Searching a business activity template corresponding to the target business activity based on the activity type of the target business activity;
extracting activity event execution information in the activity resource, configuring the activity event execution information as component information to be configured to the business activity template, generating activity details corresponding to the target activity, and publishing the activity details;
the activity details comprise an activity event execution sequence of the target activity and an execution mode of the activity event.
Specifically, the business to be checked includes, but is not limited to, a store compliance inspection business, a user borrowing business, an insurance business or public service business, etc.; the business activity is an activity for checking whether the business to be checked is compliant, and the checking modes (business activities) of different business to be checked may be different.
Taking a business to be checked as a store compliance inspection business as an example, the auditing content of the store compliance inspection business comprises, but is not limited to, a store geographical position audit, a store operating range audit and the like, so that the business activities of the store compliance inspection business can comprise a shooting and punching inspection activity, a questionnaire investigation inspection activity and the like, wherein the activity type of the shooting and punching inspection activity is a shooting type, and the activity type of the questionnaire investigation inspection activity is a questionnaire type.
Before creating a target business activity of a business to be checked, a business activity template is determined, the target business activity is created based on the business activity template and activity resources (activity content related to the target business activity) of the target business activity, and activity content corresponding to different business activities, namely activity resources, are different, but the business activity templates used for creating different business activities can be the same, so that before creating the business activity, a general business activity template can be preconfigured, the process of creating the business activity template before each time of creating the business activity is reduced, and the creation efficiency of the business activity is improved.
After searching a business activity template corresponding to the target business activity based on the activity type of the target business activity, extracting an activity event execution sequence (sequence of steps related to the activity) and an activity event execution mode (execution mode of each step) in the activity resource, and configuring the activity event execution sequence and the activity event execution mode as component information to be configured to the business activity template, generating activity details corresponding to the target activity and publishing the activity details.
In addition, when the target business activity is created based on the business activity template, as the information items contained in the business activity template are selectable items, the user can select part of the information items according to actual requirements to generate activity details corresponding to the target business activity.
According to the embodiment of the specification, a service activity template configuration instruction for a service to be audited is received, wherein the service activity template configuration instruction comprises an activity type of a service activity, an original template frame corresponding to the service activity is searched based on the activity type, activity details of at least one historical service activity associated with the activity type are obtained, activity event execution information in the activity details is extracted, the activity event execution information in an extraction result is integrated, and general event execution information obtained through integration is used as template component information to be configured to the original template frame, so that a service activity template is generated;
by constructing the more general business activity template in the mode, when a user has new business activity creation requirements, new activity details can be generated directly based on the business activity template and the activity resources of the business activity to be created, the business activity template is not required to be re-established, the workload of the user is reduced, the working efficiency is improved, and the development cost of the system and the error probability in the business activity creation process are reduced.
The template configuration method provided in the present specification is further described below by taking an application of the template configuration method in a compliance operation scenario as an example with reference to fig. 3. Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a process of a template configuration method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where specific steps include steps 302 to 316.
Step 302, receiving a business activity template configuration instruction aiming at a store compliance inspection business, wherein the business activity template configuration instruction comprises an activity type of a business activity;
and step 304, searching an original template frame corresponding to the business activity based on the activity type.
Step 306, activity details of at least one historical business activity associated with the activity type are obtained.
Step 308, performing format conversion on the activity details to obtain standard target text;
and step 310, splitting the standard target text according to a preset splitting rule to obtain at least one characteristic information text containing the standard target text content.
And step 312, inputting the at least one characteristic information text into an extraction model for information extraction, and obtaining the execution sequence of the activity events and the execution mode of the activity events in the activity details.
And step 314, integrating the execution sequence of the activity event in the execution information of the activity event and the execution mode of the activity event to obtain the execution sequence of the general event and the execution mode of the general event corresponding to the activity type.
And step 316, the general event execution sequence and the general event execution mode are configured to the original template frame as template component information to generate a business activity template.
The business activity template generated by the embodiment of the specification can be adapted to most of compliance operation activity scenes, effectively multiplexing a background configuration system and reducing the overall development cost after new activities are online.
By constructing the more general business activity template in the mode, when a user has new business activity creation requirements, new activity details can be generated directly based on the business activity template and the activity resources of the business activity to be created, the business activity template is not required to be re-established, the workload of the user is reduced, the working efficiency is improved, and the development cost of the system and the error probability in the business activity creation process are reduced.
Corresponding to the method embodiment, the present disclosure further provides an embodiment of a template configuration device, and fig. 4 shows a schematic diagram of a template configuration device provided in one embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4, the apparatus includes:
An instruction receiving module 402, configured to receive a service activity template configuration instruction for a service to be checked, where the service activity template configuration instruction includes an activity type of a service activity;
a lookup module 404 configured to lookup an original template frame corresponding to the business activity based on the activity type;
an extraction module 406 configured to obtain activity details of at least one historical business activity associated with the activity type and extract activity event execution information in the activity details;
the template generating module 408 is configured to integrate the activity event execution information in the extraction result, and configure the integrated general event execution information as template component information to the original template frame to generate a business activity template.
Optionally, the extracting module 406 includes:
the processing sub-module is configured to preprocess the activity details to obtain at least one characteristic information text;
and the extraction sub-module is configured to input the at least one characteristic information text into an extraction model to extract information and obtain activity event execution information in the activity details.
Optionally, the processing sub-module includes:
a conversion subunit configured to perform format conversion on the activity details to obtain a standard target text;
and the splitting module is configured to split the standard target text according to a preset splitting rule to obtain at least one characteristic information text containing the standard target text content.
Optionally, the extracting module 406 includes:
an extraction sub-module configured to extract a set of activity event keywords from activity details of the at least one historical business activity;
and the information extraction sub-module is configured to extract activity event execution information from the activity details by utilizing the activity event keyword set.
Optionally, the activity event execution information includes: an activity event execution sequence and an activity event execution mode;

