the base cloth is formed by blending and weaving 35% of cotton fiber, 25% of polyester fiber and 40% of polyacrylonitrile fiber;
the flame-retardant solution is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 25% of decabromodiphenyl ether, 10% of antimony trioxide, 10% of barium hydroxide, 5% of magnesium sulfate, 1% of urea and 49% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether.
The preparation method of this example includes the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: mixing decabromodiphenyl ether, antimony trioxide, barium hydroxide, magnesium sulfate, urea and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether according to a proportion to prepare a flame-retardant solution;
step two: respectively performing mixed weaving on cotton fibers, polyester fibers and polyacrylonitrile fibers to obtain base cloth;
step three: immersing the base cloth into the flame-retardant solution, and carrying out rolling and absorbing treatment on the base cloth in the flame-retardant solution for 6 hours;
step four: and drying the cloth subjected to the rolling and suction treatment.
The fabric obtained in example four was subjected to a flame retardancy test, and the flame retardancy of the fabric obtained in example four was better than that of the fabric obtained in example two.
Example five:
a cloth with good flame retardant property comprises a base cloth and a flame retardant solution;
the base cloth is formed by blending and weaving 40% of cotton fiber, 30% of polyester fiber and 30% of polyacrylonitrile fiber;
the flame-retardant solution is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 25% of decabromodiphenyl ether, 10% of antimony trioxide, 10% of barium hydroxide, 5% of magnesium sulfate, 1% of urea and 49% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether.
The preparation method of this example includes the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: mixing decabromodiphenyl ether, antimony trioxide, barium hydroxide, magnesium sulfate, urea and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether according to a proportion to prepare a flame-retardant solution;
step two: respectively performing mixed weaving on cotton fibers, polyester fibers and polyacrylonitrile fibers to obtain base cloth;
step three: immersing the base cloth into the flame-retardant solution, and carrying out rolling and absorbing treatment on the base cloth in the flame-retardant solution for 6 hours;
step four: and drying the cloth subjected to the rolling and suction treatment.
The fabric obtained in example five was subjected to a flame retardancy test, and the flame retardancy of the fabric obtained in example five was slightly inferior to that of the fabric obtained in example four.
The flame retardant tests of the cloth prepared in the embodiments of the invention are better than the flame retardant of the traditional flame retardant cloth, and the comparison shows that the flame retardant of the cloth prepared in the fourth embodiment can reach the best performance.
The cotton fiber, the polyester fiber and the polyacrylonitrile fiber are mixed and woven, and then the obtained base cloth is soaked and rolled to absorb a specially-made flame-retardant solution, so that the flame-retardant property of the obtained cloth is greatly improved, and the cloth has good hand feeling.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (5)
1. A cloth that fire behaviour is good which characterized in that: comprises a base cloth and a flame-retardant solution;
the base cloth is formed by blending and weaving 30 ~ 40% of cotton fibers, 20 ~ 30% of polyester fibers and 30 ~ 50% of polyacrylonitrile fibers;
the flame-retardant solution is prepared from the following raw materials, by mass, 20 ~ 25% of decabromodiphenyl ether, 5 ~ 10% of antimony trioxide, 10 ~ 15% of barium hydroxide, 5 ~ 10% of magnesium sulfate, 1 ~ 2% of urea and the balance of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether.
2. The fabric with good flame retardant property according to claim 1, characterized in that: the base cloth is formed by blending and weaving 35% of cotton fiber, 25% of polyester fiber and 40% of polyacrylonitrile fiber.
3. The fabric with good flame retardant property according to claim 1, characterized in that: the flame-retardant solution is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 25% of decabromodiphenyl ether, 10% of antimony trioxide, 10% of barium hydroxide, 5% of magnesium sulfate, 1% of urea and the balance of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether.
4. The fabric with good flame retardant property according to claim 1, characterized in that: the polyacrylonitrile fiber is a synthetic fiber made of acrylonitrile copolymer with the polyacrylonitrile content being more than 90%.
5. The fabric with good flame retardant property according to claim 1, characterized in that: the preparation method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: mixing decabromodiphenyl ether, antimony trioxide, barium hydroxide, magnesium sulfate, urea and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether according to a proportion to prepare a flame-retardant solution;
step two: respectively performing mixed weaving on cotton fibers, polyester fibers and polyacrylonitrile fibers to obtain base cloth;
immersing the base cloth into the flame-retardant solution, and carrying out rolling absorption treatment on the base cloth in the flame-retardant solution for 4 ~ 6 hours;
step four: and drying the cloth subjected to the rolling and suction treatment.
