本发明提供一种高阻尼丁基橡胶橡胶件配方,所述配方材料的质量份数为丁基橡胶100份,氧化锌5份,硬脂酸1份,防老剂3份,快压出炭黑55份,无机填料30份,环烷油20份,硫磺1份,促进剂4份。通过将丁基橡胶、氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂、快压出炭黑、无机填料、环烷油、硫磺和促进剂的质量份数配比,制造丁基橡胶橡胶件,能满足高阻尼比要求,从而达到消音、降噪的功能。并通过低分子蜡来提升高阻尼比、添加补强树脂来增加生产出的橡胶的强度和添加有高耐磨炭黑来增加耐磨性。

本发明涉及橡胶技术领域,尤其涉及一种高阻尼丁基橡胶橡胶件配方。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,橡胶制品应用范围越来越广,其中很多产品上都会用到橡胶件。但现有的橡胶件满足不了产品的高阻尼比要求,从而达不到消音、降噪的功能。因此,解决这一类的问题显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种高阻尼丁基橡胶橡胶件配方,通过将丁基橡胶、氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂、快压出炭黑、无机填料、环烷油、硫磺和促进剂的质量份数配比,制造丁基橡胶橡胶件,能满足高阻尼比要求,从而达到消音、降噪的功能。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种高阻尼丁基橡胶橡胶件配方,所述配方材料的质量份数为丁基橡胶80-120份,氧化锌6-7份,硬脂酸0.5-1.5份,防老剂2-4份,快压出炭黑45-65份,无机填料20-40份,环烷油10-30份,硫磺0.5-1.5份,促进剂3-5份。
进一步改进在于:所述配方材料的质量份数为丁基橡胶100份,氧化锌5份,硬脂酸1份,防老剂3份,快压出炭黑55份,无机填料30份,环烷油20份,硫磺1份,促进剂4份。
进一步改进在于:所述配方中还含有低分子蜡4-5份。
进一步改进在于:所述配方中还添加有高耐磨炭黑5-10份。
进一步改进在于:所述配方中还添加有补强树脂10-20份。
本发明的有益效果:通过将丁基橡胶、氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂、快压出炭黑、无机填料、环烷油、硫磺和促进剂的质量份数配比,制造丁基橡胶橡胶件,能满足高阻尼比要求,从而达到消音、降噪的功能。并通过低分子蜡来提升高阻尼比、添加补强树脂来增加生产出的橡胶的强度和添加有高耐磨炭黑来增加耐磨性。

进一步改进在于:所述配方中还含有低分子蜡4-5份。所述配方中还添加有高耐磨炭黑5-10份。所述配方中还添加有补强树脂10-20份。