the release module is configured to extract activity event execution information in the activity resource, configure the activity event execution information to the business activity template as component information to be configured, generate activity details corresponding to the target activity and release the activity details;
the activity details comprise an activity event execution sequence of the target activity and an execution mode of the activity event.

a determining sub-module configured to determine an element corresponding to each of the activity types based on each of the activity types;

The above is a schematic scheme of a template configuration apparatus of the present embodiment. It should be noted that, the technical solution of the template configuration device and the technical solution of the template configuration method belong to the same concept, and details of the technical solution of the template configuration device, which are not described in detail, can be referred to the description of the technical solution of the template configuration method.
Fig. 5 illustrates a block diagram of a computing device 500 provided in accordance with one embodiment of the present description. The components of the computing device 500 include, but are not limited to, a memory 510 and a processor 520. Processor 520 is coupled to memory 510 via bus 530 and database 550 is used to hold data.
Computing device 500 also includes access device 540, access device 540 enabling computing device 500 to communicate via one or more networks 560. Examples of such networks include the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), a Personal Area Network (PAN), or a combination of communication networks such as the internet. The access device 540 may include one or more of any type of network interface, wired or wireless (e.g., a Network Interface Card (NIC)), such as an IEEE802.11 Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) wireless interface, a worldwide interoperability for microwave access (Wi-MAX) interface, an ethernet interface, a Universal Serial Bus (USB) interface, a cellular network interface, a bluetooth interface, a Near Field Communication (NFC) interface, and so forth.
In one embodiment of the present description, the above-described components of computing device 500, as well as other components not shown in FIG. 5, may also be connected to each other, such as by a bus. It should be understood that the block diagram of the computing device shown in FIG. 5 is for exemplary purposes only and is not intended to limit the scope of the present description. Those skilled in the art may add or replace other components as desired.
Computing device 500 may be any type of stationary or mobile computing device, including a mobile computer or mobile computing device (e.g., tablet, personal digital assistant, laptop, notebook, netbook, etc.), mobile phone (e.g., smart phone), wearable computing device (e.g., smart watch, smart glasses, etc.), or other type of mobile device, or a stationary computing device such as a desktop computer or PC. Computing device 500 may also be a mobile or stationary server.
Wherein the memory 510 is configured to store computer executable instructions and the processor 520 is configured to execute the following computer executable instructions:
receiving a service activity template configuration instruction aiming at a service to be audited, wherein the service activity template configuration instruction comprises an activity type of a service activity;
Searching an original template frame corresponding to the business activity based on the activity type;
acquiring activity details of at least one historical business activity associated with the activity type, and extracting activity event execution information in the activity details;
integrating the activity event execution information in the extraction result, and configuring the integrated general event execution information as template component information to the original template frame to generate a business activity template.
The foregoing is a schematic illustration of a computing device of this embodiment. It should be noted that, the technical solution of the computing device and the technical solution of the template configuration method belong to the same concept, and details of the technical solution of the computing device, which are not described in detail, can be referred to the description of the technical solution of the template configuration method.
An embodiment of the present specification also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions that, when executed by a processor, perform the steps of the template configuration method.

