本发明公开了一种确定功率控制调整状态变量的方法及装置,用以终端设备在不同TTI长度并存的系统中确定上行信道的功率控制调整状态变量。该方法包括:终端设备确定第一功率控制调整状态变量,第一功率控制调整状态变量为第一时域资源上的第一信道的功率控制调整状态变量,第一时域资源的时间长度小于或等于一个时隙;终端设备确定第二功率控制调整状态变量等于第一功率控制调整状态变量,第二功率控制调整状态变量为第二时域资源上的第二信道的功率控制调整状态变量,第二时域资源的起始时间晚于或等于第一时域资源的起始时间,第一时域资源的时间长度小于第二时域资源的时间长度。
