In the following description, an internet takeaway delivery platform is taken as an example for explanation, and it should be understood that the embodiments of the present application can be applied to other electronic commerce platforms for recommending delivery addresses.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an information interaction system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the information interaction system includes a plurality of first terminals 11, second terminals 12, and a server 13. In this embodiment, the first terminal 11 and the second terminal 12 are general terminals capable of running a takeout platform client application or an applet, for example, the terminals may be terminal devices such as a mobile phone, a computer, or a tablet computer. In some embodiments, the first terminal 11 or the second terminal 12 may also be a dedicated terminal with an application program that is solidified in an application specific integrated circuit. The open platform provides an Application Programming Interface (API) to the third-party developer, so that the third-party developer can develop own applet based on the open platform. The applet may specifically be a program developed on the basis of an in-platform application and used to perform a corresponding operation. The first terminal 11 is a terminal device used or held by a platform consumer, and the second terminal 12 is a terminal device for a platform to execute a distribution resource of a distribution task. The distribution resources can be personnel, and can also be various unmanned equipment, such as a distribution unmanned vehicle, a distribution robot, a distribution unmanned aerial vehicle and the like.
The server 13 completes the delivery transaction by interacting with the first terminal 11 and the second terminal 12. In this process, the first terminal 11 is connected to the server 13 via the internet, selects an item to be delivered via the man-machine interface, and generates a delivery order including a delivery address in the server 13 after inputting the delivery address. The server 13 issues the delivery order to the second terminal 12 through the data connection, and arranges or controls the delivery resource to complete the delivery task according to the delivery address.
In the present embodiment, the server 13 acquires the history order information completed through the above-described flow in the data collection stage. Each historical order information corresponds to a historical order, which includes the terminal location of the first terminal 11 when connecting to the server 13, the connected local area network identification and the order delivery address obtained via user authorization. In some implementations, the terminal position fix may be a satellite position fix obtained by invoking a mapping service. The connected local area network identification may be the SSID of the Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) or the physical address (e.g., MAC address) of the access router or both. The order delivery address may be characterized in a text manner, or may be characterized in a manner Of mapping to a Point Of Interest (POI) in a database. The server 13 builds a local area network identification information base by automatically analyzing the historical order information. The local area network identification information base classifies the local area network identifications collected by the historical order information and establishes attribute data corresponding to each local area network identification.
Further, in the data using stage, the server 13 obtains the local area network identifier connected to the first terminal 11 during the communication with the first terminal 11, and then calls the local area network identifier information base to obtain the location attribute of the first terminal 11, and recommends a selectable or quickly input delivery address for the first terminal 11 by using different strategies (also referred to as a mode of recommending a delivery address) according to the type of the local area network currently connected to the first terminal 11 (also referred to as the type of local area network identifier). Since the number of interactions and the amount of data in communication are not significantly increased by acquiring the lan id, the delivery address recommendation based on the lan id can respond quickly compared to acquiring satellite positioning information by invoking a map service. Meanwhile, in an e-commerce scene, a user usually performs order-related interaction in an indoor environment with a wireless local area network, and the local area network identification can represent the position of the user more accurately, so that the accuracy can be better ensured.
It should be understood that the data collection phase and the data usage phase may be isolated from each other in time or may be interleaved, that is, after the lan id information base is established, the first terminal 11 may still continuously send the lan id, the terminal location and the delivery id of the order connected during the order interaction to the server 13 when the delivery order is finally confirmed, so that the order information may be further used to update the lan id information base later. Meanwhile, the server for establishing and maintaining the local area network identification information base and the server using the local area network data information base can use the same server or different servers.
The information interaction system of the embodiment judges the type of the local area network currently accessed by the terminal through the local area network identification, and recommends the delivery address for the terminal in different modes according to the type, so that the accuracy of recommending the delivery address can be improved in a mode suitable for the behavior of a user, and the accuracy of recommending the delivery address can be improved because map service does not need to be specially called.
