Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of bolt turntable material distribution mechanisms and auxiliary bolt assembly equipment in a machining site, in particular to a material distribution device of bolts. The invention comprises the following steps: base, carousel mobile device, bolt slewer and bolt material feeding unit. The turntable moving device is arranged on the base, and the bolt rotating device and the bolt feeding device are jointly arranged on the upper part of the turntable moving device. The technical scheme of the invention solves the problems of large number of manual feeding, heavy weight, thread damage caused by mutual friction between bolts and the like in the prior art.

At present, in the bolt feed mechanism of the automobile manufacturing industry, a plurality of bolts are suitable for feeding by a vibration hopper or a lifting machine. The vibration hopper or elevator feeding has the advantage of safety and reliability, but has great inconvenience. Firstly, when the bolts are manually charged, the bolts are large in number and weight, and the manual charging is difficult; in addition, the bolts are manually poured into the hopper or the elevator, and the mutual friction among the bolts is harmful to threads, which is not allowed by many automobile manufacturers.
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, a novel bolt turntable distributing mechanism is researched and designed, so that the problems in the prior art are overcome.

The screw thread feeding device is used for solving the technical problems of high manual feeding quantity, heavy weight, screw thread damage caused by mutual friction among bolts and the like in the prior art.

When the feeding device works, bolts are conveyed to a material receiving position of the turntable through the linear feeding mechanism, the bolts enter a bolt transfer hole of the turntable from a bolt feeding hole of the guide plate, after a material switch detects that materials exist, the swinging cylinder rotates 180 degrees to feed the bolts to the material receiving position, and after a material pushing switch detects that materials exist, the feeding deflector rod pushes the bolts to the feeding mechanism from the bolt transfer hole through a bolt discharging hole, so that the bolts which are continuously arranged in parallel are separated into single bolts for feeding. The rotary device and the bolt feeding device are fixed on the base through the linear guide rail assembly, and the turntable moving device achieves two receiving and feeding positions of the turntable through extension and retraction of the air cylinder.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

in conclusion, the technical scheme of the invention solves the problems of large number of manual feeding, heavy weight, thread damage caused by mutual friction between bolts and the like in the prior art.
