A liquid heating vessel provided according to some embodiments of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention provides a liquid heating vessel including a vessel body 1, a vessel lid 2, a filter cartridge 3, a connecting rod 4, a clamp 5, and a regulating member 6. Specifically, a container inlet is arranged on the container body 1, and a water outlet structure is arranged on the side wall of the container body 1; the container cover 2 is arranged at the container inlet of the container body 1 and used for opening or closing the container inlet, and the container cover 2 is provided with an installation hole; a filter cartridge 3 that can be installed into the vessel body 1 from the vessel inlet; one end of the connecting rod 4 is arranged in the container body 1 and is connected with the filter cartridge 3, and the other end of the connecting rod 4 extends out of the container cover 2 through the mounting hole and can move along the axial direction of the mounting hole; a clamping piece 5 which can be clamped and arranged at any position of one end of the connecting rod 4 extending out of the container cover 2; the adjusting piece 6 is arranged on the clamping piece 5, can adjust the clamping force of the clamping piece 5, and enables the clamping piece 5 to clamp the connecting rod 4 or loosen the clamping rod; wherein, when connecting rod 4 was held to holder 5, can be with connecting rod 4 fixed mounting on container lid 2, when holder 5 loosened connecting rod 4, connecting rod 4 can be relative holder 5 along the axial displacement of mounting hole to it goes up and down to drive strains a 3.
According to the liquid heating container provided by the embodiment of the invention, the liquid heating container comprises a container body 1, a container cover 2, a filter cartridge 3, a connecting rod 4, a clamping piece 5 and an adjusting piece 6, wherein the container body 1 is used for containing water required for brewing tea leaves and the like, the container cover 2 is used for opening and closing a container opening of the container body 1, the filter cartridge 3 is used for containing tea leaves and the like, the connecting rod 4 is used for installing the filter cartridge 3 in the container body 1, the connecting rod 4 can move along the axial direction of an installation hole, so that the filter cartridge 3 can be driven to move up and down in the container body 1 through the movement of the connecting rod 4, the height position adjustment of the filter cartridge 3 can be realized, and through the arrangement of the clamping piece 5, the connecting rod 4 can be clamped through the clamping piece 5 after the height positions of the connecting rod 4 and the filter cartridge 3 are adjusted, so as to realize the fixation of the connecting rod 4. The adjusting member 6 is used for adjusting the clamping force of the clamping member 5, so that when the height of the filter cartridge 3 needs to be adjusted, the clamping force of the clamping member 5 can be reduced through the adjusting member 6, so that the connecting rod 4 can move up and down under the action of a user, and after the height position of the filter cartridge 3 is adjusted, the clamping member 5 can be locked through the adjusting member 6, so that the clamping member 5 can firmly clamp the connecting rod 4, and the connecting rod 4 can be firmly installed on the container cover 2. According to the arrangement, a user can fix the filter cartridge 3 at any height position desired by the user according to actual needs, so that when tea making is needed, the filter cartridge 3 can be adjusted and fixed below the liquid level, and the filter cartridge 3 can be soaked in water to make tea and the like. After tea and the like are brewed, the clamping fit between the clamping piece 5 and the connecting rod 4 can be firstly released, then the connecting rod 4 is lifted upwards until the filter cartridge 3 moves to a position above the liquid level, then the connecting rod 4 and the filter cartridge 3 can be fixed on the height position through the clamping piece 5 at the container cover 2, so that the liquid in the filter cartridge 3 and the container body 1 can be separated, and therefore the tea leaves can be separated from the tea water to prevent the tea leaves and the like from being continuously soaked in the water, so that a user can adjust the installation height of the filter cartridge 3 according to actual needs on one hand, and the user can select the soaking time of the tea leaves and the like according to the actual needs on the other hand, and the situation that the tea water and the like are too concentrated due to overlong soaking time of the tea leaves and the like is prevented. And through set up the mounting hole on container lid 2 for connecting rod 4 can stretch out outside container lid 2 after being connected with straining a section of thick bamboo 3, like this the user alright realize the height control to connecting rod 4 outside the liquid heating container, thereby when the height position of straining a section of thick bamboo 3 in container body 1 specifically is adjusted, just need not open the liquid heating container, therefore can improve the convenience of straining a section of thick bamboo 3 height control. Meanwhile, by arranging the adjusting piece 6, when the height position of the filter cylinder 3 needs to be adjusted, the clamping piece 5 only needs to be loosened through the adjusting piece 6, and the clamping piece 5 does not need to be completely taken down from the cover 2, so that repeated installation of the clamping piece 5 can be avoided. In addition, in the structure, the connecting rod 4 can be lifted up and down freely, and the clamping piece 5 can be clamped and matched with any height of the connecting rod 4 after the connecting rod 4 is lifted, so that stepless continuous adjustment can be performed when the height position of the filter cartridge 3 is adjusted, the filter cartridge 3 can be fixed at any height position of the filter cartridge 3, the height of the filter cartridge 3 can be adjusted freely according to the liquid level condition in the container body 1 in the actual use process, the height position of the filter cartridge 3 can be adjusted more freely, and the situation that the filter cartridge 3 is too high than the liquid level or the filter cartridge 3 is too low than the liquid level in the conventional stage adjustment process is prevented. Also, this structure does not require rotation of the connecting rod 4 and does not have an additional part to prevent movement of the connecting rod 4 when adjusting the height position of the filter cartridge 3, thus allowing the connecting rod 4 to be easily and rapidly moved, thereby making it possible to make height adjustment of the filter cartridge 3 more convenient and easy.
