As can be seen from the above table, in examples 1 to 3, the primer materials are scientifically proportioned, the viscosity of the sprayed paint for the exterior of the airplane is 17.1s at 15min and 18.2s after 3h, and the surface is flat and smooth and has no sagging phenomenon; in the embodiments 3-7, the spraying temperature and time are adjusted, the adding speed of the curing agent and the diluent and the thickness of the dry film are controlled, and the comparison shows that the airplane exterior paint sprayed by the primer in the embodiment 3 and a reasonable operation means has the best effect; compared with the comparative examples 1 to 3, the proportion of the primer is extremely important, the viscosity of the external paint sprayed in the proportion outside the range is 22.4s after 3 hours, and the different parameter conditions of the primer spraying treatment, the finish paint and the varnish spraying construction and the like in the examples 2 to 3 have certain influence on the external paint spraying effect, and orange peel and sagging phenomenon occur after 3 hours of curing.

Claims (9)
1. An aircraft spraying method is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, preprocessing:
cleaning the surface of the outer skin of the airplane by using a cleaning solvent or carrying out steam degreasing or emulsion cleaning or manual cleaning or alkaline cleaning agent, and carrying out primer treatment 5-10 h after cleaning treatment;
s2, primer treatment:
the primer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-40 parts of strontium chromate, 2-11 parts of organophilic clay, 10-25 parts of n-butyl alcohol, 1-10 parts of benzyl alcohol, 1-10 parts of a xylene isomer mixture, 2-15 parts of a polymer of formaldehyde, 1, 3-xylylenediamine and phenol, 1-9 parts of 1, 3-xylylenediamine and 0.1-1 part of ethylbenzene;
storing the primer at 18-35 ℃ for at least 24 hours before use, adding a curing agent while continuously stirring the primer, immediately adding a diluent and a leveling agent, and mixing for 25-40 min, wherein the volume ratio of the primer to the curing agent to the diluent to the leveling agent is 13-20: 2-5: 3-8: 1-3; spraying a primer at the ambient air temperature of 18-35 ℃ and the relative humidity of less than 70%;
s3, construction of a finish paint and a varnish:
1) spraying a first layer of finish within 2-72 hours after spraying the primer, drying for 120-180 min, and spraying a second layer of finish after 15-120 hours after the thickness of a dry film of the finish is 30-50 microns;
2) and (3) coating a layer of varnish after the finish paint, wherein the thickness of the varnish is 25-30 micrometers, and then coating a layer of cross coating to achieve the total dry film thickness of 50-70 millimeters.
2. An aircraft spray coating method as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the cleaning solvent is boeing specification BAC5750, the steam degreasing is boeing specification BAC5408, the cleaning emulsion is boeing specification BAC5763, and the alkaline detergent is boeing specification BAC 5749.
3. An aircraft spray coating method as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the diluent is prepared from the following components in a mass ratio of 1-3: 1-5: 2.3-4 of amyl acetate, diethylene glycol-diethyl ether and urea-formaldehyde melamine resin.
4. An aircraft spray coating method as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the mass ratio of the flatting agent is 2-3: 1 to 4 of polyacrylic acid or acrylic ester.
5. An aircraft spray coating method as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the thickness of the film coated with the primer is 15-30 microns.
6. An aircraft spray coating method as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the cross-coat is a horizontal and a vertical coating covering 50% of the surface.
7. An aircraft spray coating method as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in the primer treatment, a curing agent is added at a speed of 13-18L/s.
8. An aircraft spray coating method as claimed in claim 1, wherein: adding a diluent at a rate of 12-15L/s.
9. An aircraft spray coating method as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the temperature of spraying finish paint is 13-35 ℃.
