1) the nutrient solution product prepared by the invention contains soluble polysaccharide, in particular hericium erinaceus polysaccharide. Scientific researches show that the hericium erinaceus polysaccharide can obviously reduce the area of gastric ulcer, has the activity and the oxidation resistance of resisting helicobacter pylori and improves the immunity of organisms, the efficacy of the hericium erinaceus polysaccharide is positively correlated with the dosage within a certain range, taking a health food of hericium erinaceus gastrointestinal health oral liquid for example, the polysaccharide content in the product is 100mg/100 mL; soluble polysaccharide in food generally has certain positive influence on the health care function of food, such as improving immunity, eliminating free radicals, regulating blood sugar and blood fat, resisting bacteria and the like. The nutrient solution prepared by the invention has the comprehensive efficacy of tonifying spleen and invigorating stomach, and is suitable for people with weakness of spleen and stomach, dyspepsia, poor appearance, listlessness, general debilitation and the like.
2) The preparation method of the invention selects the solid fermentation mycoplasm of the hericium erinaceus as the main raw material, compared with the traditional solid fermentation production of the sporocarp of the hericium erinaceus, the production is not affected by seasons, the controllability is good, the management cost is lower, the mycoplasm culture medium not only contains nutrient components, but also has edible health care value, all the mycoplasm obtained after the culture can be utilized, and no waste is generated. The fruiting temperature of Hericium erinaceus when growing into fruiting body is 12-24 deg.C, preferably 18-20 deg.C; the temperature range of the cultured mycelium can be 6-30 ℃. The management cost of cultured mycoplasm is expected to be about 50% lower than that of fruiting body production. Compared with the method for culturing the mycelia by using the hericium erinaceus liquid, the method does not need shake culture, has relatively simple culture conditions and lower requirements on culture equipment, is convenient for large-scale production, and can fully utilize raw materials; the hericium erinaceus is matched with the traditional Chinese medicinal materials with the effects of tonifying spleen and nourishing stomach, the effects of the product are synergistically enhanced, the traditional Chinese medicinal materials in the formula are both medicinal and edible, and the product can be used as food and can be eaten as required for a long time.

4) The preparation method provided by the invention adopts an ultrasonic-assisted complex enzymolysis method for extracting the effective components of the hericium erinaceus, and can efficiently dissolve the effective components of the hericium erinaceus. Tests show that the mycoplasm cultured by utilizing the conventional culture medium of the hericium erinaceus is treated in different modes to extract polysaccharide under the premise that the leaching time is the same and the water adding proportion is 20 times, and the content detection result of the hericium erinaceus polysaccharide in the extracting solution is as follows: hot water extraction method: 208mg/100g, complex enzymolysis: 311mg/100g, ultrasonic-assisted complex enzymolysis: 364mg/100 g. Therefore, compared with a hot water extraction method, the content of the hericium erinaceus polysaccharide extracted by the ultrasonic-assisted composite enzymolysis method can be increased by 0.75 time under the condition that the raw materials, the extraction time and the material-liquid ratio are the same. Compared with the complex enzymolysis method, the content of the hericium erinaceus polysaccharide extracted by the ultrasonic-assisted complex enzymolysis method can be increased by 0.17 time under the condition that the raw materials, the extraction time and the material-liquid ratio are the same. When the ultrasonic wave works, a mechanical effect, a cavitation effect, a thermal effect and a chemical effect are generated, so that the spatial conformation of the substrate macromolecules is changed, more enzymatic sites are exposed, the product yield is improved, and the enzymolysis efficiency is improved.
5) The complex enzyme is added in sequence, firstly cellulase and pectinase, then xylanase and finally neutral protease are added, and the hericium erinaceus mycoplasm comprises hericium erinaceus mycelium and culture medium raw materials. Simple raw material crushing combined with hot water extraction does not allow the components in the mycoplasmal cells to be sufficiently dissolved out. And the extraction liquid after hot water extraction is processed by a subsequent process, so that precipitates are easy to generate. The raw materials used in the invention are all plant components. To sufficiently dissolve functional components in the raw material, it is necessary to destroy the cell wall of plant cells. While the main components of the cell wall are cellulose and pectin. The cell wall is firstly decomposed by using cellulase and pectinase, and then the heterogeneous polysaccharide-xylan with rich content, complex structure and high branching is continuously decomposed by using xylanase (a group of enzymes catalyzing xylan hemicellulose in the plant cell wall to be hydrolyzed into monosaccharide), namely a non-starch polysaccharide substance which has poor water solubility and is in a turbid state. Finally, neutral protease is used, so that protein can be decomposed, and turbidity and protein precipitate in the nutrient solution can be removed. Enzymatic reactions have a sequence, and the enzymolysis time is obviously prolonged and the enzymolysis effect is reduced by changing the adding sequence of the sequential complex enzyme.