It should be noted that, the technical solution of the storage medium and the technical solution of the template configuration method belong to the same concept, and details of the technical solution of the storage medium which are not described in detail can be referred to the description of the technical solution of the template configuration method.

Claims (12)

1. A template configuration method, comprising:
receiving a service activity template configuration instruction aiming at a service to be audited, wherein the service activity template configuration instruction comprises an activity type of a service activity;
searching an original template frame corresponding to the business activity based on the activity type;
acquiring activity details of at least one historical business activity associated with the activity type, and extracting activity event execution information in the activity details;
integrating the activity event execution information in the extraction result, and configuring the integrated general event execution information as template component information to the original template frame to generate a business activity template.
2. The template configuration method according to claim 1, wherein the extracting activity event execution information in the activity details includes:
preprocessing the activity details to obtain at least one characteristic information text;
and inputting the at least one characteristic information text into an extraction model to extract information, and obtaining the activity event execution information in the activity details.
3. The template configuration method according to claim 2, wherein the preprocessing the activity details to obtain at least one feature information text includes:
Performing format conversion on the activity details to obtain a standard target text;
splitting the standard target text according to a preset splitting rule to obtain at least one characteristic information text containing the standard target text content.
4. The template configuration method according to claim 1, wherein the extracting activity event execution information in the activity details includes:
extracting an activity event keyword set according to the activity details of the at least one historical business activity;
and extracting activity event execution information from the activity details by using the activity event keyword set.
5. The template configuration method of claim 1, the activity event execution information comprising: an activity event execution sequence and an activity event execution mode;
correspondingly, the integrating the activity event execution information in the extraction result includes:
and integrating the execution sequence of the activity event in the activity event execution information and the execution mode of the activity event to obtain the general event execution sequence and the general event execution mode corresponding to the activity type.
6. The template configuration method according to claim 5, wherein the configuring the integrated general event execution information as template component information to the original template frame, and generating a business activity template, comprises:

7. The template configuration method according to claim 1, further comprising:
receiving an activity detail generation instruction submitted by a target business activity aiming at a business to be checked, wherein the activity detail generation instruction comprises an activity type and an activity resource of the target business activity;
searching a business activity template corresponding to the target business activity based on the activity type of the target business activity;
extracting activity event execution information in the activity resource, configuring the activity event execution information as component information to be configured to the business activity template, generating activity details corresponding to the target activity, and publishing the activity details;
the activity details comprise an activity event execution sequence of the target activity and an execution mode of the activity event.
8. The template configuration method according to claim 1, further comprising, before the searching for the original template frame corresponding to the business activity based on the activity type:
and creating an original template frame corresponding to each business activity based on each activity type.
9. The template configuration method of claim 8, the looking up an original template frame corresponding to the business activity based on the activity type comprising:
determining an element corresponding to each activity type based on each activity type;
and creating the original template frame based on the elements corresponding to each activity type.
10. A template configuring apparatus comprising:
the system comprises an instruction receiving module, a service activity template configuration module and a service verification module, wherein the instruction receiving module is configured to receive a service activity template configuration instruction aiming at a service to be verified, and the service activity template configuration instruction comprises an activity type of a service activity;
a search module configured to search an original template frame corresponding to the business activity based on the activity type;
an extraction module configured to obtain activity details of at least one historical business activity associated with the activity type, and extract activity event execution information in the activity details;
the template generation module is configured to integrate the activity event execution information in the extraction result, and configure the general event execution information obtained by integration as template component information to the original template frame to generate a business activity template.
11. A computing device, comprising:
a memory and a processor;
the memory is for storing computer-executable instructions, and the processor is for executing the computer-executable instructions:
receiving a service activity template configuration instruction aiming at a service to be audited, wherein the service activity template configuration instruction comprises an activity type of a service activity;
searching an original template frame corresponding to the business activity based on the activity type;
acquiring activity details of at least one historical business activity associated with the activity type, and extracting activity event execution information in the activity details;
integrating the activity event execution information in the extraction result, and configuring the integrated general event execution information as template component information to the original template frame to generate a business activity template.
12. A computer readable storage medium storing computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the template configuration method of any one of claims 1 to 9.
