Abstract

本发明提供了一种用于转动轴的双向多唇密封装置,由动环和静环组成,静环的截面呈L字型,由轴向设置的静连接环和径向设置的静密封环组成,静连接环位于端盖内且通过过盈配合与端盖相固定,静密封环沿径向朝内设置且其内圆周上斜向设置有密封唇A;动环的截面呈反L字型,由轴向设置的动连接环和径向设置的动密封环组成,动连接环套在转动轴上且通过过盈配合与转动轴相固定,动密封环沿径向朝外设置且其外圆周上斜向设置有密封唇B;所述密封唇A与动连接环的外圆面接触密封,密封唇B与静连接环的内圆面接触密封。该装置能够针对转动轴与箱体之间含有润滑油脂的腔室进行较好的密封,其结构简单、安装方便、易于维护、使用寿命长久。

技术领域
本发明提供了一种密封装置,尤其提供了一种用于转动轴中对转动轴进行密封的密封装置,属于机械密封技术领域。
背景技术
迷宫密封是在转动轴周围设若干个依次排列的环行密封齿,齿与齿之间形成一系列截流间隙与膨胀空腔,被密封介质在通过曲折迷宫的间隙时产生节流效应而达到阻漏的目的的装置。由于迷宫密封的转子和机壳间存在间隙,无固体接触,并允许有热膨胀,因此适应高温、高压、高转速频率的场合,这种密封形式被广泛用于汽轮机、燃汽轮机、压缩机、鼓风机的轴端和各级间的密封。
在一些使用要求比较严格的场合中,密封装置在使用时不仅要达到密封腔中润滑油的零泄漏,而且还要达到防止外界的污染物进入密封腔内部的目的,此外,对于密封件的使用寿命也有着较高的要求。
目前本领域中各式各样的密封装置产品较多,结构或复杂或简单,密封性能也各不相同。但是总的来说,提供一种结构简单、密封性能好、同时使用寿命持久的密封装置仍然是本领域中的技术人员众望所归的。
发明内容
本发明针提供了一种用于转动轴的双向多唇密封装置,该装置能够针对转动轴与箱体之间含有润滑油脂的腔室进行较好的密封,其结构简单、安装方便、易于维护、使用寿命长久。
实现本发明上述目的所采用的技术方案为:
一种用于转动轴的双向多唇密封装置,安装于转动轴和端盖之间,所述转动轴安装于端盖内且从端盖中伸出,端盖内部与转动轴之间的空隙为密封腔,所述用于转动轴的双向多唇密封装置由动环和静环组成,静环的截面呈L字型,由轴向设置的静连接环和径向设置的静密封环组成,静连接环位于端盖内且通过过盈配合与端盖相固定,静密封环沿径向朝内设置且其内圆周上斜向设置有密封唇A;
动环的截面呈反L字型,由轴向设置的动连接环和径向设置的动密封环组成,动连接环套在转动轴上且通过过盈配合与转动轴相固定,动密封环沿径向朝外设置且其外圆周上斜向设置有密封唇B;所述密封唇A与动连接环的外圆面接触密封,密封唇B与静连接环的内圆面接触密封;所述动环和静环中均设置有金属材质的骨架,所述密封唇A和密封唇B中均设置有截面呈V型的环状的弹簧片,所述弹簧片的一侧顶在骨架上,弹簧片的另一侧顶在密封唇A或密封唇B上,在弹簧片的扩张弹性下,使密封唇A与动连接环的外圆面,以及密封唇B与静连接环的内圆面保持紧密密封。
静密封环的内圆周上还设置有副密封唇A,动密封环的外圆周上还设置有副密封唇B,所述副密封唇A与动连接环的外圆面接触密封,副密封唇B与静连接环的内圆面接触密封。
静连接环中远离静密封环的一端沿径向朝内设置有凸起的限位台阶,动连接环中远离动密封环的一端沿径向朝外设置有凸起的限位台阶。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的用于转动轴的双向多唇密封装置具有以下优点:1、本发明结构简单,通过动环和静环之间的配合,密封唇A与动连接环的外圆面接触密封,密封唇B与静连接环的内圆面接触密封,再加上副密封唇的密封,从而实现良好的密封效果。2、本发明中动环和静环均采用过盈配合与转动轴和端盖进行固定,因此安装和维护方便。3、本发明中在密封唇中嵌入有截面呈V型的环状的弹簧片,使密封唇A和密封唇B始终保持扩张状态,即便经过长时间的使用导致密封唇产生了磨损,由于环状弹簧片的扩张弹性,也会使密封唇A紧贴在动连接环的外圆面上,使密封唇B紧贴在静连接环的内圆面上,从而保证密封效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做详细具体的说明。
本发明提供的用于转动轴的双向多唇密封装置的整体结构如图1所示,安装于转动轴2和端盖1之间,所述转动轴安装于端盖内且从端盖中伸出,端盖内部与转动轴之间的空隙为密封腔3,所述用于转动轴的双向多唇密封装置由动环和静环组成,所述动环和静环中均设置有金属材质的骨架13。
静环的截面呈L字型,由轴向设置的静连接环4和径向设置的静密封环5组成,静连接环位于端盖内且通过过盈配合与端盖相固定,静密封环沿径向朝内设置且其内圆周上斜向设置有密封唇A6;静连接环中远离静密封环的一端沿径向朝内设置有凸起的限位台阶14。
动环的截面呈反L字型,由轴向设置的动连接环7和径向设置的动密封环8组成,动连接环套在转动轴上且通过过盈配合与转动轴相固定,动密封环沿径向朝外设置且其外圆周上斜向设置有密封唇B9;动连接环中远离动密封环的一端沿径向朝外设置有凸起的限位台阶14。所述密封唇A与动连接环的外圆面接触密封,密封唇B与静连接环的内圆面接触密封。所述密封唇A和密封唇B中均设置有截面呈V型的环状的弹簧片10。本发明中在密封唇中嵌入有截面呈V型的环状的弹簧片,使密封唇A和密封唇B始终保持扩张状态,即便经过长时间的使用导致密封唇产生了磨损,由于环状弹簧片的扩张弹性,也会使密封唇A紧贴在动连接环的外圆面上,使密封唇B紧贴在静连接环的内圆面上,从而保证密封效果。
静密封环的内圆周上还设置有副密封唇A11,动密封环的外圆周上还设置有副密封唇B12,所述副密封唇A与动连接环的外圆面接触密封,副密封唇B与静连接环的内圆面接触密封。本发明通过动环和静环之间的配合,密封唇A与动连接环的外圆面接触密封,密封唇B与静连接环的内圆面接触密封,再加上副密封唇的密封,从而实现良好的密封效果。