Wherein, through set up out water structure 12 on the lateral wall of container body 1, can carry out the pouring out of tea etc. in container body 1 through out water structure 12, like this when pouring out tea etc. just need not open container lid 2, take out and strain a section of thick bamboo 3 etc. so can make the pouring out of tea etc. more convenient. Of course, the water outlet structure 12 may not be provided, and in this case, the water in the container body 1 may be poured out through the container inlet.
Of course, in other solutions, a hole may be formed in the side wall of the container body 1, then the connecting rod 4 extends out of the hole in the side wall of the container body 1, and a clamping structure is provided outside the container body 1 to clamp and mount the connecting rod 4 outside the container body 1, at this time, a part capable of adjusting the clamping force may also be provided on the clamping structure to lock and release the connecting rod 4 by the clamping structure by adjusting the clamping force.
The liquid heating container provided by the application can be used for making tea, and can also be used for making coffee or other drinks.
In the above embodiment, preferably, the clamping member 5 includes a first clamping portion and a second clamping portion, and the clamping surfaces of the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are provided with anti-slip structures.
In these embodiments, through setting up anti-skidding structure, can increase the frictional force between holder 5 and the connecting rod to can prevent that the condition that holder 5 and connecting rod skidded each other from taking place, and then can increase the clamping-force of holder 5, wherein, specifically, can set up unevenness's pattern on the clamping face of first clamping part and second clamping part to strengthen the coefficient of friction of first clamping part and second clamping part, of course, also can set up some materials that coefficient of friction is big on the clamping face of first clamping part and second clamping part, in order to strengthen the coefficient of friction of first clamping part and second clamping part.
In the above embodiment, preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the clamping member 5 includes a first clamping portion and a second clamping portion, the first clamping portion is provided with a first through hole, the second clamping portion is provided with a second through hole, and the adjusting member 6 includes: the connecting piece is arranged in the first through hole and the second through hole, the first end of the connecting piece extends out of the first through hole, and the second end of the connecting piece extends out of the second through hole; the limiting piece is arranged at one end, extending out of the first through hole, of the connecting piece and can be in limiting fit with the first clamping part so as to fix one end, extending out of the first through hole, of the connecting piece on one side, far away from the second clamping part, of the first clamping part; the driving piece is arranged at one end, extending out of the second through hole, of the connecting piece, can move towards the direction close to the limiting piece on the connecting piece, and extrudes the second clamping portion towards the direction of the first clamping portion so as to increase the clamping force of the clamping piece 5 on the connecting rod 4.
In this embodiment, a through hole, i.e. a first through hole and a second through hole, may be respectively disposed on the two clamping portions of the clamping member 5, and then the two clamping portions are connected in series by a connecting member such as a bolt or a stud, and then a limiting member may be disposed on one end of the connecting member to achieve limiting installation of one end of the connecting member, and meanwhile, a nut or a structure similar to a nut may be disposed on the second end of the connecting member, so that the nut or the structure similar to a nut may be screwed on the connecting member, and then the two clamping portions may be press-installed between the limiting member and the driving member by rotation of the nut or the structure similar to a nut, so that clamping force between the two clamping portions may be increased to achieve fixation of the connecting rod 4 by the clamping member 5. When the connecting rod 4 needs to be moved to adjust the height position of the filter cartridge 3, the driving piece can be moved reversely to increase the distance between the limiting piece and the driving piece, so that the clamping piece 5 can be used for releasing the connecting rod 4, the connecting rod 4 can move up and down to drive the filter cartridge 3 to ascend and descend, and after the height position of the filter cartridge 3 is adjusted in place, the clamping force of the clamping piece 5 can be reduced through the driving piece, so that the clamping piece 5 can fixedly install the connecting rod 4.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the connecting member is a threaded connecting member 62, the end of the threaded connecting member 62 that is engaged with the driving member is provided with threads, and the driving member includes a first nut 64 capable of being threadedly engaged with the threaded connecting member 62.
