the recommendation module 13 specifically includes:
the short message recommending unit is used for recommending the broadband service of the operator to the mobile phone number of the user in a mobile phone short message mode;
and the telephone recommending unit is used for recommending the broadband service of the operator to the mobile phone number of the user in a telephone return visit mode.

the broadband service recommendation server 1 is configured to execute the broadband service recommendation method according to embodiment 1.
Optionally, the user terminal 3 is an operator customizing machine, in which a device management DM program is preloaded, and the DM program sends information to the DM server 2 when determining that the user terminal 3 is using WiFi to surf the internet at a specified time period;
the broadband service recommendation system further comprises: a device management DM server 2, configured to obtain a public network IP address from a network request for sending information to the DM server 2 by the DM program, and provide the public network IP address to the broadband service recommendation server 1.

as shown in fig. 5, embodiment 4 of the present invention provides a computer device, where the computer device includes a memory 10 and a processor 20, a computer program is stored in the memory 10, and when the processor 20 runs the computer program stored in the memory 10, the processor 20 executes the broadband service recommendation method according to embodiment 1.
The memory 10 is connected to the processor 20, the memory 10 may be a flash memory, a read-only memory or other memories, and the processor 20 may be a central processing unit or a single chip microcomputer.

embodiment 5 of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the broadband service recommendation method according to embodiment 1.

Computer-readable storage media include, but are not limited to, RAM (Random Access Memory), ROM (Read-Only Memory), EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory), flash Memory or other Memory technology, CD-ROM (Compact disk Read-Only Memory), digital Versatile Disks (DVD) or other optical disk storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium which can be used to store the desired information and which can be accessed by a computer.
In the broadband service recommendation method, server, system, device, and medium provided in embodiments 1 to 5 of the present invention, a public network IP address of a user terminal 3 accessing the internet using WiFi at a specified time interval is obtained, and the public network IP address is used to determine whether a broadband service used by the user is a broadband service provided by the operator, so as to find out a user who is not a broadband service of the operator, and push marketing information of the broadband service of the operator to the user, so as to achieve the purpose of accurately marketing 5 services and further increasing the broadband market share of the operator.

Claims (10)

1. A method for recommending broadband service is characterized in that the method is applied to a broadband service recommendation server, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a public network IP address of a user terminal accessing the Internet by using WiFi in a specified time period and an area where the user terminal is located in the specified time period;
judging whether the public network IP address is provided by the broadband service of the operator and whether the area of the user terminal is covered by the broadband service of the operator;
if the public network IP address is not provided by the broadband service of the operator and the area where the user terminal is located is covered by the broadband service of the operator, recommending the broadband service of the operator to the user terminal.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the public network IP address of the WiFi internet access used by the user terminal in the specified time period specifically comprises:
acquiring a public network IP address of a user terminal accessing the Internet by using WiFi at a specified time period, which is provided by a device management DM server;
the user terminal is an operator customizing machine, a Device Management (DM) program is preinstalled in the operator customizing machine, and the public network IP address is acquired by the DM server through the DM program.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the determining whether the public network IP address is provided by the broadband service of the operator specifically includes:
and inquiring a broadband access server BRAS of the operator to determine whether the public network IP address is provided for the broadband service of the operator.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein the obtaining the area where the ue is located in the specified time period specifically includes:
acquiring the information of the mobile network base station accessed by the user terminal in the specified time period, which is provided by the DM server;
wherein the mobile network base station information is transmitted to the DM server by the DM program;
and inquiring a base station information base according to the mobile network base station information to obtain the coverage area of the base station corresponding to the mobile network base station information, and determining the coverage area of the base station as the area where the user terminal is located.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the determining whether the area where the user terminal is located has coverage of the broadband service of the operator specifically includes:
the condition that the broadband service of the operator covers a cell is obtained by inquiring a broadband service area coverage database of the operator;
constructing a map electronic fence according to the situation of the operator broadband service coverage cell;
and when the area where the user terminal is located is in the map electronic fence, judging that the area where the user terminal is located has the broadband coverage of the operator, otherwise, judging that the area where the user terminal is located does not have the broadband coverage of the operator.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein if the public network IP address is not provided by the broadband service of the operator, the method further comprises:
acquiring user identification information of the user terminal provided by the DM server;
wherein the user identification information is sent to the DM server by the DM program;
inquiring the operation business ordering server according to the user identification information to obtain a user mobile phone number corresponding to the user identification information;
the recommending the broadband service of the operator to the user terminal specifically comprises:
and recommending the broadband service of the operator to the mobile phone number of the user in a mode of mobile phone short message or phone return visit.
7. A broadband service recommendation server, comprising:

8. A broadband service recommendation system, comprising: a broadband service recommendation server and a user terminal;
the broadband service recommendation server is configured to perform the broadband service recommendation method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
9. A computer arrangement comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor when executing the computer program stored in the memory performing the method of broadband service recommendation according to any one of claims 1-6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements a broadband service recommendation method according to any one of claims 1-6.
