the locking mechanism (3) comprises a locking claw (31) and a locking spring (32), the outer slide rail (2) is provided with strip-shaped teeth (21) along the length direction, the strip-shaped teeth (21) comprise tooth structures (211) which are arranged at intervals in a staggered mode and have different heights, the top of the locking claw (31) penetrates through the top wall of the inner slide rail (1), the bottom of the locking claw is bent and provided with a locking tooth (311) matched with the tooth structures (211), and the locking tooth (311) penetrates through the side wall of the inner slide rail (1) and can move towards the strip-shaped teeth (21) under the action of the locking spring (32) to be meshed with the tooth structures (211);
the unlocking mechanism (4) comprises an adjusting piece (41) and a return spring (42), the adjusting piece (41) can act on the top end of the locking claw (31) to enable the locking tooth (311) to move towards one side far away from the strip-shaped tooth (21) and be separated from the tooth structure (211), and the return spring (42) can act on the adjusting piece (41) and be separated from the locking claw (31).

The slide rail of the car seat according to claim 1, wherein the unlocking mechanism (4) further comprises a fixing plate (43) fixedly connected to the inner slide rail (1) and a rotating shaft (45) arranged on the fixing plate (43), the adjusting member (41) can rotate around the rotating shaft (45) relative to the fixing plate (43), one end of the adjusting member (41) is connected with the operating rod (200), the other end of the adjusting member can act on the top end of the locking claw (31), and the operating rod (200) can drive the adjusting member (41) to rotate around the rotating shaft (45) and drive the locking claw (31) to move to the side far away from the strip-shaped teeth (21).
