Preferably, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the limiting structure includes a limiting stop strip 14 arranged along the length direction of the turnover face frame 12, the limiting stop strip 14 is located at the lower side of the turnover face frame 12 when the turnover face frame 12 is inclined, and the limiting stop strip 14 is arranged along the hinged lower side of the turnover face frame 12, so that after being lifted, during the turnover process of the turnover face frame 12, the plate product slides smoothly on the roller to abut against the limiting stop strip 14, so as to achieve stable positioning and reduce the friction damage of the plate product and the equipment.
In a preferred design, the turnover conveying equipment further includes a conveying proximity switch connected to the control system 4, and the conveying proximity switch is used for sensing that the plate products enter the upper end face of the conveying face frame 21. Specifically, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the conveying proximity switch may be installed at the end of the length direction of the reverse conveying apparatus, where the end is the upstream end of the reverse conveying apparatus. When the plate product turnover conveying device is used, plate products move to the upstream end of the turnover conveying device from an upstream production line, the front edge of the plate products is close to the conveying proximity switch, the conveying proximity switch senses and transmits signals to the control system 4, and the control system 4 automatically controls the conveying driving mechanism to act according to the signals, so that the plate products are driven to move on the conveying device 2. Further, a stop proximity switch (not shown) is provided at a suitable position of the transfer device near the downstream end, when the plate products move to a suitable position on the conveying surface frame 21, the leading edge of the plate products approach the stop proximity switch, the sensing action of the stop proximity switch is stopped, and a signal is transmitted to the control system 4, and the control system 4 automatically controls the conveying driving mechanism to stop the action according to the signal, and the plate products stop moving. Through carrying proximity switch and stopping proximity switch, can realize conveyor 2's automation and open and stop, improve work efficiency, guarantee the smooth and easy of the work of plate product assembly line.
In a preferred design, the turnover conveying equipment further comprises a turnover proximity switch 6 connected with the control system 4, and the turnover proximity switch 6 is used for sensing the inclination angle of the turnover face frame 12 on the foundation frame 11. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, in this embodiment, the turnover proximity switch 6 may be mounted on the foundation frame 11 and located near a hinge position between the foundation frame 11 and the turnover machine frame 12, when the turnover machine frame 12 rotates to a predetermined angle, the turnover proximity switch 6 senses and transmits a signal to the control system 4, and the control system 4 automatically controls the turnover power cylinder 13 in the conveying and turnover device 1 to stop according to the signal, so as to automatically stop turnover, thereby automatically controlling the turnover angle and preventing the plate products from being turned over excessively.
The turnover conveying equipment, in particular to the turnover conveying equipment in the embodiment, can be suitable for various plate products, and is particularly applicable to prefabricated plate products. Taking the application of the turnover conveying equipment in the embodiment to a prefabricated slab production line as an example, the whole working process of the turnover conveying equipment is described as follows:
during the installation process, the turnover conveying equipment is connected to the assembly line of the plate products, the foundation frame 11 of the turnover device 1 can be fixed on the ground at the installation position, the turnover power cylinder 13 is adjusted to shrink, the turnover face machine frame 12 is parallel to the foundation frame 11, the upper end face of the conveying face machine frame 21 is guaranteed to be parallel to the assembly line, the length direction of the turnover conveying equipment is along the assembly line direction, and the moving direction of the plate products in the conveying device 2 is guaranteed to be consistent with the assembly line direction; meanwhile, the lifting frame is adjusted to be lower than the upper end face of the turnover face frame 12 through a lifting power cylinder.
During the conveying process, after the turnover conveying equipment is installed, the prefabricated panels enter the upper end face of the conveying face rack 21 from an assembly line at the upstream of the turnover conveying equipment, the front edges of the prefabricated panels are close to the conveying proximity switch, the conveying proximity switch conveys sensing signals to the control system 4, the control system 4 controls the motor 23 in the conveying driving mechanism to operate, the rotating shaft 22 rotates to drive the synchronous gears 24 of the rotating shaft 22 to rotate together, the synchronous belt 25 on the upper end face of the conveying face rack 21 drives the prefabricated panels to move along the assembly line direction (namely the length direction of the conveying face rack 21), when the front edges of the prefabricated panels are close to the stop proximity switch, all the prefabricated panels reach the proper positions on the upper end face of the conveying face rack 21 at the moment, the sensing of the proximity switch is stopped, corresponding signals are sent to the control system 4, and the control system 4 controls the, the prefabricated plate is stopped at the upper end face of the conveying face frame 21.
In the lifting process, after the prefabricated slab stops at the upper end face of the conveying face rack 21, four lifting power cylinders in the lifting driving mechanism are controlled to synchronously stretch out through the control system 4, the piston rod drives the lifting frame and the sliding block to upwards slide along the inclined plane on the inclined plane guide block to drive the lifting frame to upwards move until the roller is higher than the upper end face of the conveying face rack 21, and the roller lifts the prefabricated slab to be separated from the synchronous belt 25.
In the overturning process, after the precast slabs are lifted by the rollers, the piston rods of the overturning power cylinders 13 in the overturning device 1 are controlled to extend through the control system 4, the overturning face rack 12 is driven to rotate around the hinged shaft of the overturning face rack 12 and the foundation rack 11, the overturning face rack 12 is inclined, and the precast slabs slide downwards on the rollers in the overturning process until the precast slabs abut against the side edges of the limiting barrier strips; when the turnover face machine frame 12 inclines for a certain angle relative to the foundation frame 11, for example, when the turnover face machine frame is close to 90 degrees, the turnover proximity switch 6 senses and transmits a corresponding signal to the control system 4, the control system 4 controls the piston rod of the turnover power cylinder 13 in the turnover device 1 to stop moving, the turnover face machine frame 12 stops rotating, the turnover face machine frame 12 drives the precast slab to turn from the horizontal turnover state to the vertical state, and the turnover power cylinder 13 supports the turnover face machine frame 12.
Then, the plate product can be lifted off or processed, and after the completion, if the next process of plate product production needs to be carried out, the prefabricated plate can be laid flat from the vertical position by the turnover conveying equipment and then conveyed to a downstream production line.

In addition, the turnover conveying equipment is simple in structure.
