Abstract

At present, most of bolt distribution mechanisms in the automobile manufacturing industry are suitable for feeding by a vibrating hopper or a lifter. The feeding of the vibrating hopper or the elevator has the advantages of safety and reliability, but has great inconvenience. Firstly, when the bolts are manually loaded, the bolts are large in quantity and heavy in weight, and manual loading is difficult; in addition, bolts are manually poured into the hopper or the elevator and mutual friction among the bolts causes damage to threads, which is not allowed by many automobile manufacturers.
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, a novel bolt turntable material distributing mechanism is researched and designed, so that the problem in the prior art is very necessary to be solved.

The manual feeding device is used for solving the technical problems that manual feeding quantity is large, weight is large, and mutual friction between bolts causes thread damage and the like in the prior art.
