Claims (10)

1. The special drawing pigment for the opera mural is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-25 parts of annatto, 15-18 parts of lac red, 2-3 parts of talcum powder, 3-4 parts of polysorbate, 6-7 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 2-6 parts of hydroxymethyl cellulose, 7-8 parts of methyl amyl alcohol, 2-4 parts of silicon dioxide powder, 3-5 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene powder and 50-80 parts of deionized water;
the drawing pigment is prepared by the following steps:
step one, adding annatto, lac red, talcum powder, polysorbate, polyvinyl alcohol, vinyl triamine, hydroxymethyl cellulose, methyl amyl alcohol, silicon dioxide powder, polytetrafluoroethylene powder and deionized water from a feeding port of a stirring drum (2) in a grinding mechanism, starting a first motor (3), driving a stirring rod (30) to rotate by the first motor (3), enabling a stirring blade to rotate and stir for 30min, wherein the stirring speed is 800r/min, and obtaining a mixed solution;
step two, a second motor (16) is started, an output shaft of the second motor (16) rotates in the forward direction and drives a first rotating rod (8) to rotate in the forward direction, the first rotating rod (8) drives a second rotating rod (9) to rotate in the forward direction, the second rotating rod (9) drives a grinding disc (10) to rotate in the forward direction, a fourth motor (28) is started simultaneously, an output shaft of the fourth motor (28) rotates in the reverse direction and drives a driving gear (29) to rotate in the reverse direction, the driving gear (29) drives a gear ring (27) meshed with the driving gear (29) to rotate in the reverse direction, the grinding groove (22) rotates in the reverse direction, a switch valve on a guide pipe (25) is opened, the mixed solution flows into the grinding groove (22) through the guide pipe (25), the mixed solution flows downwards from the grinding groove (22) from the top to the bottom, the mixed solution is ground while the grinding disc (10) and the grinding groove (22) rotate, grinding undissolved solid particles of the mixed solution into powder and fully mixing the powder with the mixed solution;
and step three, the ground mixed solution falls onto a screen (24) through a through hole at the bottom of a grinding groove (22), undissolved particles are screened onto the screen (24), and the screened mixed solution enters the bottom of a collecting groove (23) to obtain the special drawing pigment for the opera murals.
2. The special drawing pigment for drama mural according to claim 1, wherein the rotation speed of the grinding disk (10) and the rotation speed of the grinding groove (22) are both 550 r/min.
3. The special drawing pigment for drama mural according to claim 1, wherein the screen mesh (24) is a 200-mesh screen.
4. A preparation method of special drawing pigment for opera murals is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step one, adding annatto, lac red, talcum powder, polysorbate, polyvinyl alcohol, vinyl triamine, hydroxymethyl cellulose, methyl amyl alcohol, silicon dioxide powder, polytetrafluoroethylene powder and deionized water from a feeding port of a stirring drum (2) in a grinding mechanism, starting a first motor (3), driving a stirring rod (30) to rotate by the first motor (3), enabling a stirring blade to rotate and stir for 30min, wherein the stirring speed is 800r/min, and obtaining a mixed solution;
step two, a second motor (16) is started, an output shaft of the second motor (16) rotates in a forward direction and drives a first rotating rod (8) to rotate in the forward direction, the first rotating rod (8) drives a second rotating rod (9) to rotate in the forward direction, the second rotating rod (9) drives a grinding disc (10) to rotate in the forward direction, a fourth motor (28) is started simultaneously, an output shaft of the fourth motor (28) rotates in the forward direction and drives a driving gear (29) to rotate in the forward direction, the driving gear (29) drives a gear ring (27) meshed with the driving gear to rotate in a reverse direction, the grinding groove (22) rotates in the reverse direction, the grinding disc (10) and the grinding groove (22) rotate in the reverse direction, a switch valve on a guide pipe (25) is opened, the mixed solution flows into the grinding groove (22) through the guide pipe (25), the mixed solution flows downwards from the grinding groove (22) from the top, the grinding disc (10) and the grinding groove (22) rotate and grind the mixed solution at, grinding undissolved solid particles of the mixed solution into powder and fully mixing the powder with the mixed solution;