In these embodiments, the two clamping portions may be preferably strung together by a threaded connector 62 such as a stud or a bolt, and when the connector is a bolt, the bolt may be fixed by a nut of the bolt, and when the connector is a stud, the stud may be fixed in a limited manner by an additional second nut. Meanwhile, a first nut 64 can be arranged on the other side of the clamping piece 5, so that the clamping piece 5 can be locked through the movement of the first nut 64 on the stud or bolt, specifically, the first nut 64 can be screwed after the connecting rod 4 is fixed to fix the connecting rod 4, and when the connecting rod 4 needs to be moved, the first nut 64 can be unscrewed to enable the clamping piece 5 to release the clamping on the connecting rod 4, so that the connecting rod 4 can drive the filter cartridge 3 up and down to move together.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first nut 64 is provided with a knob 642.
In these embodiments, by providing the knob 642 on the first nut 64, the first nut 64 can be rotated by rotating the knob 642, so that the first nut 64 can be locked by the knob 642 to increase the clamping force of the clamping member 5, and the first nut 64 can be loosened by the knob 642 to decrease the clamping force of the clamping member 5. With this arrangement, the rotation of the first nut 64 can be achieved by the knob 642, so that the rotation operation of the first nut 64 can be made easier and more convenient. Of course, the knob 642 may not be provided, and the first nut 64 may be directly screwed by a wrench or the like.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the clamp 5 includes: a first clamping plate 52, the first clamping plate 52 including a first clamping portion and a first mounting portion connected to the first clamping portion; a second clamping plate 54 disposed opposite to the first clamping plate 52, the second clamping plate 54 including a second clamping portion and a second mounting portion connected to the second clamping portion; wherein the first mounting portion is rotatably connected to the second mounting portion.
In these embodiments, the clamping and mounting of the connecting rod 4 can be realized by two oppositely arranged clamping plates, and in particular, the two clamping portions can be used for cooperating with the object to be clamped, i.e. the connecting rod 4, so as to realize the clamping. Meanwhile, the two mounting parts can be rotatably mounted together to realize the mounting between the two clamping plates.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, as shown in fig. 2, a first clamping groove adapted to the side wall surface of the connecting rod 4 is provided on one surface of the first clamping portion close to the second clamping portion, a second clamping groove adapted to the side wall surface of the connecting rod 4 is provided on one surface of the second clamping portion close to the first clamping portion, and the clamping member 5 can clamp and mount the connecting rod 4 between the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove.
In these embodiments, a clamping groove can be formed on the surface of each of the two clamping portions close to each other, so that the connecting rod 4 can be wrapped from the two sides of the connecting rod 4 through the two clamping grooves, and the connecting rod 4 can be prevented from moving left and right between the two clamping plates.
Wherein, preferably, can outwards bulge the part that first clamping part and connecting rod 4 cooperate and form an arc structure, first draw-in groove alright form through the arc structure like this, and in a similar way, can outwards bulge the part that second clamping part and connecting rod 4 cooperate and form another arc structure, and second draw-in groove alright form through another arc structure like this, this kind of setting is because first draw-in groove and second draw-in groove are formed through the outside bellied arc structure of first clamping part and second clamping part, therefore just need not additionally increase the thickness of every clamping part, and also can not reduce the intensity of every clamping part, thereby can guarantee the intensity of every clamping plate when the thickness of every clamping plate is all thinner.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, an anti-slip structure is disposed on a groove wall of the first card slot and/or a side wall of the second card slot.
In these embodiments, through setting up anti-skidding structure, can increase the frictional force between holder 5 and the connecting rod 4 to can prevent that the condition that holder 5 and connecting rod 4 skidded each other from taking place, and then can increase the clamping-force of holder 5, wherein, specifically, can set up unevenness's decorative pattern on the cell wall of first draw-in groove and/or second draw-in groove, in order to strengthen the coefficient of friction of first draw-in groove and/or second draw-in groove, also can set up the material that some coefficient of friction are big on the cell wall of a draw-in groove and/or second draw-in groove of course, in order to strengthen the coefficient of friction of first draw-in groove and/or second draw-in groove.
In any of the above embodiments, the container lid 2 is preferably provided with a handle 22, as shown in fig. 1.
