The contract establishing method provided by the embodiment of the specification generates the contracting order after receiving the contract establishing instruction of the contracting party, then sends the contracting order to the contracting party which is contracted by the contracting party and is closely associated with the type of the contracting party and has no benefit conflict, and after receiving the contracting instruction of the contracting party with the specified type, the contract establishment of the contracting party and the contracting party is realized, at the moment, the participating party of the contract, namely the contracting party and the contracting party, has no benefit conflict, only has complementary advantages, and greatly increases the market development capability and the market competition capability of the contracting party and the contracting party adopting the contract.

In one or more embodiments of the present specification, after receiving the offer instruction of the offer party with the matching type and determining the number of the offer parties sending the offer instruction, the method further includes:
determining the type of the offeror who sends the offeree orders in the case that the number of offerors is inconsistent with the number of offerors corresponding to the offeror type selected by the offeror based on the initial contract interface.

For example, if the contracting party chooses that two contracting parties are required to participate in the contract, and only one contracting party has made a contract for the contract, the number of contracting parties is not consistent with the number required by the contracting party, the contract is incomplete, and thus the establishment of the contract cannot be realized.
In one or more embodiments of the present specification, in a case where the number of offerors is consistent with the number of offerors corresponding to the offeror type selected by the offeror based on the initial contract interface, adding an offerings item carried in the offerings instruction to the offer list to establish the contract, the method further includes:
receiving a completion result of the user completing a demand at the offeror and the offeror based on the contract.
Wherein, the completion result may be understood as a result that the user completes a certain service at the contracting party and the contracting party based on the contract, for example, the contracting party of the contract is a contract which integrates eating, traveling and entertainment and is established by the merchant 1 in the catering industry, the merchant 2 in the traveling industry and the merchant 3 in the entertainment industry, then the requirement that the user completes based on the contract may be understood as a total consumption amount that the user eats at the merchant 1, travels through the merchant 2 and sings to the merchant 3 based on the contract, and the completion result that the user completes the requirement at the contracting party and the contracting party based on the contract may be understood as a total consumption amount that the user eats at the merchant 1, travels through the merchant 2 and sings to the merchant 3 based on the contract.
In specific implementation, after the receiving of the completion result of the user based on the contract that the contracting party and the contracting party complete the demand, the method further includes:
assigning the completion result to the offeror and the offeror based on the offeror contract rules and the offeror contract rules in the contract.
Still taking the above-described completion result as the total consumption amount as an example, the completion result is distributed to the contracting party and the contracting party based on the contracting party contract rule and the contracting party contract rule in the contract, and it can be understood that the total consumption amount of eating at the merchant 1, traveling through the merchant 2, singing to the merchant 3 is distributed to the contracting party and the contracting party based on the contracting party contract rule and the contracting party contract rule in the contract.

Corresponding to the above method embodiment, this specification further provides a contract establishing apparatus embodiment, and fig. 4 shows a schematic structural diagram of a contract establishing apparatus provided in an embodiment of this specification. As shown in fig. 4, the apparatus includes:
a contract establishment instruction receiving module 402 configured to receive a contract establishment instruction of a contractor and determine an initial contract interface based on the contract establishment instruction;

The contract establishing device provided by the embodiment of the specification generates the contracting order after receiving the contract establishing instruction of the contracting party, then sends the contracting order to the contracting party which is contracted by the contracting party and is closely associated with the type of the contracting party and has no benefit conflict, and after receiving the contracting instruction of the contracting party with the specified type, the contract establishing of the contracting party and the contracting party is realized.

FIG. 5 illustrates a block diagram of a computing device 500 provided in accordance with one embodiment of the present description. The components of the computing device 500 include, but are not limited to, a memory 510 and a processor 520. Claims (15)

