When the circulation pump 8 is reversed, the circulation pump 8 can pump the washing water to the plurality of nozzles 12 through the circulation water pipe 10, and then the nozzles 12 spray the washing water into the tub 3. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the nozzle 12 may be connected to the annular chamber 11 by any feasible connection, for example by injection moulding in one piece with the annular chamber 11, by means of a plug, screw, fusion, ultrasonic welding, etc.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, a plurality of nozzles 12 are provided on the sealing window gasket 5 at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the sealing window gasket 5 so that the plurality of nozzles 12 can collectively provide a uniform water flow to the inner tube 3 (as shown in fig. 1). Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the number of nozzles 12 may be any number, such as five, six, eight, nine, etc. Further, the plurality of nozzles 12 may be disposed on the sealing gasket 5 at unequal intervals as needed by those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 8, the sealing gasket 5 is provided with a plurality of through holes (not shown) corresponding to the number of the nozzles 12, and each through hole has a diameter smaller than that of the nozzle 12, so that the nozzle 12 and the sealing gasket 5 are connected together by interference fit, and thus the sealing between the nozzle 12 and the sealing gasket 5 is achieved. Furthermore, the through hole of the sealing window gasket 5 can be provided as any other mounting hole, such as a threaded hole, a splined hole, a tapered hole, a polygonal hole, etc., as required by those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a plurality of shielding structures 51 corresponding to the number of nozzles 12 are provided on the inner side of the sealing gasket 5. The shielding structure 51 is disposed around the through hole. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the shielding structure 51 and the sealing gasket 5 may be connected together in any feasible manner, such as integral injection molding, welding, ultrasonic welding, etc.
As shown in fig. 9, the shutter 51 is an inverted bowl-shaped structure that forms a cavity 511 with the gasket 5, the cavity 511 being used to receive and enclose the end of the nozzle 12. Preventing the end of the nozzle 12 from catching on the laundry when the user puts the laundry into the drum 3 or takes the laundry out of the drum 3. Further, the shielding structure 51 is further provided with an opening 512 on a side facing the inner tub 3, and the opening 512 is aligned with the injection port 123 (shown in fig. 10) of the nozzle 12 to ensure that the nozzle 12 can smoothly inject the washing water into the inner tub 3.
As shown in fig. 10 to 12, the nozzle 12 of the present invention mainly includes a main body 121, a shielding portion 122 provided at one end of the main body 121, an injection port 123 formed between the main body 121 and the shielding portion 122, and a connecting portion (not shown) provided at the other end of the main body 121. Wherein the body 121 is connected with the annular chamber 11 by a connecting portion. The body 121 is provided with a passage 1211 inside, a lower end (water inlet end) of the passage 1211 is communicated with the annular chamber 11, and an upper end (water outlet end) of the passage 1211 is communicated with the injection port 123. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that body 121 and shroud 122 may be connected together in any feasible manner, such as injection molding, welding, ultrasonic welding, etc. Further, the jet port 123 is flat so that the nozzle 12 can jet the fan-shaped washing water.
As shown in fig. 11, the height of the lower wall of the injection port 123 (i.e., the upper end of the body 121) is gradually increased in the injection direction of the washing water injected in the injection port 123; wherein the height is a distance from the upper end of the body 121 to the lower end of the body 121. The height of the upper wall of the injection port 123 (i.e., the side of the shielding portion 122 close to the body 121) is gradually increased in the injection direction of the washing water injected in the injection port 123; the height is a distance from the lower side (lower end surface) of the shielding portion 122 to the lower end of the main body 121.
As can be seen from fig. 11, the height difference of the lower wall of the ejection port 123 is H. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the upper wall and the lower wall of the injection port 123 are substantially parallel, and therefore, the height difference of the upper wall of the injection port 123 is also H. The angle between the upper wall of the ejection port 123 and the horizontal direction corresponding to the height difference H is α. The upper and lower walls of the injection port 123 are configured as described above in order to direct the injection direction of the injection port 123 toward the axis of the inner tub 3 so that the washing water can uniformly fall into the inner tub 3. Alternatively, one skilled in the art can set H and α as described above to any feasible values as desired. For example, α is set to 0 ° or 90 °, even if the ejection direction of the ejection port 123 is perpendicular or parallel to the axial direction of the main body 121.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the lower end surface of the shielding portion 122 may be disposed obliquely as described above, or may be disposed perpendicularly to the axial direction of the main body 121. The shielding part 122 plays a role of colliding with the washing water flowing in the passage 1211 to scatter the washing water, so that the washing water is sprayed from the spray port 123 and then is formed in a waterfall shape.
As shown in fig. 12, the junction of the main body 121 and the water guard portion 122 forms a starting end (an arc-shaped dotted line in fig. 12) of the injection port 123, the height of which gradually increases along the circumferential direction of the main body 121. Wherein the height is a distance from the start end to the lower end of the body 121.
As can be seen from fig. 12, the height difference between the highest and lowest points of the starting end is h. Here, h is present for the purpose of forming the flat ejection port 123 in fig. 12 at an angle β with the horizontal direction in fig. 12. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, 0 ° < β < 90 °.
As shown in fig. 13, when β is 0 °, a plane formed by the positions where the washing water ejected from the ejection port 123 falls is substantially perpendicular to the axis of the inner tub 3 (the chain line in fig. 13).
As shown in fig. 14, when 0 ° < β < 90 °, the plane formed by the position where the washing water ejected from the ejection port 123 falls is inclined to the axis of the inner tub 3 (the chain line in fig. 14).
Therefore, the included angle β allows the fan-shaped washing water ejected from the ejection port 123 to have a longitudinal extension of L length on the axis of the inner tub 3 when the washing water falls into the inner tub 3. Wherein L can be any feasible value, such as 3cm, 4cm, 6cm, and the like.
In summary, the drum washing machine of the present invention not only simplifies the installation structure of the nozzles 12 by disposing the nozzles 12 on the sealing window gasket 5 at equal intervals, but also maintains the original structure of the outer tub 2, reduces the production cost of the drum washing machine, and simultaneously provides the laundry in the inner tub 3 with the washing water sprayed in a ring shape as shown in fig. 1. Furthermore, the jet opening 123 of the nozzle 12 is obliquely arranged, so that the jet opening 123 has an included angle alpha and an included angle beta, and further, the nozzle 12 can not only spray the washing water to the axis of the inner barrel 3, but also can enable the washing water to longitudinally cover the inner barrel 3 along the axis of the inner barrel 3, so that the clothes in the inner barrel 3 can be sprayed better, and the washing effect of the washing machine is optimized.
In another possible embodiment of the invention, the person skilled in the art can also arrange the nozzle 12 in any possible position, as required. As an example one, a plurality of nozzles 12 are provided at equal intervals at the edge of the outer cylindrical opening. As an example, the plurality of nozzles 12 are provided on the door 4 at equal intervals.
In another possible technical solution of the present invention, a plurality of water pipes may be provided as required by those skilled in the art, so that each nozzle 12 can be individually communicated with the water outlet of the circulation pump 8 through one water pipe.
It should be noted that the combination of the above technical solutions of the present invention also falls into the protection scope of the present invention. The combination not only comprises the combination among a plurality of complete technical schemes, but also comprises the reasonable combination of partial technical characteristics in each technical scheme.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
