Abstract

本发明提供了寻呼机上有旋转枢轴的托架装置。在所述托架装置中,托架上有旋转盘和枢轴夹,以使用户在枢轴夹连在皮带上的情况下,能竖直移动并转动旋转托架。

Description

寻呼机上有旋转枢轴的托架装置
本发明涉及一种寻呼机,更具体而言,本发明涉及托架型寻呼机上的有旋转枢轴的托架装置,其可以使用户容易地观察液晶显示器上的信息。
一般说来,用于远程通讯的寻呼机根据用户携带机构分成两类,皮带夹型和托架型。
如图1所示,普通的皮带夹型寻呼机10有一机体16和一连在机体16后面的皮带夹14。在皮带夹14部分形成一枢轴,以相对机体16的后面使皮带夹14朝向或远离机体16移动一预定的角度。此外,液晶显示器12在机体16的上表面,以向用户显示字符和数字。
另一方面,如图2所示,普通的托架型寻呼机20有一机体16,支承机体16的托架18,以及由枢轴联在托架后面的上部的皮带夹。
皮带夹14以与图1所示皮带夹型寻呼机10的皮带夹14同样的方式,借助枢轴相对托架18的后表面,朝向或远离托架18移动一预定角度。液晶显示器置在机体16的前表面,以向用户显示字符和数字。
在普通的皮带夹寻呼机中,液晶显示器置在机体的上表面,该表面是沿机体六个表面中最小的一个,以方便使用者观察液晶显示器,但由此对液晶显示器的输出和外观设计产生限制。
在普通的托架型寻呼机上,用户要将机体从托架上拿下来观看液晶显示器,或将机体保留在托架中而使皮带夹相对使用者成一角度,很不方便地观察液晶显示器。
为克服上述问题,本发明的目的是提供寻呼机的有旋转枢轴的托架装置,以使用户在机体保持在托架中的情况下,方便地观察液晶显示器。
本发明的另一个目的是提供寻呼机上的有转动枢轴的托架装置,以允许液晶显示器变大,使用户能观察液晶显示器的输出,而不会有任何不方便,即使液晶显示器是设在机体的前表面。
为实现上述目的,提供了一种托架型寻呼机上用于固定机体的有旋转枢轴的托架装置。所述托架装置包括有后板的托架,从后板两端延伸出的机体导向件,以及从后板下端延伸出的安装板,内旋转盘、外旋转盘和一枢轴夹。所述后板在其中部有一预定深度的圆形安装沟槽。并在安装沟槽的中部形成安装孔。所述内旋转盘有从其一个表面中部伸出的环形配合部分以插入安装孔中。所述外旋转盘有一从其一个表面伸出的圆柱配合部分以与所述配合部分配合,还有在其另一表面的两侧形成的有孔的枢轴支承。所述枢轴夹有一外肋和一从外肋的一端伸出的曲线状内肋,枢轴从弯曲部分的两侧伸出,在此处内肋与外肋相遇,并且其两端的直径大于中间部分的直径,这样通过将枢轴的两端插入枢轴支承件的孔中,可使枢轴夹以一预定的角度朝向或远离后板移动。
本发明的上述目的和优点将参照附图以优选实施例的形式更清楚地描述。