and step three, the ground mixed solution falls onto a screen (24) through a through hole at the bottom of a grinding groove (22), undissolved particles are screened onto the screen (24), and the screened mixed solution enters the bottom of a collecting groove (23) to obtain the special drawing pigment for the opera murals.
5. The preparation method of the special drawing pigment for the drama mural according to claim 4, wherein the grinding mechanism comprises a support plate (1), a stirring drum (2) is fixedly mounted on the upper surface of the support plate (1), a first motor (3) is fixedly mounted on the upper surface of the stirring drum (2), an output shaft end of the first motor (3) penetrates through the upper wall of the stirring drum (2) and extends to the inner side of the stirring drum (2), a stirring rod (30) is fixedly mounted on the output shaft end of the first motor (3), stirring blades are fixedly mounted on the stirring rod (30), and a feeding opening is formed above the stirring drum (2);
the upper surface of backup pad (1) still fixed mounting have bottom plate (4), the upper surface vertical fixation of bottom plate (4) has two riser (5), two the top level of riser (5) is fixed with mounting panel (13), the upper surface symmetry of mounting panel (13) is fixed with two support frames (15), two the top level of support frame (15) is fixed with roof (14), the last fixed surface of roof (14) installs second motor (16), the output axle head of second motor (16) runs through roof (14) and extends to between roof (14) and mounting panel (13), and the output shaft fixed mounting of second motor (16) has first synchronizing wheel (17), it has first pivot pole (8) to rotate on mounting panel (13), the top fixed mounting of first pivot pole (8) has first synchronizing wheel (17), the two first synchronous wheels (17) are connected through a first synchronous belt, a through groove is formed in the supporting plate (1), the lower end of the first rotating rod (8) extends to the lower portion of the mounting plate (13) and is connected with a second rotating rod (9), the bottom end of the second rotating rod (9) penetrates through the through groove and extends to the lower portion of the supporting plate (1), and a grinding disc (10) is fixedly mounted at the bottom end of the second rotating rod (9);
a grinding groove (22) is arranged below the grinding disc (10), the grinding groove (22) is movably arranged above the collecting groove (23), a fourth motor (28) is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the collecting tank (23), a driving gear (29) is fixedly arranged on an output shaft of the fourth motor (28), a gear ring (27) is fixedly arranged on the peripheral surface of the grinding groove (22), the driving gear (29) is meshed with the gear ring (27), the bottom of the mixing drum (2) is connected with a guide pipe (25), the guide pipe (25) penetrates through the support plate (1) and extends to the lower part of the support plate (1), the guide pipe (25) is provided with a switch valve, the upper surface of the grinding groove (22) is provided with a round opening, the round opening is communicated with the inner side of the grinding groove (22), and the bottom end of the guide pipe (25) is arranged in the round opening.

The preparation method of the special drawing pigment for the drama mural according to claim 5, wherein a through hole is formed in the center of the bottom surface of the grinding groove (22), the through hole penetrates through the bottom surface and the inner bottom wall of the grinding groove (22), the collecting groove (23) is of a non-top cylindrical structure, a screen (24) is horizontally fixed on the inner side of the collecting groove (23), an annular sliding groove (231) is formed in the upper surface of the collecting groove (23), four rollers (32) are embedded in the bottom of the grinding groove (22), the four rollers (32) are distributed in an equiangular ring shape, and the rollers (32) are arranged in the annular sliding groove (231).

The preparation method of the special drawing pigment for the drama mural according to claim 5, wherein the bottom of the first rotating rod (8) is of a hollow structure, the upper part of the second rotating rod (9) is movably arranged in the first rotating rod (8), a vertical groove is formed in the first rotating rod (8), a limiting block (26) is fixedly arranged at the top of the second rotating rod (9), and the limiting block (26) is slidably arranged in the vertical groove.
