本发明公开一种汽车充电桩远程反馈系统,包括充电桩本体和CPU卡,充电桩本体的内部固定有读卡器,读卡器的输出端连接有信息处理模块,信息处理模块的输出端连接有信息通讯模块,信息处理模块的输出端还连接有触摸屏。通过以上各电器元件的配合使用,能够将车辆充电状态远程向车主进行反馈交互,并且成本较低,可以普遍推广使用。

本发明涉及充电桩相关技术领域,具体为一种汽车充电桩远程反馈系统。
背景技术
汽车在进行充电时,充电桩的控制反馈系统过于简单,往往只具有计时和断电的功能,无法将汽车充电饱和以及充电即将终止的信息及时反馈于车主,使得车主无法及时掌握汽车充电的状态,现有的充电桩反馈系统是基于网络进行传输的,这种方式会受到网络信号强度以及环境的制约,并且需要与其相适配的手机终端,而且需要根据汽车充电桩的型号进行定制,无法进行普及,且成本较高,所以急需一种能够进行普遍使用,并且成本低的汽车充电桩远程反馈系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车充电桩远程反馈系统,以解决上述背景技术中提出的汽车充电时,车主无法及时掌握车辆充电状态,以及现有反馈系统成本较高,无法普及的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种汽车充电桩远程反馈系统,包括充电桩本体(1)和CPU卡(2),所述充电桩本体(1)的内部固定有读卡器(3),所述读卡器(3)的输出端连接有信息处理模块(4),所述信息处理模块(4)的输出端连接有信息通讯模块(5),所述信息处理模块(4)的输出端还连接有触摸屏(6),其特征在于:具体的使用步骤为
步骤一:将CPU卡(2)贴近读卡器(3),读卡器(3)读取CPU卡(2)内部车主信息,并将车主手机号传输至信息处理模块(4);
步骤二:信息处理模块(4)将车主手机号显示在触摸屏(6),并通过触摸屏(6)显示出来,再经车主确认;
步骤三:当汽车充电结束或者充电时长不足时,充电桩本体(1)反馈到信息处理模块(4),信息处理模块(4)将依据读卡器(3)读取的数据项车主手机号发送预警短信;
步骤四:车主取车时,再将CPU卡(2)贴近读卡器(3),则充电过程结束,充电桩本体(1)断电,信息处理模块(4)进行重置操作,并删除车主信息。
优选的,所述CPU卡内部烧录有车主手机号。
优选的,所述信息处理模块包括微处理器和存储器,所述微处理器的信息输入端与读卡器的信息输出端连接,所述存储器的信息输入端与微处理器直连。
优选的,一种汽车充电桩远程反馈系统,其具体使用步骤为:
S1:将车主信息烧录至CPU卡,然后将读卡器、信息处理模块、信息通讯模块和触摸屏集成在充电桩本体的内部;
S2:将CPU卡靠近读卡器,读卡器将电信号转换成数字信号进行读取车主信息,并通过微处理器进行转换传递并以二进制的形式存储至存储器42当中;
S3:当充电时长不足时或者电量充满时,微处理器和逻辑控制器之间通过数字信号的传输,使得逻辑控制器和GSM通讯模块之间进行指令集的运行,并通过GSM通讯模块向车主手机发送提示短信。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明,通过读卡器读取CPU卡,并经过微处理器的识别再将其写入存储器,当充电完成或者充电剩余时长不足时,微处理器向逻辑控制器反馈,再由逻辑控制器的通讯接口对GRM通讯模块发出指令,能够向车主手机发送短信和续费链接,实现将汽车充电状态反馈于车主的功能。
2.本发明,通过GRM通讯模块能够不受环境的制约将汽车充电信息反馈于车主,并且成本较低,后期的维护简单,能够进行普遍推广使用。