In these embodiments, by providing the handle 22 on the container cover 2, the user can open and close the container cover 2 through the handle 22, and thus the operational convenience of the container cover 2 can be improved.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a handle 42 is provided on the end of the connection rod 4 protruding outside the container cover 2 through the mounting hole.
In these embodiments, the handle 42 can be used to operate the lifting of the connecting rod 4, so as to achieve the lifting operation of the filter cartridge 3, and the handle 42 is provided to facilitate the user to operate the connecting rod 4 and prevent the connecting rod 4 from slipping during lifting, and the handle 42 is provided to facilitate the user to hold the connecting rod 4 to lift the connecting rod 4 up and down.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, when the handle 22 is provided on the container cover 2, as shown in fig. 1, the mounting hole is provided corresponding to the handle 22 and penetrates through the handle 22.
In these embodiments, the mounting hole is correspondingly arranged at the handle 22 of the container cover 2, so that both the handle 22 and the mounting hole can be overlapped and arranged in the middle of the container cover 2, and the handle 22 and the mounting hole are overlapped and arranged, so that the structure of the container cover 2 is more reasonable and beautiful.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the filter cartridge 3 includes a cylinder 32 and a cap 34, one end of the cylinder 32 is open and the other end is closed, a plurality of filter holes are formed in the cylinder 32, and the cap 34 is openably or closably fitted over the open end of the cylinder 32.
In such embodiments, the filter cartridge 3 may be provided in a structure with a cover, in which case the filter cartridge 3 includes a cylinder 32 and a cylinder cover 34, wherein the cylinder 32 is used for containing tea leaves and the like, and the cylinder cover 34 is used for closing or opening the opening of the cylinder 32. Wherein, one end of the connecting rod 4 can be installed on the cylinder 32 or the cylinder cover 34, specifically, can be installed according to actual needs. But preferably one end of the connecting rod 4 is mounted on the cylinder cover 34. And the filter holes are formed in the cylinder body 32, so that water outside the filter cartridge 3 can enter the filter cartridge 3 in the container body 1, so that the water inside and outside the filter cartridge 3 can be exchanged, and the operations of making tea and the like can be realized.
Of course, in other embodiments, the filter cartridge 3 may be provided in a non-lidded configuration, in which case the filter cartridge 3 includes only a single bowl 32 and no lid 34.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the barrel 32 and the cap 34 are threadably mounted together, or the barrel 32 and the cap 34 are removably snap-fitted together.
In these embodiments, the cylinder 32 and the cylinder cover 34 can be preferably mounted together by means of screws, snaps, etc. since the screws and the snaps are common and secure mounting means, the structure is simple, the process is easy, and the mounting reliability can be ensured.
In any of the above embodiments, the cylinder 32 and the cylinder cover 34 are preferably detachably mounted together, but of course, the cylinder cover 34 may be rotatably mounted on the cylinder 32.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the connecting rod 4 is provided on the cover 34 near one end of the filter cartridge 3.
In these embodiments, the connecting rod 4 can be directly disposed on the cover 34, and then the cover 34 is mounted on the barrel 32, so that the filter cartridge 3 can be lifted and lowered by the cooperation of the connecting rod 4 and the barrel 32. Of course, in another embodiment, the connecting rod 4 may also be provided directly on the cylinder 32.
Further, it is preferable that the connecting rod 4 and the cylinder cover 34 are of an integral structure or a split structure.
In these embodiments, the connecting rod 4 and the cylinder cover 34 can be provided as an integral structure, which can enhance the connecting strength between the connecting rod 4 and the cylinder cover 34, and of course, the connecting rod 4 and the cylinder cover 34 can be detachably connected.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the container body 1 is a transparent container, and/or the container lid 2 is a transparent lid, and/or the filter cartridge 3 is a transparent cylinder.
In these embodiments, the container body 1 is set to be a transparent container, the container cover 2 is set to be a transparent cover, or the filter cartridge 3 is a transparent cylinder, so that the tea conditions in the container body 1 or the filter cartridge 3 can be observed through the container body 1, the container cover 2 or the transparent cylinder, and a specific tea making process can also be observed when making tea, so that a user can master the tea making conditions at any time.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the liquid heating vessel further comprises a heating device disposed inside the vessel body 1 or outside the vessel body 1.
In these embodiments, heating means are provided to heat the water in the container body 1. Preferably, the heating device and the power supply device are directly arranged on the container body 1, so that the liquid heating container can be arranged into a liquid heating cup or a structure similar to the liquid heating cup. In this case, the heating device may be installed inside the container body 1 or may be installed outside the container body 1.