1.一种用于转动轴的双向多唇密封装置,安装于转动轴和端盖之间,所述转动轴安装于端盖内且从端盖中伸出,端盖内部与转动轴之间的空隙为密封腔,其特征在于:所述用于转动轴的双向多唇密封装置由动环和静环组成,静环的截面呈L字型,由轴向设置的静连接环和径向设置的静密封环组成,静连接环位于端盖内且通过过盈配合与端盖相固定,静密封环沿径向朝内设置且其内圆周上斜向设置有密封唇A;
动环的截面呈反L字型,由轴向设置的动连接环和径向设置的动密封环组成,动连接环套在转动轴上且通过过盈配合与转动轴相固定,动密封环沿径向朝外设置且其外圆周上斜向设置有密封唇B;所述密封唇A与动连接环的外圆面接触密封,密封唇B与静连接环的内圆面接触密封;所述动环和静环中均设置有金属材质的骨架,所述密封唇A和密封唇B中均设置有截面呈V型的环状的弹簧片,所述弹簧片的一侧顶在骨架上,弹簧片的另一侧顶在密封唇A或密封唇B上,在弹簧片的扩张弹性下,使密封唇A与动连接环的外圆面,以及密封唇B与静连接环的内圆面保持紧密密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于转动轴的双向多唇密封装置,其特征在于:静密封环的内圆周上还设置有副密封唇A,动密封环的外圆周上还设置有副密封唇B,所述副密封唇A与动连接环的外圆面接触密封,副密封唇B与静连接环的内圆面接触密封。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于转动轴的双向多唇密封装置,其特征在于:静连接环中远离静密封环的一端沿径向朝内设置有凸起的限位台阶,动连接环中远离动密封环的一端沿径向朝外设置有凸起的限位台阶。
