and creating an original template frame corresponding to each credit item type based on each credit item type.
Specifically, the creating of the original template frame corresponding to each credit item type based on each credit item type includes:
determining an element corresponding to each credit item type based on each credit item type;
creating the original template frame based on the element corresponding to each credit item type.
Wherein the element corresponding to each credit item type is determined by the item type of each credit item.
If the credit item is a library book borrowing item, the item type is a book borrowing type, the element corresponding to the credit item type may include lender information, borrower information, and book borrowing items, the lender information may include, but is not limited to, a name, an address, a contact phone, and the like of the lender, the borrower information may include, but is not limited to, a name, an address, a contact phone, an identification number, an organization code, and the like of the borrower, and the book borrowing items may describe the borrowing time, the borrowing amount, the return period of the borrower, and the like.
If the credit item is a public welfare activity item, the item type is a public welfare type, the element corresponding to the credit item type may include public welfare item initiator information, a public welfare item participation address, public welfare item participant information, and public welfare item participation items, the public welfare item initiator information may include, but is not limited to, a name or an organization code, an address, a contact phone, and the like of the public welfare item initiator, the public welfare item participant information may include, but is not limited to, a name, an address, a contact phone, an identity card number, and the like of the public welfare item participant, and the public welfare item participation items may record participation time, participation content, end time, and the like of the clear public welfare activity item.
If the credit item is a user loan item, the item type is a loan type, the element corresponding to the credit item type may include lender information, borrower information, and a loan item, the lender information may include, but is not limited to, a name, an address, a contact phone, and the like of the lender, the borrower information may include, but is not limited to, a name, an address, a contact phone, an identification number, and the like of the borrower, and the loan item may record a time for clearly lending a lender loan, a usage right of the borrower, a return time of the borrower, and the like.
After determining the element corresponding to each credit item type based on each credit item type, creating the original template frame based on the element corresponding to each credit item type, wherein the content of the original template frame is different based on the difference of the elements.
When the credit item is a library book borrowing item, the credit item type is a book borrowing type, and the corresponding elements are lender information, borrower information and book borrowing items, the corresponding content in the original template frame comprises a library name, an address, a contact telephone, a name, an address, an identification number and a contact telephone of a book borrowing user, library book borrowing time, book borrowing quantity, returning time of the book borrowing user and the like.
When the credit item is a public service activity item, the item type is a public service type, and the element corresponding to the credit item type is public service item initiator information, a public service item participation address, public service item participant information and public service item participation, the corresponding original template frame comprises an organization code, an address and a contact telephone of the public service item initiator to be filled, a name, an address, an identity card number and a contact telephone of the public service item participant, participation time, participation place, participation content, ending time and the like in the public service item participation.

Step 106: and establishing an association relation between the event execution condition of the credit project for the project event and the credit of the participant.
Wherein the parties to the communication project include the offeror and the offeror.
In one or more embodiments of the present specification, if the participant of the credit item is an offeror, the establishing an association relationship between the event execution condition of the participant of the credit item for the item event and the participant credit includes:
and establishing an association relation between the event execution condition of the credit item for the item event and the credit of the offeror.
Specifically, when the credit item is a library book borrowing item, the corresponding credit item event is a book borrowing event, and the event execution condition may include, but is not limited to, that the credit value of the offeror is greater than or equal to six percent, the offeror of the credit item executes the item event, that is, the association relationship between the event execution condition of the offeror of the credit item on the item event and the credit of the offeror is established.
In practical application, when a sending party of each credit item executes aiming at a project event, the executing condition of the credit project event establishes an association relation with the credit of the sending party; taking the above as an example, the event execution of the credit item event includes that the offeror realizes an offer to the offeror in the library book borrowing item based on the library book borrowing item.
In another embodiment of the present specification, if the participant of the credit item is an offeree, the establishing the association relationship between the event execution condition of the participant of the credit item for the item event and the participant credit includes:
and establishing an incidence relation between the event execution condition of the credit item aiming at the item event and the credit of the offeree.
Specifically, when the credit item is a public interest activity item, the corresponding credit item event is a public interest event, and the event execution condition may include, but is not limited to, that the credit value of the offeree is greater than or equal to seven percent, the offeree of the credit item executes the item event, that is, an association relationship between the event execution condition of the offeree of the credit item for the item event and the credit of the offeree is established.
In practical application, when an offer party of each credit project executes aiming at a project event, the execution condition of the credit project event establishes an association relation with the credit of the offer party; taking the above as an example, the event execution of the credit event includes that the offeree successfully receives the offer of the offeror of the public interest activity item based on the public interest activity item, and participates in the public interest activity item.
In one or more embodiments of the present specification, the establishing an association relationship between an event execution condition of a participant of the credit project for a project event and the credit of the participant further includes:
and establishing an incidence relation between event execution conditions of the sponsor and the contractor of the credit project aiming at project events and the credit of the sponsor and the contractor.