Since the second terminal 12 that delivers the resource is not involved in the interactive process of recommending the delivery address for the first terminal 11, the first terminal will be simply referred to as a terminal in the following description.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of establishing a local area network identifier information base by the information interaction system according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the flow of this embodiment includes the following steps:
in step S210, the server acquires historical order information. Where the historical order information is derived from actual delivery transaction data recorded during a previous predetermined period of time (e.g., one or three months prior to the current date). The historical order information includes the terminal location, the connected lan id and the order delivery address when the different terminals 11 place orders. In some implementations, the terminal position fix may be a satellite position fix obtained by invoking a mapping service. The connected local area network identification may be the SSID of the Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) or the physical address (e.g., MAC address) of the access router or information including both. The order delivery address may be characterized in text or mapped to a Point Of Interest (POI) in a map database.
In step S220, at the server, the terminal location and the order distribution address are clustered according to the local area network identifier.
The purpose of clustering in this step is to filter out the subtle differences of different order attributes (i.e., terminal location and address information). The terminal positioning distribution condition of the order corresponding to each local area network identifier and the distribution condition of the order distribution address can be obtained through clustering, and then the classification and other position attributes of the local area network corresponding to each local area network identifier can be determined according to the distribution condition (namely clustering result).
Specifically, all historical order information with the same local area network identifier may be obtained, and then the terminal locations in each historical order information may be unsupervised or supervised clustered to obtain one or more common terminal locations. The clustering may adopt clustering algorithms such as density-based clustering, grid-based clustering or partition-based clustering. The clustered terminal location may characterize where the terminal is located when connected to a particular wireless local area network. Generally speaking, the location of the wireless local area network accessed to the internet through the fixed route does not change, and if the clustering result of the terminal location shows that the basic terminal locations are all in the same location area, it can be determined that the local area network corresponding to the local area network identifier is a fixed local area network. On the contrary, if the clustering result of the terminal positioning has a plurality of obviously different position area distributions, the router of the local area network accessing the internet is in a mobile state and is a mobile access local area network. For a fixed local area network, the location of the connected terminal can be determined according to the local area network identifier because the location does not change. For a mobile access lan, the location of the mobile access lan may change from time to time, and therefore, the lan id of such a lan cannot be used to determine the location of the terminal.
A fixed local area network is typically a local area network used in a home or on a specific floor, and the access devices of the local area network are typically located in a specific room or on a specific floor in a specific building. Because the covered area is relatively centralized, the distribution addresses of the distribution orders issued after the local area network connection access are relatively fixed and only the distribution orders are distributed to a specific floor or room of a specific building. Such a local area network may be referred to as a private fixed local area network. After filtering out the interference information, the local area network identification and the delivery address have almost unique correspondence. Clustering the distribution addresses of the historical order information of the local area networks, wherein the obtained distribution address cluster is basically one. Therefore, when the local area network identification information base is established, the clustering result, for example, the distribution address with the initial selection frequency far higher than other addresses in the historical order information and the local area network identification can be established with the corresponding relation, and the distribution address is bound and stored, so that the corresponding distribution address can be obtained for recommendation directly according to the local area network identification query in the follow-up process.
Further, the fixed local area network may also be a local area network that is provided for a multitude of users in a public building or public area, for example, a local area network provided in a mall, a subway station or a technology park. Such local area networks are characterized by a large coverage area and a large number of users, and when the users access the internet through such local area networks to carry out distribution transactions, the used distribution addresses may be distributed in a plurality of different positions and even correspond to a plurality of different points of interest. For example, a company rents 3 different buildings (e.g., xxx science park 11, 12, 13) in a particular campus, which may have a unified lan for each building, and accesses the same lan in three different buildings, and then has the same lan id (e.g., the same SSID "cmx 1234"). Clustering is carried out on the distribution addresses of the historical order information of the local area network identification, and 3 different distribution address clusters can be obtained. These address clusters correspond to different buildings, respectively. For such local area networks, if only the local area network identification is recorded, the possible delivery addresses still cannot be recommended accurately. Preferably, for such a local area network, if the clustering result shows that the local area network identifier corresponds to a plurality of different address clusters, the category of the local area network identifier may be marked as a public fixed local area network, and then each delivery address corresponding to the plurality of address clusters is stored in a classified manner with the user identifier in the historical order information. The user identifier in the historical order information may be a user identifier registered by the user on an internet platform, or may be a unique identifier (for example, a mobile phone number) of the terminal device.
