Background
The aluminum casting refers to a device made of pure aluminum or aluminum alloy obtained by adopting a casting processing mode. In general, aluminum parts or aluminum alloy parts of various shapes and sizes obtained by pouring aluminum or an aluminum alloy heated to a liquid state into a cavity of a mold using a sand mold or a metal mold are generally called aluminum die castings, and in the production process of aluminum alloy castings, most of aluminum water used is aluminum water fed from a melting furnace to a holding furnace in a casting process using an aluminum water bag.
The existing aluminum water bag is of an integral canning structure, when pouring is needed, the whole aluminum water bag can only be adopted for pouring all the time, time and labor are wasted, the flexibility is poor, split pouring cannot be achieved, the pouring time is long, and the integral pouring efficiency is low.
The aluminum water is also subjected to a large amount of heat energy loss in the transportation process, so that the quality defect of a casting piece at the later stage is caused, but the purpose of reducing heat energy loss is far not achieved only by the heat insulation effect of the aluminum water bag, and therefore, the invention provides the aluminum water bag for safe transportation.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides an aluminum water ladle for safe transportation, which is mainly characterized in that the aluminum water temperature is always maintained at the optimal pouring temperature through the matching of a temperature control unit and a heat preservation groove, so that the quality of a poured part is greatly improved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: an aluminum water bag for safe transportation comprises a shell, wherein a motor is installed at the top of the shell, an output shaft of the motor is fixedly connected with a rotating rod, and the bottom end of the rotating rod is in contact with the bottom of the inner side of the shell; a plurality of baffle plates are circumferentially arranged on the rotating rod, the baffle plates are fixedly connected with the rotating rod, the tops of the baffle plates are in contact with the top of the inner side of the shell, and the bottoms of the baffle plates are in contact with the bottom of the inner side of the shell; an electric sealing door is arranged on the side wall of the shell and close to the bottom of the shell, a feeding pipe is arranged at the top of the shell, and a heat preservation sleeve is arranged at the top of the feeding pipe;
the shell is provided with a temperature control unit, and a heat preservation groove is formed in the shell; the temperature control unit is used for controlling the temperature of the molten aluminum in the aluminum water bag and comprises an aluminum water thermometer, a heating plate and a controller; the aluminum water thermometer is arranged on the electric sealing door, and the aluminum water thermometer and the heating plate are electrically connected with the controller; the hot plate is installed in the heat preservation inslot, and the hot plate distributes along circumference has five at least.

when the aluminum water bag is transported, a large amount of heat energy loss can occur, which causes the quality defect of a casting piece at the later stage, but the purpose of reducing heat energy loss can not be achieved by far only depending on the heat insulation effect of the aluminum water bag, therefore, the invention utilizes the temperature control unit to control the temperature of the aluminum water in the aluminum water bag, which avoids the excessive loss of the temperature of the aluminum water from influencing the casting quality, specifically, the aluminum water thermometer on the electric door can monitor the temperature of the aluminum water in real time and feed the monitored value back to the controller, the controller receives the information and compares the information with the preset set value, when the temperature of the aluminum water is lower than the set value, the controller controls the heating plate to heat in real time, when the temperature reaches the set value, the heating plate is closed, and simultaneously, the loss speed of the temperature can be greatly reduced by matching with the preset heat preservation groove, thereby reducing the working, thereby improving the quality of the molten aluminum after pouring.
