before receiving a harassment contact person information acquisition request sent by a client, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring an IP address corresponding to the client from the recorded log information of the client access server;
acquiring harassment contact information corresponding to each client with the same IP address as the IP address corresponding to the client in a preset time range from the preset database;
and establishing a corresponding relation between the identification information of the client and the harassment contact information respectively corresponding to each client and storing the corresponding relation in the preset database.

The harassment contact information distribution method according to claim 1, wherein after acquiring harassment contact information corresponding to each client having the same IP address as the IP address corresponding to the client within a preset time range from the preset database, further comprising:
acquiring similar harassment contact information of harassment contact information respectively corresponding to the clients from the preset database;
the establishing of the corresponding relationship between the identification information of the client and the harassment contact information respectively corresponding to each client and the storing of the harassment contact information in the preset database comprises the following steps:
and establishing a corresponding relation between the identification information of the client and harassment contact information respectively corresponding to each client and similar harassment contact information, and storing the corresponding relation in the preset database.
3. The harassment contact information release method according to claim 1, characterized in that harassment contact information with occurrence frequencies greater than or equal to a preset threshold value respectively corresponding to different regions is also stored in the preset database;
the acquiring harassing contact information corresponding to the identification information of the client from a preset database according to the identification information of the client comprises the following steps:
acquiring region information corresponding to the client according to the identification information of the client;
and acquiring harassment contact information with the occurrence frequency larger than or equal to a preset threshold value corresponding to the region information from the preset database.

The harassment contact information publishing method according to claim 3, characterized in that basic harassment contact information is also stored in the preset database, and the basic harassment contact information is harassment contact information with the occurrence frequency greater than or equal to a preset threshold value in the harassment contact information stored in the preset database; the method further comprises the following steps:
if the region information corresponding to the client is not stored in the preset database, acquiring basic harassment contact information from the preset database;
and sending the basic harassment contact information to the client.

the sending unit is used for sending the harassment contact information obtained by the obtaining unit to the client;
the acquiring unit is further configured to acquire an IP address corresponding to the client from recorded log information of an access server of the client;
the acquiring unit is further configured to acquire harassing contact information corresponding to each client having the same IP address as the client corresponding to the IP address within a preset time range from the preset database;
and the establishing unit is used for establishing the corresponding relation between the identification information of the client and the harassment contact information respectively corresponding to each client and storing the harassment contact information in the preset database.
6. Harassing contact information issuing apparatus according to claim 5,
the acquisition unit is further used for acquiring similar harassment contact information of the harassment contact information respectively corresponding to each client from the preset database;
the establishing unit is specifically configured to establish a correspondence between the identification information of the client and harassment contact information respectively corresponding to each client and the similar harassment contact information, and store the correspondence in the preset database.
