The high-strength bolt mounting device provided by the invention is used for mounting high-strength bolts, so that all the high-strength bolts can be simply, conveniently, quickly and safely mounted, the mounting time is greatly saved, the working hours of high-altitude operation are reduced, and the construction period is shortened;
3. the installation is carried out without adopting a hanging basket method, and the installation method is suitable for the installation of all steel crane beams and high-strength bolts of the brake plate.
The installation apparatus of the high-strength bolt and the installation method thereof according to the present invention are described above by way of example with reference to fig. 1 to 5. However, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that various modifications may be made to the high-strength bolt installation apparatus and the high-strength bolt installation method of the present invention without departing from the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the scope of the present invention should be determined by the contents of the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. The mounting device for the high-strength bolt is characterized by comprising a positioning mechanism which is detachably mounted at the tail end of a brake plate and a pi-shaped movable mechanism which is vertically arranged on the positioning mechanism, wherein the pi-shaped movable mechanism comprises a vertical pipe which is movably arranged on the positioning mechanism, and an upper transverse pipe assembly and a lower transverse pipe assembly which are symmetrically arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the vertical pipe; wherein,
the vertical pipe can move up and down and rotate circumferentially on the positioning mechanism, and the lengths of the upper transverse pipe assembly and the lower transverse pipe assembly are adjustable; and,
an upward centering piece is arranged on the upper transverse pipe assembly, a downward bolt fixing piece is arranged on the lower transverse pipe assembly, and a high-strength bolt to be installed is arranged in the bolt fixing piece; and the high-strength bolt to be installed, the bolt positioning hole and the centering piece can be positioned on the same positioning straight line by adjusting the vertical stand pipe, the upper transverse pipe assembly and the lower transverse pipe assembly.
2. A high strength bolt mounting apparatus as defined in claim 1,
the upper transverse pipe assembly comprises an upper main pipe fixed on the vertical riser and an upper sub pipe sleeved on one side of the upper main pipe, which is far away from the vertical riser, and the lower transverse pipe assembly comprises a lower main pipe fixed on the vertical riser and a lower sub pipe sleeved on one side of the lower main pipe, which is far away from the vertical riser; the centering piece is fixed on the upper sub-pipe, and the bolt fixing piece is fixed on the lower sub-pipe.
3. A high strength bolt mounting apparatus as defined in claim 2,
the upper sub pipe and the lower sub pipe can be respectively fixed with the corresponding upper main pipe and the lower main pipe through locking bolts.
4. A high tensile bolt mounting apparatus as claimed in claim 3 further including a lifting mechanism by which said vertical riser is moved up and down on said positioning mechanism.
5. A high strength bolt mounting apparatus as defined in claim 4,
the positioning mechanism comprises a base fixed at the tail end of the brake plate and a positioning piece fixed on the base, and the middle part of the vertical pipe is positioned on the positioning piece.
6. A high strength bolt mounting apparatus as defined in claim 5,
the positioning piece is symmetrically provided with four fine adjustment screws, wherein the two fine adjustment screws are positioned on one side of the vertical pipe, the other two fine adjustment screws are positioned on the other side of the vertical pipe, and the vertical pipe is mutually matched and positioned on the positioning piece through the four fine adjustment screws.
7. A high strength bolt mounting apparatus as defined in claim 5,
a compression screw and a travelling wheel which is contacted with the brake plate are arranged on the base; and when the base moves to a preset position on the brake plate through the travelling wheel, the base is fixed with the brake plate through the compression screw.
8. A high strength bolt mounting apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 7,
the bolt fixing piece comprises an upper top seat fixed on the lower sub-pipe, a bolt lower die is arranged at the top of the upper top seat, the head part of the high-strength bolt to be installed is contained in the bolt lower die, and the screw rod part of the high-strength bolt to be installed extends to the upper part of the upper top seat; and,
and a locking plate connected with the pull rope is arranged in the lower bolt die and pressed on the head.
9. A method of installing a high-strength bolt, using the high-strength bolt installation apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 8, the method comprising:
determining a prepositioning position of the positioning mechanism on the brake plate, and fixing the positioning mechanism at the prepositioning position;
fixing the high-strength bolt to be installed through the bolt fixing piece;
adjusting the vertical pipe, the upper transverse pipe assembly and the lower transverse pipe assembly to enable the high-strength bolt to be installed, the bolt positioning hole and the centering piece to be located on the same positioning straight line;
lifting the pi-shaped movable mechanism to enable the high-strength bolt to be installed to penetrate through the bolt positioning hole;
and locking and fixing the high-strength bolt to be installed through a nut.
10. The method of installing a high strength bolt according to claim 9, wherein said determining a predetermined position of said positioning mechanism on said brake plate and fixing said positioning mechanism at said predetermined position comprises:
making a longitudinal datum line parallel to a central axis of the bolt positioning hole and a transverse datum line perpendicular to the longitudinal datum line;
determining the pre-positioning position according to the longitudinal datum line and the transverse datum line;
and positioning the base at the preset position through a compression screw.
