In the forepoling platform 5 in the embodiment, the suspension rail 1 is used as a moving rail, and a hydraulic system on the power platform 3 is used as power, so that the operations of hanging net supporting, hoisting, transporting and the like during roadway excavation are realized; during specific work, when the track beam needs to be anchored or lifted or the top of a roadway needs to be supported, the first luffing cylinder 54 is controlled to extend out, and the wing type support frame 56 ascends to support the top of the roadway (as shown in fig. 5); in the non-working state, the first luffing cylinder 54 is controlled to retract, and the wing type support frame 56 is lowered to the lower working position (as shown in fig. 8); the wing protectors 562 on both sides of the wing type support frame 56 can be arranged in a fixed or foldable mode, and when the wing type support frame is in the foldable mode, the wing type support frame is connected through a hinge 564 and matched with a wing support oil cylinder 565 for driving to realize flexible folding and unfolding of the wing type support frame 562.
When the anchor rod drill carriage with the advanced support platform 5 works, firstly, the anchor net is placed on the wing type support frame 56, the anchor net is tightly propped against the top of a roadway through the hydraulic oil cylinder (the first amplitude variation oil cylinder 54), and then the anchor rod drilling machine is operated to drill anchor rods/anchor cable holes, lock anchor rods/anchor cables and the like; in addition, the forepoling platform can also lift a track or hoist related materials and the like so as to ensure that the track synchronously extends forwards along with the penetration of the tunneling, thereby reducing the labor intensity of constructors; in addition, the forepoling platform 5 in the embodiment supports the top of the roadway when working, so that the stability of the suspension rail 1 is increased to a certain extent, and the operation of other working mechanisms on the suspension rail 1 is facilitated; the forepoling platform 5 simplifies the steps of mounting and supporting work, reduces the labor intensity of workers, reduces the number of workers in the roadway tunneling work, avoids the operation of constructors under the empty roof, is safe and guaranteed, and has higher working efficiency.

In this embodiment, two ends of the second brace 93 are hinged to the first connecting seat 91 and the second connecting seat 92 through pin shafts, respectively, and two ends of the movable arm 94 are hinged to the first connecting seat 91 and the second connecting seat 92 through pin shafts, respectively; one end of the second luffing cylinder 95 is hinged with the support rod 93 through a pin shaft, and the other end of the second luffing cylinder 95 is hinged with the second connecting seat 92 through a pin shaft; the second support rod 93 and the movable arm 94 are arranged in parallel, the second support rod 93 and the movable arm 94 are hinged with the first connecting seat 91 and the second connecting seat 92 to form a parallelogram, and the connecting lines of four hinge points formed by hinging the second support rod 93 and the movable arm 94 with the first connecting seat 91 and the second connecting seat 92 form a parallelogram.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the cylinder body of the first spiral swing cylinder 96 is provided with a connecting plate 99, the connecting plate 99 is fixed on the main platform 2 through a bolt, and the output end of the first spiral swing cylinder 96 is connected with the wing-type boom 9, so that the first spiral swing cylinder 96 can drive the wing-type boom 9 to rotate, the unfolding and folding of the whole wing-type boom 9 are realized, the contraction can be realized in a non-working state, the volume of the whole machine is small, and the trafficability is good; when the device is unfolded, the first spiral swing oil cylinder 96 rotates to drive the wing type arm support 9 to be far away from the main platform 2; when folded, the first spiral swing cylinder 96 rotates reversely to drive the wing arm support 9 to approach the main platform 2 (fig. 10 shows an open state of the wing arm support 9, in which the anchor rod drill arm 6 is in an extended state, fig. 11 shows a folded state of the wing arm support 9, in which the wing arm support 9 drives the anchor rod drill arm 6 to fold to one side of the main platform 2, the main platform 2 is not shown in fig. 11).
In this implementation, the second spiral swing cylinder 97 is connected to one side of the anchor rod boom 6 through the boom mounting seat 98, and then the second spiral swing cylinder 97 can drive the anchor rod boom 6 to rotate. During operation, the first luffing cylinder 54 extends and retracts to control the lifting of the wing type arm support 9, so as to drive the anchor rod drilling arm 6 to lift; the second spiral swing cylinder 97 drives the anchor rod drill arm 6 to rotate in the horizontal direction within the range of 0-180 degrees.
In the invention, the anchor rod drill boom 6 is connected with the main platform 2 through the wing type arm support 9, the anchor rod drill boom 6 is connected with the platform through the wing type arm support 9 while ensuring all functions of the anchor rod drill boom 6, the moving range of the drill boom in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction can be further increased through the actions of the spiral swinging oil cylinder and the second amplitude-changing oil cylinder 95 on the wing type arm support 9 during operation, so that the anchor rod drill boom 6 has a larger operation coverage range, the wing type arm support 9 can rotate around the spiral swinging oil cylinder within the range of 0-180 degrees by arranging the spiral swinging oil cylinder, the operation range of the anchor rod drill boom 6 connected on the wing type arm support 9 in a roadway is wider, namely, a plurality of rows of anchor rod anchor cable holes can be drilled at one time, equipment does not need to be frequently moved, and the working efficiency is.

In the anchor rod drilling boom 6 with the operation table and the support in the embodiment, when the extension stability of the movable telescopic boom 62 of the anchor rod drilling boom 6 is lowered, the telescopic rod of the support swing cylinder 67 is extended synchronously to drive the support cylinder 66 folded at the bottom of the movable telescopic boom 62 to be in a vertical state, and meanwhile, the telescopic rod of the support cylinder 66 is extended correspondingly, so that the support cylinder 66 is supported between the ground and the anchor rod drilling boom 6 (as shown in fig. 14), the working stability of the drill boom when the drill boom is extended is improved, and the drilling precision and the working efficiency can be improved; when the movable supporting mechanism is not used, the supporting oil cylinder 66 retracts, and then the supporting swing oil cylinder 67 is folded and hidden at the lower part of the movable extending arm, so that the space is not occupied.
