本发明公开了动物双歧杆菌饮液及其制备方法,属于功能饮品技术领域,所述动物双歧杆菌饮液由以下重量份的原料制备而成:动物双歧杆菌BB‑12菌粉2.645‑7.935份,中链甘油三酯MCT 222.355‑667.065份,其中,中链甘油三酯MCT提取于棕榈仁油或椰子油。本发明以中链甘油三酯MCT包裹动物双歧杆菌BB‑12,可以保护动物双歧杆菌BB‑12不被胃液杀死,确保动物双歧杆菌BB‑12顺利穿过胃液,达到肠道,从而提高动物双歧杆菌BB‑12的存活率和在肠道的定殖率,改善肠道功能,防止腹泻。

技术领域
本发明涉及功能饮品技术领域,具体涉及动物双歧杆菌饮液及其制备方法。
背景技术
益生菌是“活的微生物,该活的微生物当以恰当的量施用时,赋予了宿主健康益处”。已在属于乳品工业中常用的乳杆菌属、双歧杆菌属、链球菌属和乳球菌属的物种中,描述了益生菌。人体肠道内的双歧杆菌对人体健康有着重要作用,双歧杆菌是人体的健康标志,是对人体有诸多好处的有益菌群。
临床研究证明动物双歧杆菌亚种Chr.Hansen通过胃肠道可以存活,并能维持健康的胃肠道菌群。而且,研究已经表明它能够改善肠道功能,防止腹泻,并能减少抗生素治疗的副作用,例如抗生素相关性腹泻。在免疫功能方面,临床研究表明动物双歧杆菌亚种Chr.Hansen会提高机体对常见呼吸道感染的抵抗力,同时降低急性呼吸道感染的发病率。
MCT是中链甘油三酯(Medium Chain Triglycerides)的简称,是由碳链长度6-12的饱和中链脂肪酸组成的甘油三酯。医药行业中常用作溶剂、载体和乳化剂,也可以作为食品行业中香精、色素和维生素的溶剂,其具有不易被胃酸分解,易在肠道中水解的特性。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术不足,本发明的目的是提供动物双歧杆菌饮液及其制备方法,以中链甘油三酯MCT包裹动物双歧杆菌BB-12,可以保护动物双歧杆菌BB-12不被胃液杀死,确保动物双歧杆菌BB-12顺利穿过胃液,达到肠道,从而提高动物双歧杆菌BB-12的存活率和在肠道的定殖率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明提供短双歧杆菌饮液,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:动物双歧杆菌BB-12菌粉3.935-11.805份,中链甘油三酯MCT 221.065-663.195份,其中,中链甘油三酯MCT提取于棕榈仁油或椰子油。
动物双歧杆菌饮液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)备料:按配方量称取动物双歧杆菌BB-12菌粉、中链甘油三酯MCT,备用;
2)配料:将配方量的中链甘油三酯MCT投入混料罐,加热10-15min至混料罐内液体温度在65-70℃,加热过程中,开启混料罐上的搅拌器对中链甘油三酯MCT均速搅拌;搅拌结束后冷却至20-25℃,然后向混料罐中投入配方量的动物双歧杆菌BB-12菌粉,继续搅拌15min至动物双歧杆菌BB-12菌粉与中链甘油三酯MCT均匀混合,得混合液,待用;
3)灌装:将步骤2)所得混合液转移至灌装机进行灌装,即得动物双歧杆菌饮液成品。
优选地,步骤2)中搅拌器转速为60-70r/min。
本发明的有益效果在于:以中链甘油三酯MCT包裹动物双歧杆菌BB12,可以保护动物双歧杆菌BB-12不被胃液杀死,确保动物双歧杆菌BB-12顺利穿过胃液,达到肠道,从而提高动物双歧杆菌BB-12的存活率和在肠道的定殖率,改善肠道功能,防止腹泻。

实施例1
动物双歧杆菌饮液,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:动物双歧杆菌BB-12菌粉3.935份,中链甘油三酯MCT 221.065份,其中,中链甘油三酯MCT提取于棕榈仁油或椰子油。
动物双歧杆菌饮液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)备料:按配方量称取动物双歧杆菌BB-12菌粉、中链甘油三酯MCT,备用;
2)配料:将配方量的中链甘油三酯MCT投入混料罐,加热10-15min至混料罐内液体温度在65-70℃,加热过程中,开启混料罐上的搅拌器对中链甘油三酯MCT均速搅拌;搅拌结束后冷却至20-25℃,然后向混料罐中投入配方量的动物双歧杆菌BB-12菌粉,继续搅拌15min至动物双歧杆菌BB-12菌粉与中链甘油三酯MCT均匀混合,得混合液,待用;
3)灌装:将步骤2)所得混合液转移至灌装机进行灌装,即得动物双歧杆菌饮液成品。
进一步的,步骤2)中搅拌器转速为60-70r/min。
实施例2
动物双歧杆菌饮液,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:动物双歧杆菌BB-12菌粉7.87份,中链甘油三酯MCT 442.13份,其中,中链甘油三酯MCT提取于棕榈仁油或椰子油。
其制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
动物双歧杆菌饮液,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:动物双歧杆菌BB-12菌粉11.805份,中链甘油三酯MCT 663.195份,其中,中链甘油三酯MCT提取于棕榈仁油或椰子油。
其制备方法同实施例1。
样品送检:将本发明实施例2所制得的动物双歧杆菌饮液4瓶(每瓶12ml)送至谱尼测试集团上海有限公司进行检测,检测其乳酸菌总数,检测方法为GB4789.35-2016,检测结果见表1:

1.动物双歧杆菌饮液,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:动物双歧杆菌BB-12菌粉3.935-11.805份,中链甘油三酯MCT 221.065-663.195份,其中,中链甘油三酯MCT提取于棕榈仁油或椰子油。
2.如权利要求1所述的动物双歧杆菌饮液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)备料:按配方量称取动物双歧杆菌BB-12菌粉、中链甘油三酯MCT,备用;
2)配料:将配方量的中链甘油三酯MCT投入混料罐,加热10-15min至混料罐内液体温度在65-70℃,加热过程中,开启混料罐上的搅拌器对中链甘油三酯MCT均速搅拌;搅拌结束后冷却至20-25℃,然后向混料罐中投入配方量的动物双歧杆菌BB-12菌粉,继续搅拌15min至动物双歧杆菌BB-12菌粉与中链甘油三酯MCT均匀混合,得混合液,待用;
3)灌装:将步骤2)所得混合液转移至灌装机进行灌装,即得动物双歧杆菌饮液成品。
3.如权利要求2所述的动物双歧杆菌饮液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中搅拌器转速为60-70r/min。