In the above-mentioned another embodiment, preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the liquid heating vessel further comprises a base 7, the vessel body 1 can be mounted on the base 7, and the heating means is provided on the vessel body 1 or in the base 7.
In these embodiments, a base 7 may be further disposed at the bottom of the container body 1, and the base 7 can provide a platform for placing the container body 1, and on the other hand, the base 7 can provide power for the heating device, or the base 7 can control the specific operation of the container body 1, such as controlling the heating power, the heating time, and the like. And the heating device is used for heating the container body 1, wherein, in particular, the heating device can be installed in the base 7 or on the container body 1, and the position of the heating device can be set according to the actual situation. In this configuration, the liquid heating vessel includes the vessel body 1, the vessel lid 2 and the base 7, so that the liquid heating vessel can be provided as a teapot or teapot-like structure.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the container body 1 is further provided with a cover body, and the cover body can open or close the water outlet structure 12.
In these embodiments, a cover may be disposed at the water outlet structure 12 of the container body 1, so that the water outlet structure 12 can be opened and closed through the cover, and thus the water outlet structure 12 can be prevented from being opened for a long time, so that the water outlet structure 12 can be closed when tea making is performed, and the like, so as to lock heat and tea aroma in the container body 1, so as to prevent the heat from leaking, improve the heating efficiency of the product, and ensure the tea making effect.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the liquid heating vessel further comprises a sealing ring, and the sealing ring is disposed at the mounting hole of the vessel cover 2 and is used for sealing the mounting hole.
In the embodiments, a sealing ring can be arranged at the mounting hole of the container cover 2, so that the mounting hole can be sealed through the sealing ring, thereby preventing hot air, tea aroma and the like in the container body 1 from leaking from the mounting hole, and locking the tea aroma and the hot air so as to improve the tea making effect of the product.
In any of the above embodiments, the container body 1 is preferably provided with a handle. Wherein, can make the more convenient removal of going on of vessel 1 through setting up the handle to more do benefit to operation such as pouring tea, washing.
Wherein, specifically, the base 7 is provided with an operation panel, a control panel, a housing, a power supply and other structures.
Wherein the liquid heating vessel is preferably a heating cup, a teapot or a coffee pot, although the liquid heating vessel may also be other products than a heating cup, a teapot and a coffee pot.
In the description of the present specification, the terms "connect", "mount", "fix", and the like are to be understood in a broad sense, for example, "connect" may be a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integral connection; may be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.

1. A liquid heating vessel, comprising:
the container comprises a container body, wherein a container inlet is formed in the container body, and a water outlet structure is formed in the side wall of the container body;
the container cover is arranged at the container inlet of the container body and used for opening or closing the container inlet, and a mounting hole is formed in the container cover;
a filter cartridge mountable within the vessel body from the vessel inlet;
one end of the connecting rod is installed in the container body and connected with the filter cartridge, and the other end of the connecting rod extends out of the container cover through the installation hole and can move along the axial direction of the installation hole;
the clamping piece can be clamped and installed at any position of one end of the connecting rod extending out of the container cover;
the clamping piece comprises a first clamping part and a second clamping part, a first through hole is formed in the first clamping part, and a second through hole is formed in the second clamping part;
the adjusting piece is arranged on the clamping piece, can adjust the clamping force of the clamping piece, and enables the clamping piece to clamp the connecting rod or loosen the connecting rod;
when the clamping piece clamps the connecting rod, the connecting rod can be fixedly installed on the container cover, and when the clamping piece releases the connecting rod, the connecting rod can move relative to the clamping piece along the axial direction of the installation hole so as to drive the filter cylinder to lift;
the holder includes:
the first clamping plate comprises a first clamping part and a first mounting part connected with the first clamping part;
the second clamping plate is arranged opposite to the first clamping plate and comprises a second clamping part and a second mounting part connected with the second clamping part;
wherein the first mounting portion is rotatably connected to the second mounting portion;
the adjusting member includes:
a connector mounted in the first and second through-holes, a first end of the connector extending from the first through-hole and a second end of the connector extending from the second through-hole;
the limiting part is arranged at one end, extending out of the first through hole, of the connecting piece and can be in limiting fit with the first clamping part so as to fix one end, extending out of the first through hole, of the connecting piece on one side, far away from the second clamping part, of the first clamping part;
the driving piece is arranged at one end, extending out of the second through hole, of the connecting piece, and can move in the direction close to the limiting piece on the connecting piece and extrude the second clamping part in the direction of the first clamping part so as to increase the clamping force of the connecting rod on the clamping piece.

6. A liquid heating vessel according to any of claims 1 to 5,
a handle is arranged on the container cover; and/or