本发明涉及一种寻呼机,更具体而言,本发明涉及一种寻呼机上的有旋转枢轴的托架装置,其可以使用户容易地观察液晶显示器上的信息。
图3是根据本发明优选实施例的有旋转枢轴的托架装置的分解透视图,图4是有旋转枢轴的托架装置的透视图,图5是有旋转枢轴的托架装置的侧视图,托架从其上除去。
如图3所示,根据本发明实施例的寻呼机上的有旋转枢轴的托架装置包括一固定机体的旋转托架100,安装在旋转托架100的后板40的外表面上的外旋转盘60,安装在所述后壁40的内表面上的内旋转盘50,一枢轴夹80与外旋转盘60相连,一个埋头螺钉将内旋转盘50与外旋转盘60连起来。
参照图3和图4,旋转托架100包括后板40,从后板40两侧延伸出的机体导向件41,从后板40的上端伸出的安装突出部分46,从后板的下端延伸出的安装盘43。
安装槽48在后板40的中部以预定深度形成圆形,并在安装槽48的中部形成孔42。在后板40的下部形成固定槽。
如图3和图5所示,外旋转盘60有一从其一个表面伸出的圆柱状配合突出部分,和在其另一个表面的两侧的有孔63的枢轴支承件62。在配合突出部分64的表面上形成一配合构槽65以与埋头螺钉56部分配合。
所述枢轴夹80包括一外肋78,从外肋的一端延伸出的弯曲内肋70和从所述弯曲部分的两侧伸出的枢轴72,在此处外肋78与内肋70相遇,如图3和图5所示。
所述内肋70的下部呈阶梯状向下。固定突出部分76从内肋70的阶梯状下部的一端向外伸出。固定肋74从内肋70的阶梯状下部的一端向内伸出。枢轴两端的直径比其中部的直径大。
如图3和图5所示,所述内旋转盘50包括一从其一个表面的中部延伸出的环状配合部分52,和一在其中部形成的螺纹孔54,该孔有一开口和一倾斜的内表面以插入埋头螺钉56。
此外,内旋转盘50的厚度等于安装槽48的深度,并且配合部分52的高度等于安装孔42的深度。
如前所述的有旋转枢轴的托架装置如图3~7进行组装,厚度与安装槽48的深度一样的内旋转盘50插入旋转托架100的安装构槽48中。同时配合部分52以与配合部分52的厚度同样的深度插入安装孔42中。
在外旋转盘60的一个表面上的配合突出部分64插入内旋转盘50的配合部分52,埋头螺钉56插入内旋转盘50的螺纹孔54以及在外旋转盘60的配合突出部分64上形成的配合构槽65中。由此外旋转盘60与内旋转盘50配合以绕安装孔42旋转。
同时通过将枢轴72的两端插入在外旋转盘60上形成的枢轴支承件62的孔63中,而将枢轴夹80与外旋转盘60连起来。因此枢轴夹80能通过枢轴72相对后板40以一预定角度朝向或远离后板40移动,并通过将内肋70的固定突出部分76插入旋转托架100的固定槽44中,而将其固定在后板40中。
并且枢轴夹不会向后板40倾斜,并平行后板40固定,这是由于外旋转盘60和内肋70阶梯状下部的厚度。
寻呼机体16装在托架装置中,有一如图6所示安装的旋转枢轴。
通过枢轴72能朝向或远离后板40移动枢轴夹80,并通过外旋转盘60旋转。也就是,由于使用者能竖直移动并旋转旋转托架100,即使枢轴夹80连在皮带上,使用户容易地观察置在机体16前表面的液晶显示器(未示出)的输出。
如上所述,根据本发明实施例的寻呼机上的有旋转枢轴的托架装置能使寻呼机前面的液晶显示器容易地观察,而无需将机体从托架上除下,并避免了将液晶显示器放在上表面的需要。因此能克服液晶显示器在尺寸和位置上的设计要求。
虽然本发明参照特殊实施例进行了描述和说明,但可以很清楚地理解,对本领域任何一个技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的实质和范围的前提下,可对其进行变动。因此其保护范围应由权利要求书限定。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于托架型寻呼机上固定机体的有旋转枢轴的托架装置,其包括:
有后板的托架,所述后板包括在其中部的、有一预定深度的圆形安装沟槽,从后板两端延伸出的机体导向件,以及从后板下端延伸出的安装板;
内旋转盘,所述内旋转盘有从其表面中部伸出的环形配合部分以插入安装孔中;
外旋转盘,所述外旋转盘在其一个表面上有圆柱配合突出部分以与所述配合部分配合,还有在其另一表面的两侧形成的有孔的枢轴支承;
枢轴夹,所述枢轴夹有一外肋和一从外肋的一端伸出的曲线状内肋,枢轴从弯曲部分的两侧伸出,在此处内肋与外肋相遇,并且其两端的直径大于中间部分的直径,这样通过将枢轴的两端插入枢轴支承件的孔中,可使枢轴夹以一预定的角度朝向或远离后板移动。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种托架型寻呼机上的有旋转枢轴的托架装置,其中,在所述外旋转盘的配合突出部分的一个表面上形成配合沟槽以与配合件的一端配合,在所述内旋转盘的中部形成螺纹孔,以插入配合件,这样通过将配合件插入螺纹孔和配合沟槽中,内旋转盘与外旋转盘配合。
3.如权利要求2所述的寻呼机上的有旋转枢轴的托架装置,其中,所述配合件是一埋头螺钉,所述内旋转盘的螺纹孔有一较大的开口和一倾斜的内表面,以插入埋头螺钉。
4.如权利要求1所述的寻呼机上的有旋转枢轴的托架装置,其中,在所述后板的下部形成固定槽,一固定突出部分从内肋的一端向外突出,端部呈钩状向上,这样通过将固定突出部分插入固定槽中,而将枢轴夹固定到后板上。
5.如权利要求1所述的寻呼机上的有旋转枢轴的托架装置,其中,所述枢轴夹的内肋下部向外呈阶梯状,以阻止枢轴夹相对预定厚度的外旋转盘倾斜,并且平行于后板固定枢轴夹。
