According to the personal hotspot naming system, the mobile terminal and the third-party server are adopted, so that the intelligentization and personalization levels of the 'personal hotspot' function are improved, and the attraction and user stickiness of the personal hotspot function to the user are enhanced.

acquiring real-time position information of a mobile terminal;
analyzing and judging the real-time position attribute of the mobile terminal according to the real-time position information of the mobile terminal; the real-time position attribute of the mobile terminal comprises a credible position and an incredible position, or the real-time position attribute of the mobile terminal comprises a frequently-going position and a frequently-going position;
determining a naming mode of the personal hotspot according to the real-time position attribute of the mobile terminal;
and naming the personal hot spots according to the naming modes of the personal hot spots.
2. The personal hotspot naming method of claim 1, wherein the real-time location attributes of the mobile terminal are trusted and untrusted locations;
the analyzing and judging the real-time position attribute of the mobile terminal according to the real-time position information of the mobile terminal comprises the following steps:
requesting user registration and transaction information of a terminal number used by the mobile terminal from a third-party server;
judging whether the real-time position information of the mobile terminal is overlapped with the address information of the terminal number used by the mobile terminal in the user registration and transaction information of the third-party server;
if so, judging that the real-time position attribute of the mobile terminal is a credible position; and if not, judging that the real-time position attribute of the mobile terminal is an untrusted position.
3. The personal hotspot naming method of claim 1, wherein the real-time location attributes of the mobile terminal are a frequent location and a frequent location;
the analyzing and judging the real-time position attribute of the mobile terminal according to the real-time position information of the mobile terminal comprises the following steps:
processing to obtain a frequent location and a frequent location of the mobile terminal, and storing the frequent location and the frequent location in a mobile terminal database;
judging whether the real-time position information of the mobile terminal is coincident with the frequent position and the unusual position in the database;
if the real-time position information of the mobile terminal is superposed with one frequent location in the database, judging that the real-time position attribute of the mobile terminal is a frequent location;
and if the real-time position information of the mobile terminal is superposed with one of the extraordinary positions in the database, judging that the real-time position attribute of the mobile terminal is the extraordinary position.

The method according to claim 2, wherein the step of determining whether the address information of the real-time location information of the mobile terminal and the address information of the terminal number used by the mobile terminal in the user registration and transaction information of the third-party server coincide comprises:
judging whether the distance between the real-time position of the mobile terminal and the address of the terminal number used by the mobile terminal in the user registration and transaction information of the third-party server is smaller than a set threshold value or not;
if yes, determining that the signals are overlapped; if not, the judgment result is that the images are not coincident.
5. The method according to claim 3, wherein the determining whether the real-time location information of the mobile terminal coincides with the frequent location and the frequent location in the database comprises:
respectively judging whether the distance between the real-time position of the mobile terminal and the frequent position and the unusual position in the database is smaller than a set threshold value;
if yes, determining to be overlapped; if not, the judgment is that the images are not coincident.

The personal hotspot naming method of claim 2, wherein when the address information of the terminal number used by the mobile terminal in the user registration and transaction information of the third-party server includes a plurality of numbers, the frequency of use of each address information within a specified time is counted; the designated time is consistent with the acquisition time of the real-time position information of the mobile terminal;
and selecting the address information with the highest use frequency as the address information for judging whether the address information is superposed with the real-time position information of the mobile terminal.
7. The method for naming a personal hotspot according to claim 1, wherein the determining a naming mode of the personal hotspot according to the real-time location attribute of the mobile terminal comprises:
when the real-time position attribute of the mobile terminal is a credible position or a frequently-visited position, naming the personal hotspot by using a user name of a terminal number used by the mobile terminal or a user name of a common social network;
when the real-time position attribute of the mobile terminal is an untrusted position or a very-removed position, the personal hotspot is named in any one mode of a mobile terminal model, an Android AP, an Android or manufacturer name or a terminal model + dynamic letter or number.
8. The personal hotspot naming method of claim 3, wherein the processing obtains a frequent location and a frequent location of the mobile terminal and stores them in a mobile terminal database comprises:
collecting position information of the mobile terminal at regular intervals;
periodically counting and comparing whether the stay time or the occurrence frequency of the mobile terminal at each position is greater than or equal to a set threshold value;
if yes, determining the position of the mobile terminal as a frequent location; if not, the location of the mobile terminal is determined to be a significant departure location.

and the naming module is used for naming the personal hotspots according to the naming mode of the personal hotspots.
10. A personal hotspot naming system comprising a mobile network and a mobile terminal according to claim 9, wherein the mobile terminal accesses the mobile network through the personal hotspot, and the mobile network provides a communication channel for the mobile terminal.
11. The personal hotspot naming system of claim 10, further comprising a third-party server, wherein the mobile terminal is capable of requesting user registration and transaction information for a terminal number used by the mobile terminal from the third-party server via the mobile network;
the third party server can feed back the user registration and transaction information of the terminal number used by the mobile terminal to the mobile terminal through the mobile network.
