Each variable-diameter drill bit 11 comprises an inverted U-shaped fixing plate 12, a second screw rod 13 in transmission connection with the inverted U-shaped fixing plate 12, a fixed mounting seat 14 in transmission connection with the second screw rod 13 through a screw nut, an expanding push rod 15 fixedly arranged at the bottom of the fixed mounting seat 14 and a spiral drill bit 16 fixedly connected with the expanding push rod 15, a handle 17 fixedly connected with the input end of the second screw rod 13 is arranged on the outer side surface of the inverted U-shaped fixing plate 12, and a first slot 21 is formed in one end, far away from the center of the disc 10, of the second screw rod 13.
The disc 10 is provided with 4 fixing devices 27 at positions corresponding to the positions of the inverted U-shaped fixing plate 12 in the circumferential direction, and the fixing devices 27 are used for fixing the two lead screws 13. When the radius of the variable diameter drill bit 11 needs to be adjusted, the fixing shaft 26 is drawn out from the first slot 21 and the second slot 25, and the limitation of the fixing device 27 on the second screw rod 13 is released. The variable-diameter drill bit 11 drives the second screw rod 13 to rotate through the rotating handle 17, so that the movement of the fixed mounting seat 14 in the horizontal direction is controlled, the diameter-expanding push rod 15 and the spiral drill bit 16 are driven to horizontally move, the diameter of the whole variable-diameter drill bit 11 is changed, and the problems that the existing hole digger for digging holes on the tower pole of the power grid cannot be changed in diameter and different hole diameters are provided with drill bits with different diameters can be solved.
When the radius of the variable diameter drill bit 11 is adjusted, the fixing shaft 26 is inserted into the first slot 21 and the second slot 25, so that the fixing device 27 fixes the second screw rod 13, the operation stability of the variable diameter drill bit 11 is improved, the handle 17 is not loosened during pit digging operation, and the second screw rod 13 is not rotated.
The invention adopts the cooperation of a plurality of spiral drill bits 16, enhances the digging effect, enhances the unearthing efficiency and solves the problem of low unearthing rate of the traditional drill bit.