1. A contract establishment method comprising:
receiving a contract establishing instruction of a contracting party, and determining an initial contract interface based on the contract establishing instruction;
receiving at least one contracting party type selected by the contracting party based on the initial contract interface, and generating an initial contract template based on the at least one contracting party type selected by the contracting party after receiving a determination instruction of the contracting party, wherein each contracting party type corresponds to one contracting party;
receiving a contracting party contract rule, a contracting party contract rule and a user contract rule which are edited by the contracting party based on the initial contract template so as to generate a contracting order;
receiving offer orders of the offer parties with matched types, and determining the number of the offer parties sending the offer orders;
and adding the offer matters carried in the offer instructions to the issue list to establish the contract if the number of the offer parties is consistent with the number of the offer parties corresponding to the offer party type selected by the issuing party based on the initial contract interface.
2. The contract establishing method according to claim 1, after receiving the offer orders of the offeror with the matching types and determining the number of offerors who send the offer orders, further comprising:
determining the type of the offeror who sends the offeree orders in the case that the number of offerors is inconsistent with the number of offerors corresponding to the offeror type selected by the offeror based on the initial contract interface.
3. The contract establishment method of claim 2, further comprising, after determining the type of the offeror that sent the offeree offer instructions in the event that the number of offerors is inconsistent with the number of offerors corresponding to the offeror type selected by the offeror based on the initial contract interface:
comparing the type of the offeror who sent the offeror instructions with the offeror type selected by the offeror based on the initial contract interface to determine a missing offeror type.
4. The contract establishment method of claim 3, further comprising, after comparing the type of the offeror that sent the offeror instructions with the offeror type selected by the offeror based on the initial contract interface to determine a missing offeror type:
and sending the issue list to the offeror corresponding to the missing offeror type, and receiving the offeror response instruction of the offeror corresponding to the missing offeror type.
5. The contract establishment method of claim 1, the receiving a contracting party contract rule, an contracting party contract rule, and a user contract rule edited by the contracting party based on the initial contract template to generate a contracting order, further comprising:
and sending the issue list to at least one counterparty corresponding to the counterparty type selected by the counterparty based on the initial contract interface.
6. A contract establishing method according to claim 1, said adding an appointment matter carried in the appointment order to the issue sheet in the case that the number of offerors is consistent with the number of offerors corresponding to the offeror type selected by the offeror based on the initial contract interface to establish the contract comprising:
adding an offer item carried in the offer instruction to the issue sheet to generate an initial contract if the number of the offer parties is consistent with the number of the offer parties corresponding to the offer party type selected by the issuing party based on the initial contract interface;
and sending the initial contract to the contracting party, and establishing the contract after receiving a confirmation instruction of the contracting party for the initial contract.
7. A contract establishing method according to claim 1, said adding the treaty matters carried in the treaty instruction to the issue sheet to establish the contract, in case that the number of treaty parties is consistent with the number of treaty parties corresponding to the type of treaty party selected by the treaty party based on the initial contract interface, further comprising:
receiving a completion result of the user completing a demand at the offeror and the offeror based on the contract.
8. The contract establishing method of claim 7, the receiving the completion result of the user completing the demand based on the contract at the contracting party and the contracting party, further comprising:
assigning the completion result to the offeror and the offeror based on the offeror contract rules and the offeror contract rules in the contract.
9. The contract establishing method of claim 7, the receiving the completion result of the user completing the demand based on the contract at the contracting party and the contracting party, further comprising:
and determining the degree of association between the contracting party and the contracting party based on the completion result, and sending the degree of association to the contracting party and the contracting party.
10. A contract creation apparatus comprising:
the contract establishing instruction receiving module is configured to receive a contract establishing instruction of a contractor and determine an initial contract interface based on the contract establishing instruction;
the type receiving module is configured to receive at least one contracting party type selected by the contracting party based on the initial contract interface, and generate an initial contract template based on the at least one contracting party type selected by the contracting party after receiving a determination instruction of the contracting party, wherein each contracting party type corresponds to one contracting party;
a contract sheet generation module configured to receive contract rules of a contracting party edited by the contracting party based on the initial contract template, contract rules of an offer party and contract rules of a user to generate a contract sheet;
the offer instruction receiving module is configured to receive offer instructions of the offer parties with matched types and determine the number of the offer parties sending the offer instructions;
and the contract establishing module is configured to add the treaty matters carried in the treaty instruction to the issue list to establish the contract when the number of the treaty parties is consistent with the number of the treaty parties corresponding to the type of the treaty parties selected by the issuing party based on the initial contract interface.
11. The contract establishment apparatus of claim 10, the apparatus further comprising:
a type determination module configured to determine a type of the offeror that sent the offeree instructions if the number of offerors is inconsistent with the number of offerors corresponding to the offeror type selected by the offeror based on the initial contract interface.
12. The contract establishment apparatus of claim 11, the apparatus further comprising:
a comparison module configured to compare the type of the offeror that sent the offeror instructions with the offeror type selected by the offeror based on the initial contract interface to determine a missing offeror type.
13. The contract establishment apparatus of claim 12, the apparatus further comprising:
the sending module is configured to send the issue list to the offeror corresponding to the missing offeror type and receive the offeror response instruction of the offeror corresponding to the missing offeror type.
14. A computing device, comprising:
a memory and a processor;
the memory is to store computer-executable instructions, and the processor is to execute the computer-executable instructions to:
receiving a contract establishing instruction of a contracting party, and determining an initial contract interface based on the contract establishing instruction;
receiving at least one contracting party type selected by the contracting party based on the initial contract interface, and generating an initial contract template based on the at least one contracting party type selected by the contracting party after receiving a determination instruction of the contracting party, wherein each contracting party type corresponds to one contracting party;
receiving a contracting party contract rule, a contracting party contract rule and a user contract rule which are edited by the contracting party based on the initial contract template so as to generate a contracting order;
receiving offer orders of the offer parties with matched types, and determining the number of the offer parties sending the offer orders;
and adding the offer matters carried in the offer instructions to the issue list to establish the contract if the number of the offer parties is consistent with the number of the offer parties corresponding to the offer party type selected by the issuing party based on the initial contract interface.
15. A computer readable storage medium storing computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, carry out the steps of the contract establishment method of any one of claims 1 to 9.