为了使车主能够及时掌握汽车充电的状态,并进行与充电桩之间的交互,特提出一种汽车充电桩远程反馈系统。下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
请参阅图1-2,本实施例提供了一种汽车充电桩远程反馈系统,包括充电桩本体1和CPU卡2,充电桩本体1的内部固定有读卡器3,读卡器3的输出端连接有信息处理模块4,信息处理模块4的输出端连接有信息通讯模块5,信息处理模块4的输出端还连接有触摸屏6。
CPU卡2内部烧录有车主手机号。
其使用步骤为:
步骤一:将CPU卡2贴近读卡器3,读卡器3读取CPU卡2内部车主信息,并将车主手机号传输至信息处理模块4;
步骤二:信息处理模块4将车主手机号显示在触摸屏6,并通过触摸屏6显示出来,再经车主确认;
步骤三:当汽车充电结束或者充电时长不足时,充电桩本体1反馈到信息处理模块4,信息处理模块4将依据读卡器3读取的数据项车主手机号发送预警短信;
步骤四:车主取车时,再将CPU卡2贴近读卡器3,则充电过程结束,充电桩本体1断电。
本实施例中,在使用前,需将车主信息及手机号烧录至CPU卡2,将微处理器41、存储器42、逻辑控制器51、GRM通讯模块52均采用锡焊方式固定在PCB板上,且微处理器41的输入端与充电桩本体1内部的反馈元器件连接,并且存储器42采用只读内存,PCB板为基础电路板。
将汽车与充电桩本体1连接以后,再将CPU卡2靠近读卡器3,读卡器3读取CPU卡2内部的车主信息,并将信息传输至微处理器41,微处理器41进行识别的同时向触摸屏6传送数字信号,触摸屏6通过其内部的解码器将数字信号以图像的形式显示,并在触摸屏6的界面显示确认窗口,车主确认以后,微处理器41将手机号码写入存储器42中。
当汽车充电完成以后,微处理器41向逻辑控制器51发送数字信号,逻辑控制器51向GRM通讯模块52发出指令集:
AT+CSMS 选择短信息服务
AT+CPMS 选择短信息内存
AT+CMGF 选择短信息格式
AT+CSCA 短信息中心地址
AT+CMGW 向SIM内存中写入待发短信息
AT+CMGS 发送短信息;此时向车主手机号发送纯信息文本格式,通知车主汽车充电完成。
当汽车充电剩余时长不足且汽车充电未完成时,逻辑控制器51向GRM通讯模块52发出指令集:
AT+CSMS 选择短信息服务
AT+CPMS 选择短信息内存
AT+CMGL 列出SIM卡中短信息
AT+CMGF 选择短信息格式
AT+CSCA 短信息中心地址
AT+CMGW 向SIM内存中写入待发短信息
AT+CMGS 发送短信息;此时向车主手机号发送信息正文和付款网址组合的信息文本,通知车主充电未完成并提示付费。
信息处理模块4包括微处理器41和存储器42,微处理器41的信息输入端与读卡器3的信息输出端连接,存储器42的信息输入端与微处理器41直连。
信息通讯模块5包括逻辑控制器51和GRM通讯模块52,逻辑控制器51的信息输出端与GRM通讯模块52的信息输入端直连。
GRM通讯模块52内部烧录有两种信息格式,一种为纯信息正文格式,另一种为信息正文与付款网址的组合。
GRM通讯模块52内部焊接有SIM卡,SIM卡能够实现对数据进行点对点的传输,并且能通过GRM通讯模块52不受环境的制约将汽车充电信息反馈于车主,并且成本较低,后期的维护简单,能够进行普遍推广使用。
通过以上各电器元件的配合使用,能够将车辆充电状态远程向车主进行反馈交互,并且成本较低,可以普遍推广使用。
其中,CPU卡2的型号为FM1280,读卡器3的型号为YOBOO/YB-10B,微处理器41的型号为C8051F015-GQR,存储器42的型号为M95640-WDW6TP,逻辑控制器51的型号为S7-200,GRM通讯模块52的型号为GRM200,触摸屏6的型号为元征X431GX3。
实施例2
请参阅图1,在实施例1的基础上做了进一步改进:车主取车时,充电桩本体1断电,信息处理模块4进行重置操作,并删除车主信息,这样既能够防止车主信息泄露,又能够减少信息处理模块4持续工作的时间,延长信息处理模块4的使用寿命,以及保持信息处理模块4优良的运行环境。

步骤一:将CPU卡(2)贴近读卡器(3),读卡器(3)读取CPU卡(2)内部车主信息,并将车主手机号传输至信息处理模块(4);
步骤二:信息处理模块(4)将车主手机号显示在触摸屏(6),并通过触摸屏(6)显示出来,再经车主确认;
步骤三:当汽车充电结束或者充电时长不足时,充电桩本体(1)反馈到信息处理模块(4),信息处理模块(4)将依据读卡器(3)读取的数据向车主手机号发送预警短信;
步骤四:车主取车时,再将CPU卡(2)贴近读卡器(3),则充电过程结束,充电桩本体(1)断电,信息处理模块(4)进行重置操作,并删除车主信息。