Specifically, when the credit item is a user loan item, the corresponding credit item event is a loan event, and the event execution condition may include, but is not limited to, that the credit value of the offeror is greater than or equal to six percent and the credit value of the offeror is greater than or equal to seven percent, the offeror and the offeror of the credit item are implemented to execute the item event, that is, the association relationship between the event execution conditions of the offeror and the offeror of the credit item event and the credits of the offeror and the offeror is established.
Optionally, before establishing the association relationship between the event execution condition of the participant of the credit project for the project event and the credit of the participant, the method further includes:
determining a credit level of the participant based on an event execution condition of the project event.
Correspondingly, the association relationship between the event execution condition of the participant of the credit project for the project event and the credit of the participant is established, that is, the association relationship between the event execution condition of the participant of the credit project for the project event and the credit level of the participant is established.
For example, the credit rating of the participants is divided into first, second and third levels from low to high. If the event execution condition of the project event is the condition of participating in the project event, the credit level of the participant is one level; if the event execution condition of the project event is a condition for successfully completing the project event, the credit rating of the participant may need to be secondary; if the event execution condition of the project event is a condition for completing the project event in advance, the credit rating of the participant may need three levels.
In practical applications, the higher the event execution condition requirement of the project event is, the higher the credit rating of the participant is required, the credit rating of the participant is set based on a credit platform, the credit platform divides the credit rating of the participant based on historical performance information of the participant, and the like, the higher the performance rate is, the lower the default rate is, the higher the credit rating of the participant is, and the higher the completion degree of the event execution of the participant with the higher credit rating is when the actual project event is executed.
In another embodiment of this specification, after establishing the association relationship between the event execution condition of the participant of the credit project for the project event and the participant credit, the method further includes:
determining attributes of participants of the credit item;
correspondingly, configuring the credit contract terms created based on the association relationship into the original template frame, and generating the credit contract template comprises:
configuring the credit contract terms created based on the incidence relation into the original template frame, and generating the credit contract template based on the attributes of the participants of the credit item.
The method comprises the steps of configuring the credit contract terms created based on the incidence relation to the original template frame, and adjusting the configuration of the credit contract terms created based on the incidence relation to the original template frame based on the attribute of the participant of the credit item to generate the credit contract template.
Wherein the attributes of the participant include, but are not limited to, occupation, age, and territory of the participant, and the like. The determination can be made according to practical application, and the application is not limited to this.
In generating the credit contract template, the attribute of the participant is also considered, and the original template frame configured with the credit contract terms is adjusted based on the attribute of the participant to generate the credit contract template.
For example, if the credit item is a credit borrowing item and the occupation of the participant is a teacher, the original template frame configured with the terms of the credit contract may be added with the determination conditions: if the book borrowing user is a teacher, book borrowing can be achieved when the credit value of the credit platform is lower than the credit value requirement of the book borrowing user in the credit contract terms.
If the participant is 80 years old when the credit item is a running item of credit public welfare, the original template frame configured with the terms of the credit contract may be added with a determination condition: if the participant is an old person aged 80 years or older, the participant may be allowed to participate in the credit public service running project when the historical default rate is lower than the default rate requirement for the participant agreed in the credit contract terms.
Step 108: and configuring the credit contract terms created based on the incidence relation into the original template frame to generate the credit contract template.
In one or more embodiments of the present specification, after the association relationship between the event execution condition for the offeror of the credit item and the offeror credit is established, the credit contract terms created based on the association relationship include an agreement on the offeror credit value. For example, the terms of the credit contract include an offer condition for the offeror that the offeror credit value is greater than or equal to six percent.
Optionally, the credit contract terms created based on the incidence relation further include an agreement on the contracting party performance rate and/or negative manifest record. For example, the terms of the credit contract include that the offer condition of the offeror is that the offeror has a performance rate of 30% or less and/or that the offeror has fewer than two negative inventory records; wherein the contracting party's performance rate and the contracting party's negative list may be determined according to the contracting party's historical contract behavior based on credit terms.
In one or more embodiments of the present specification, after the association relationship between the event execution condition of the offeror for the credit project event and the offeror credit is established, the credit contract terms created based on the association relationship include an agreement on the offeror credit value. For example, the terms of the credit contract may include that the offer condition of the offer party is satisfied if the offer party credit value is equal to or greater than seven percent or the offer party credit rating is two-level.
The credit contract terms created based on the associative relationship also include an agreement on the counterparty performance rate and/or negative manifest record. For example, the terms of the credit contract include that the contracting party has contracting conditions that the contracting party performs at a rate of 10% or less and/or that the contracting party has less than one negative listing record; wherein the performance rate of the offeror and the negative list of the offeror may be determined according to historical contract behavior of the offeror based on credit terms.
