nut placing piece (13) comprises a placing rod (133) and a placing plate (131) detachably connected to one end of the placing rod (133), and a placing hole (132) is formed in the placing plate (131) corresponding to the size of the nut (12);
the vertical bevel gear (1) is positioned at the lower side of the transverse bevel gear (1), and the vertical bevel gear (1) is meshed with the transverse bevel gear (1); the transverse shaft rod (2) and the vertical shaft rod (3) penetrate through the installation box (4), and are rotatably connected with the installation box (4);
the installation box (4) is a rectangular box, and the bottom surface of the installation box (4) is detachably connected with an illuminator (25) and a miniature camera (26); a reinforcing rod (14) is connected to the lower part of one side of the transverse shaft rod (2) of the mounting box (4), and a limiting plate (17) is connected to the outer end of the reinforcing rod (14);
the extension rod (6) is telescopically connected with the fixed rod (7), and the outer end part of the fixed rod (7) is connected with a limit bearing (16); the limiting bearing (16) and the limiting plate (17) are integrally connected and are connected with a lower supporting platform (19) through a connecting column (18);
a supporting column (20) is connected below the supporting platform (19), and the bottom end of the supporting column (20) is connected with a base (24) connected with the ground; the support column (20) is further connected with limiting clamping plates (22), and the limiting clamping plates (22) are correspondingly connected with each other in a penetrating mode to place the rods (133).
2. The narrow space air duct bolt fastening device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vertical shaft rod (3) is connected with the mounting box (4) vertically in a through manner, and the lower side of the vertical shaft rod (3) penetrates through the mounting box (4) and is connected with the connecting shaft rod (8) through the connector (5); the transverse shaft rod (2) is connected with the extension rod (6) through a connector (5); scales are arranged on the extension rod (6).
3. The bolt fastening device for the air duct in the narrow space as claimed in claim 1, wherein the magnet (10) is connected inside the bolt sleeve head (9), and the size of the groove inside the bolt sleeve head (9) is adapted to the size of the top end of the bolt (11).
4. The bolt fastening device for the air duct in the narrow space as claimed in claim 1, wherein the limit bearings (16) are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the fixing rod (7) and are rotatably connected with the fixing rod (7); the limiting plates (17) are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the reinforcing rod (14) and are connected with the reinforcing rod (14) in a penetrating manner; the limiting bearings (16) and the limiting plates (17) are connected up and down and are at least arranged in two.

The bolt fastening device for the air duct in the narrow space as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reinforcing rod (14) is a hollow tube, and is spliced by a reinforcing rod sleeve (15); the reinforcing rod (14) is internally provided with an insulating layer and is connected with the wires of the illuminator (25) and the miniature camera (26) in a penetrating way.

The air pipe bolt fastening device for the narrow space as claimed in claim 1, wherein the limiting plate (17) is a rectangular plate, and an arc-shaped gap is formed in the upper part of the rectangular plate and correspondingly connected with the limiting bearing (16); the lower part of the limiting plate (17) is connected with a connecting column (18), and the lower end of the connecting column (18) is detachably connected with a supporting platform (19).

The narrow space air duct bolt fastening device as claimed in claim 1 or 6, wherein the supporting platform (19) is a rectangular piece, a supporting column (20) is connected to the center of the bottom surface of the supporting platform (19), and the supporting column (20) is formed by splicing supporting column sleeves (21); the bottom of the supporting column (20) and the base (24) are also connected with an inclined strut (23).

The bolt fastening device for the narrow space air duct according to claim 1, wherein the position-limiting clamping plate (22) is a rectangular slat, and a hole for passing the placing rod (133) is formed at the supporting column (20) where the position-limiting clamping plate (22) is located; the limiting clamping plates (22) are arranged in parallel at the upper side and the lower side of the hole.
9. The bolt fastening device for the narrow space air duct according to claim 1, wherein the placing rod (133) is spliced by a placing rod sleeve (134), and one end of the placing rod, which is not connected with the placing plate (131), penetrates into the limit clamp plate (22).
10. The construction method for the bolt fastening device of the air duct in the narrow space as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, is characterized by comprising the following concrete steps:
after the construction of the air pipe is completed, manufacturing an extension rod (6) and a fixed rod (7) according to the installation length of an actual bolt (11) to be fastened, wherein the extension and contraction of the extension rod (6) and the fixed rod (7) are controlled through hydraulic pressure; determining the height of the limiting bearing (16) according to the height of the bolt (11) to be fastened; manufacturing a nut placing piece (13) according to the size and the installation length of the nut (12);
manufacturing an installation box (4) and a bevel gear (1), arranging the bevel gear (1) at a right angle according to design, and testing the meshing rotation fluency of the bevel gear (1); an illuminator (25) and a miniature camera (26) are arranged at the lower part of the mounting box (4), and a reinforcing rod (14) is arranged at the side surface; the wires of the illuminator (25) and the miniature camera (26) are connected into the reinforcing rod (14) from the inside of the mounting box (4) in a penetrating way, and are finally connected with an external power supply and a display;
step three, manufacturing a limiting bearing (16), a limiting plate (17) and a limiting clamp plate (22), integrally connecting the limiting bearing (16) and the limiting plate (17) and pre-connecting the limiting bearing and the limiting plate (17) on a supporting platform (19), and connecting the limiting clamp plate (22) on a supporting column (20) of one section;
fourthly, installing a base (24), assembling the supporting column (20) on the base (24), and determining the position of a limiting clamp plate (22) on the supporting column (20) according to the position of the bolt (11) to be installed at the air pipe; a supporting platform (19), a connecting column (18), a limiting plate (17) and a limiting bearing (16) are arranged at the designed positions corresponding to the fixing rod (7) and the reinforcing rod (14);
connecting a bolt sleeve head (9) with the lower end of a vertical shaft rod (3) in an installation box (4), connecting a bolt (11) through a magnet (10), connecting an extension rod (6) with a horizontal shaft rod (2), extending the extension rod (6) under hydraulic control, preliminarily reaching the position of the bolt (11) to be fastened, finely adjusting the position of the bolt (11) according to an image transmitted by a micro camera (26) to align the bolt to a reserved bolt hole, and starting an illuminator (25) if light is dark;
sixthly, putting the corresponding nut (12) in the placing plate (131), and penetrating the placing rod (133) into the limiting clamping plate (22) for vertical positioning; after reaching a designated position along the lower part of the bolt (11) to be fastened, finely adjusting the horizontal position of the placing plate (131) by an image transmitted by the micro camera (26) until the nut (12) is aligned with the upper bolt (11);
seventhly, connecting an electric rotating machine or manually rotating at the outer end part of the fixing rod (7) to enable the bolt (11) to penetrate into the nut (12) in the placing plate (131); along with the screwing of the bolt (11), the installation box (4) gradually falls, and the connection length of the support column sleeve (21) below the support platform (19) is adjusted to adapt to the falling height of the installation box (4);
step eight, after the installation of the bolt (11) at the position is finished, lifting a support column (20) below the support platform (19) and contracting the extension rod (6) to connect the bolt (11) of the next installation point, and extending towards the next installation point after the connection is finished; the reinforcing rod (14) and the placing rod (133) are spliced, lengthened or shortened corresponding to the length of the extension rod (6) through respective connected sleeves until the fastening and installation of all the bolts (11) are completed.
