The plate and frame filter with cleaning of claim 1, wherein: the intelligent cleaning system comprises a PLC (programmable logic controller), wherein a driving motor of a tractor (30) is a variable frequency motor, a door-shaped shell (20) is provided with a fixed position sensor, the position sensor can detect the position of the tractor (30), and the PLC is electrically connected with the driving motor of the tractor (30), a cleaning driving motor (22), a rotating motor (50) and a position sensor.
3. A cleaning method using the tractor for a plate-and-frame filter with a cleaning function according to claim 1, characterized in that:
firstly, pressing all plate frames to the right side by using a plate hydraulic cylinder (16), then driving a pressing plate (15) to reset by using the plate hydraulic cylinder (16), and then putting a tractor (30) between the pressing plate (15) and a first plate frame; meanwhile, a cleaning driving motor (22) is turned on, so that the cleaning equipment runs to the midpoint between the pressure plate (15) and the first plate frame;
secondly, twisting two twisting arms of the tractor (30) to the maximum limit, wherein the upper end of the right mechanical arm (34) and the upper end of the left mechanical arm (33) are at the highest points, and the tractor (30) moves leftwards;
thirdly, the upper surface of the right mechanical arm (34) is in contact with the lower surface of the hanger (12) of the second plate frame, the right mechanical arm (34) is extruded by the lower surface of the hanger (12), the right mechanical arm (34) is turned over anticlockwise, and the tractor (30) continues to move leftwards;
fourthly, the upper end of a left mechanical arm (33) is in contact with the left side face of a hanging lug (12) of a second plate frame, a right mechanical arm (34) is separated from the constraint of the hanging lug (12) of the second plate frame and is located between the second plate frame and a third hanging lug (12) to be in a free state, at the moment, the input current of a driving motor of the tractor (30) reaches the limit, the driving motor of the tractor (30) rotates reversely through adjustment and starts to move leftwards, at the moment, the second plate frame is located between the two mechanical arms of the tractor (30), and the second plate frame is constrained by the right mechanical arm (34) and moves together with the tractor (30);
fifthly, the left side of the tractor (30) moves to the cleaning position, the tractor (30) stops, and the cleaning operation is carried out: as shown in the figures (2) and (4), the rotating motor (50) drives the sliding block (60), the cleaning fixing frame (61) and the cleaning brush (64) to move up and down through the power shaft (51), the driving wheel (52) and the transmission chain power part (53), and meanwhile, the water delivery pipe (65) sprays water to facilitate cleaning;
sixthly, after the cleaning operation is finished, stopping the sliding block (60), the cleaning fixing frame (61) and the cleaning brush (64) at the upper part of the door-shaped shell (20), and continuing to move the tractor (30) to the left until the upper surface of the left mechanical arm (33) contacts the lower surface of the hanger (12) of the first plate frame, wherein the left mechanical arm (33) is in an extrusion state;
seventhly, the tractor (30) continues to move left until the second plate frame contacts the first plate frame, at the moment, the input current of the driving motor of the tractor (30) reaches the limit, the driving motor of the tractor (30) reversely rotates through adjustment and starts to move left, and at the moment, the left mechanical arm (33) of the tractor (30) continues to be in a squeezing state;
eighthly, moving the tractor (30) to the right, contacting the upper surface of the left mechanical arm (33) with the lower surface of the hanger (12) of the second plate frame before the upper surface of the left mechanical arm (33) is separated from the constraint of the lower surface of the hanger (12) of the first plate frame, and continuously positioning the left mechanical arm (33) in a squeezing state;
ninthly, as shown in the figure (13), the tractor (30) continues to move to the right, the left mechanical arm (33) continues to be in a free state, and the second plate frame moves to the position;
and step ten, judging at the moment, if the cleaning is needed to be continued, opening the cleaning driving motor (22) again to enable the cleaning equipment to move rightwards for the distance of one plate frame, repeating the step two to the step nine, and if the cleaning is not needed to be continued, ending.