Thus, in step S230 of this embodiment, the category of each local area network identifier is determined according to the clustering result of the terminal location and the clustering result of the order distribution address.
In step S240, the local area network identification information base is determined according to each local area network identification and category. The local area network identification information base can be subsequently used for interacting with the terminal and recommending a distribution address for the terminal.
In some implementations, the categories of the local area network identities (or categories of local area networks) are differentiated into mobile access local area networks, public fixed local area networks, and private fixed local area networks as described above to differentiate the different associations that are presented between the delivery locations and the local area network identities. The fixed local area network and the mobile local area network can be distinguished according to the terminal positioning clustering result, and the private local area network and the public local area network can be distinguished according to the clustering result of the distribution address. After the category of the local area network identifier is determined, the information items forming the local area network identifier information base can be stored according to different strategies.
Specifically, in response to the clustering result of the terminal positioning being a plurality of positions, the category of the local area network identifier is determined to be a mobile access local area network.
And determining the type of the local area network identifier as a private fixed local area network in response to that the clustering result positioned by the terminal is a position and the clustering result of the order distribution address is an address.
And determining the type of the local area network identification as a public fixed local area network in response to that the clustering result positioned by the terminal is a position and the clustering result of the order distribution address is a plurality of addresses.
An exemplary decision classification process may be illustrated in fig. 3. Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating the determining of the lan id category in step S230 according to the present embodiment.
In step S231, it is determined that the terminal location clustering result is one location or multiple locations, if one location, go to step S232, otherwise, go to step S233.
In step S232, it is determined that the result of the distribution address clustering is one address or multiple addresses, if the result is one address, go to step S234, otherwise go to step S235.
In step S233, the category of the lan id is determined as the mobile access lan.
In step S234, the category of the local area network identification is determined as a private fixed local area network.
In step S235, the category of the lan identity is determined to be a public fixed lan.
In step S240, the information items forming the local area network identification information base are stored according to different policies.
Under the scene of distinguishing the public local area network from the private local area network, the historical order information also comprises a user identifier.
For a private fixed local area network, determining the address of the clustering result of the order delivery address as a first delivery address; and binding and storing the first delivery address, the local area network identifier and the category of the local area network identifier as an information item of the local area network identifier information base. Therefore, the corresponding recommendable delivery address can be obtained according to the local area network identification query.
For a public fixed local area network, determining each address of the clustering result of the order distribution address as a second distribution address; determining user identifications corresponding to the second distribution addresses; and binding and storing the local area network identification, the type of the local area network identification, the second delivery addresses and the user identifications corresponding to the second delivery addresses as information items of the local area network identification information base. Therefore, the corresponding multiple candidate delivery addresses can be determined through local area network identification, and the preferred recommendable delivery address or addresses can be obtained through user identification inquiry.
For the mobile access local area network, the distribution of the distribution addresses is generally more dispersed, and for the situation, when an information item is generated, the historical distribution addresses of the historical order information with the local area network identification are obtained firstly; determining the historical delivery address meeting the preset condition as a third delivery address; and binding and storing the third distribution address with the local area network identifier and the category of the local area network identifier as an information item of the local area network identifier information base. This is effective for a local area network provided in a private vehicle such as a private car.
Preferably, the preselected condition may be that the number of occurrences of the historical delivery address in the statistical period is greater than a threshold value; or the times of the historical delivery addresses in the counting period are sequenced at the top N bits, wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to 1. That is, a plurality of historical delivery addresses with high frequency of occurrence are bound and stored with the local area network identification of the mobile access local area network. The high-frequency delivery addresses can be directly recommended subsequently, or the delivery addresses input by the user are checked based on the high-frequency delivery addresses, and prompt when the delivery addresses are not matched.
It will be readily appreciated that in some embodiments, for the local area network identifier determined to be of the category mobile access local area network, it is also possible to save only its category without saving any address-related information, which may reduce the amount of data in the local area network identifier information base.
