Abstract
The invention relates to a bolt turntable material distribution mechanism and the technical field of bolt assembly auxiliary equipment in a machining site, in particular to a material distribution device for bolts. The invention comprises the following steps: the device comprises a base, a turntable moving device, a bolt rotating device and a bolt feeding device. The rotary table moving device is arranged on the base, and the bolt rotating device and the bolt feeding device are jointly arranged on the upper part of the rotary table moving device. The technical scheme of the invention solves the problems of large quantity of manual feeding, heavy weight, thread damage caused by mutual friction between bolts and the like in the prior art.

The invention relates to the technical field of bolt assembly auxiliary equipment in a machining site, in particular to a bolt distributing device.
Background
At present, most of bolt distribution mechanisms in the automobile manufacturing industry are suitable for feeding by a vibrating hopper or a lifter. The feeding of the vibrating hopper or the elevator has the advantages of safety and reliability, but has great inconvenience. Firstly, when the bolts are manually loaded, the bolts are large in quantity and heavy in weight, and manual loading is difficult; in addition, bolts are manually poured into the hopper or the elevator and mutual friction among the bolts causes damage to threads, which is not allowed by many automobile manufacturers.
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, a novel bolt turntable material distributing mechanism is researched and designed, so that the problem in the prior art is very necessary to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to research and design a novel bolt turnplate material dividing mechanism. The manual feeding device is used for solving the technical problems that manual feeding quantity is large, weight is large, and mutual friction between bolts causes thread damage and the like in the prior art.

Furthermore, the swing cylinder is a rotary cylinder which rotates 180 degrees, and can drive the rotary table to rotate 180 degrees, so that the bolt transfer hole is ensured to rotate to the bolt feed opening from the bolt feed opening under the driving of the bolt transfer hole.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

3. the bolt turnplate material distributing mechanism provided by the invention can realize two material receiving and feeding positions, and shortens the conveying time, thereby improving the material distributing efficiency;
4. the bolt turnplate material distributing mechanism provided by the invention has the advantages of novel and compact structure, simple and convenient processing, convenient use, safety, reliability, improvement on working efficiency and the like,
in conclusion, the technical scheme of the invention solves the problems that the manual feeding quantity is large, the weight is heavy, the mutual friction between bolts causes thread damage and the like in the prior art.