In some embodiments, the same local area network may have multiple tags, and a pre-processing step may be provided to determine the local area network identities belonging to the same access device. For example, for some routers with 2.4GHz and 5GHz dual-frequency communication functions, a local area network is constructed at the two frequencies, text information of the SSID is filtered, and a description of the frequency is found according to a certain rule, and the frequency can be treated as the same local area network identifier after being deleted. In this case, step S230 may include:
step S230a, filtering the text information of the lan id, and determining the lan ids belonging to the same access device.
Step S230b, clustering is performed through terminal location and order distribution address belonging to historical order information of the same access network device connection, respectively.
For example, two SSIDs provided by a dual-band router are "XXX _ 2.4G" and "XXX _ 5G", respectively, and after filtering in step S230a, the lan id is treated as the same "XXX".
Fig. 4 is a data flow diagram of the server establishing the local area network identification information base according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, first, the historical order information 41 to be analyzed is acquired. In this embodiment, the historical order information includes the terminal location 411 when the different terminal places the order, the connected lan id 412 and the order delivery address 413. Optionally, the historical order information may also include a user identification 414.
Then, the terminal location and the order distribution address with the same local area network identification historical order information are clustered respectively to obtain a location cluster 421 of the terminal location and at least one address cluster 422 of the distribution address.
The categories of different local area network identities are then determined according to the number of location clusters 421 and address clusters 422.
Finally, if the category is private fixed local area network, the address 422 of the clustering result of the order distribution address is bound with the local area network identifier W and the category C of the local area network identifier and stored as the information item 441 of the local area network identifier information base.
If the category is the public fixed local area network, determining that each address of the clustering result of the order distribution addresses is a second distribution address 422 ', and binding and storing the local area network identifier W, the category C of the local area network identifier, the second distribution address 422' and the user identifier UID corresponding to each second distribution address as an information item 442 of the local area network identifier information base.
If the category is mobile access lan, at least the lan identity W and the category C binding of the lan identity are stored as information item 443 of the lan identity information base. As mentioned above, in a preferred implementation, the corresponding historical shipping address with a higher frequency of occurrence may also be stored in a bound manner.
Therefore, local area network identification information base can be established and obtained by collecting local area network identification information, terminal positioning and delivery addresses accessed by terminals used by consumers on the premise of user authorization in the operation process, analyzing and processing historical order information, determining the use type of the local area network, further obtaining the incidence relation between the local area network identification and the delivery addresses, storing the address information and the local area network identification obtained by clustering the historical order information according to different strategies, and recommending possible delivery addresses to the terminals according to the local area network identification.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating an information interaction system performing delivery address recommendation according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, information exchange is performed as follows when delivery address recommendation is performed.
In step S510, the terminal transmits a connection message to the server. And the connection message comprises a target local area network identifier currently connected with the terminal.
Specifically, the connection message may be sent by the terminal to the server after entering or switching to the order information input page or control, or may be sent in response to a request of the server. For example, the connection message may be an order pre-ordering connection message or a connection message into an order information entry page.
In step S520, the server determines a local area network identification information base. The local area network identification information base comprises a plurality of local area network identifications and categories of the local area network identifications, and the categories are used for representing the use modes of local area networks corresponding to the local area network identifications.
Specifically, the local area network identification information base may be pre-established according to the historical order information, and in step S520, the server reads the corresponding local area network identification information base according to the connection message. In other possible implementations, the lan id information base may also be stored in another server, and the server operates the lan id information base by calling a service or accessing a program interface.
In step S530, the server queries the local area network identifier information base to determine a target category corresponding to the target local area network identifier.
It is easy to understand that if the lan id is preprocessed in advance during the process of establishing the lan id information base, for example, text filtering is performed to unify the lan ids belonging to the same router, then in step S530, the same processing is also performed on the target lan id to be able to effectively query the associated information.
In step S540, the server recommends a delivery address to the terminal according to the target category. The type of the local area network identifier is used for determining a mode of recommending a delivery address to the terminal, and different types have different strategies or modes.
As described above, in the local area network identification information base of some implementations, the local area network identification is divided into a private fixed local area network, a public fixed local area network, and a mobile access local area network. Alternatively, the lan id can be more simply divided into a fixed lan and a mobile access lan, or only a private fixed lan and other types of lans can be distinguished. In this embodiment, different strategies may be adopted to recommend the delivery addresses according to different association relationships between different types of lans and the delivery addresses.
Specifically, fig. 6 is a flowchart of the server recommending a delivery address according to the category of the local area network identifier according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, step S540 may include:
step S541, in response to the target category being a private fixed local area network, querying the target local area network identifier information base to determine a first delivery address corresponding to the target local area network identifier.
And step S542, recommending the first delivery address to the terminal.
That is, for a private fixed local area network, since it is usually a person access use of a fixed certain room or floor, its delivery address usually corresponds to the room or floor and does not change regardless of whether it is in a home environment or an office environment. In the lan id repository, such lan ids correspond to only one delivery address (i.e., the first delivery address). And when the server inquires that the type of the local area network identifier is the private fixed local area network, directly recommending the first delivery address which is bound and stored to the terminal.
The form in which this information is recommended to the terminal can be performed in various existing ways. For example, pushing a message to the terminal causes the terminal to pop-up to confirm whether the recommended delivery address is used. As another example, a message may be pushed to the terminal such that the terminal automatically fills in the delivery address input box with the recommended delivery address.
For other categories of local area network identifications, the server may employ different policies at step S540. In some implementations, the server may not make any recommendation, and the terminal performs the interaction of the distribution addresses according to the original logic (not shown in the figure). In other implementations, the server may also employ the following policies:
step S543, in response to that the target category is the public fixed local area network, determining a second delivery address according to the user identifier in the connection message and the target local area network identifier information base.
Step S544, recommend the second delivery address to the terminal.
As described above, in some implementations, for the local area network identifier whose category is the public fixed local area network, the local area network identifier information base stores a plurality of delivery addresses corresponding to a plurality of address clusters in the delivery address clustering result in the corresponding information item, and also stores the user identifiers corresponding to the delivery addresses. In step S543, the server queries the target lan identity information base to determine a plurality of second delivery addresses corresponding to the target lan identity, and further queries and determines the second delivery addresses corresponding to the user identities in the connection message according to the correspondence between the user identities. It is easy to understand that the above query process can also be implemented by directly querying a two-dimensional storage table.
Therefore, even if the local area network corresponding to the local area network identification is a public local area network with a wide coverage area, the possible delivery addresses can be quickly and accurately recommended based on the pre-established local area network identification information base under the condition that the communication load is not remarkably increased.
When the type of the lan identifier is the mobile access lan, step S540 performs the following processing:
step S545, in response to the target category being the mobile access lan, querying a plurality of third distribution addresses corresponding to the target lan identifier.
Step S546, recommending the plurality of third delivery addresses, or recommending no delivery address, and prompting the terminal in response to a mismatch between the order delivery address uploaded by the terminal and the third delivery address.
For the mobile access local area network, only the delivery addresses which are pre-statistically bound and stored and have high occurrence frequency may be recommended, or the third delivery addresses which are pre-stored in the local area network identification information base may not be recommended to be used as the verification information, and when the order delivery address in the finally uploaded delivery order information at the terminal is not the address which appears at high frequency, that is, is not any one of the third delivery addresses, the prompt is performed. The prompting mode can be a popup prompting mode.
Therefore, certain information input assistance can be given to a certain extent to the mobile access local area network arranged on the public transport means or the personal transport means, and the use experience of the user is further improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the terminal receives a delivery address recommended by the server at step S550. In step S560, the terminal prompts the recommended delivery address on the order information input interface.
Specifically, the information that prompts the recommended delivery address may have different manners, such as a pop-up window display, an auto-fill delivery address input control, or a display of a delivery address pull-down menu for user selection. Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of an interface for recommending a delivery address by a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 9, in the order information input interface 9, a bubble control 92 is displayed below the shipping address input control 91, in which a recommended shipping address is prompted. If the user clicks on the bubble control 92, the address is automatically filled into the shipping address input control 91.
