The preparation method of the curcumin composition effervescent tablet refers to the preparation method of the effervescent tablet in the prior art, and generally comprises the steps of mixing into acid granules, alkali granules, boiling and drying, granulating, tabletting and the like.
The kudzuvine root used in the effervescent tablet contains carbohydrate, vegetable protein, a plurality of vitamins and mineral substances, and in addition, contains flavonoid substances: daidzein and daidzin, and daidzein-4, 7-diglucoside, puerarin-7 xyloside, puerarin, radix Puerariae and isoflavone glycoside, etc., and can effectively antagonize lipid peroxidation damage of liver and testis caused by alcohol. The daidzin can decompose acetaldehyde toxicity, prevent reduction of brain inhibitory function of alcohol, inhibit absorption of alcohol by intestine and stomach, and promote metabolism and excretion of alcohol in blood.
The cardamom in the formula contains flavonoid compounds: quercetin, kaempferol, rhamnus limonin, Sasa albo-marginata, kaempferide, cardamom chalcone, raw pine flavanone, and diphenyl heptane compounds. It is suitable for patients with spleen and stomach qi stagnation, anorexia, food retention, chest distress, abdominal distention, belch, regurgitation, and thick and greasy tongue coating.
The semen Hoveniae contains a large amount of dihydromyricetin, glucose and organic acid, and has effects of expanding blood volume of human body, relieving alcoholism, relieving hangover and tranquilizing mind.
In the effervescent tablet, curcumin can relieve alcoholism and protect liver, and round cardamom can treat chest distress, abdominal distension, eructation and regurgitation. The kudzuvine root contains soyabean glycoside to decompose alcohol toxicity, the hovenia dulcis thunb contains a large amount of dihydromyricetin, glucose and organic acid to expand the blood volume of a human body, and the effects of sobering up and soothing the nerves are achieved, and the four have obvious synergistic effects.

A method for preparing curcumin composition effervescent tablet comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 10 parts of curcumin, 20 parts of kudzu root, 10 parts of round cardamom and 10 parts of hovenia dulcis thunb; respectively drying the weighed Chinese herbal medicines in an oven at the temperature of 80-85 ℃ for 2.5-4.0 h, then respectively crushing the dried Chinese herbal medicines for 35-50 s by using a crusher, sieving to obtain Chinese herbal medicine powder, adding the Chinese herbal medicine powder into 500mL of 40% ethanol solution, refluxing for 2h, controlling the temperature to be 70 ℃, carrying out suction filtration to obtain a filtrate A, repeatedly refluxing the obtained filter residue for 2h, carrying out suction filtration to obtain a filtrate B, combining the filtrates A, B, and carrying out reduced pressure concentration at the temperature of 70 ℃ until no ethanol smell exists, thereby obtaining an alcohol-free leaching solution;
(2) concentrating the alcohol-free leaching liquor for 20min under the conditions that the vacuum degree is-0.085-0.09 MPa and the temperature is 70 ℃ to fully concentrate the extracting solution to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine extracting concentrated solution;
(3) mixing the citric acid, the sodium bicarbonate, the auxiliary materials and the traditional Chinese medicine concentrated solution in a mass ratio of 1:1:4:2 to obtain acid granules, alkali granules, boiling, drying, granulating and tabletting to obtain the curcumin composition effervescent tablet.
Example 2
A method for preparing curcumin composition effervescent tablet comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 1 part by weight of curcumin, 10 parts by weight of kudzu root, 20 parts by weight of round cardamom and 15 parts by weight of hovenia dulcis thunb; respectively drying the weighed Chinese herbal medicines in an oven at 80-85 ℃ for 2.5-4.0 h, then respectively crushing the dried Chinese herbal medicines for 35-50 s by using a crusher, sieving to obtain Chinese herbal medicine powder, adding the Chinese herbal medicine powder into 500mL of 50% ethanol solution, refluxing for 2.5h, controlling the temperature to be 80 ℃, carrying out suction filtration to obtain filtrate A, repeatedly refluxing the obtained filter residue for 2.5h, carrying out suction filtration to obtain filtrate B, combining the filtrates A, B, and carrying out reduced pressure concentration at 80 ℃ until no ethanol smell exists, thus obtaining an alcohol-free leaching solution;
(2) concentrating the alcohol-free leaching liquor for 20min under the conditions that the vacuum degree is-0.085-0.09 MPa and the temperature is 80 ℃ to fully concentrate the extracting solution to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine extracting concentrated solution;
(3) mixing the citric acid, the sodium bicarbonate, the auxiliary materials and the traditional Chinese medicine concentrated solution in a mass ratio of 1:1:4:2 to obtain acid granules, alkali granules, boiling, drying, granulating and tabletting to obtain the curcumin composition effervescent tablet.
Example 3
A method for preparing curcumin composition effervescent tablet comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 20 parts of curcumin, 30 parts of kudzu root, 5 parts of round cardamom and 20 parts of hovenia dulcis thunb; respectively drying the weighed Chinese herbal medicines in an oven at the temperature of 80-85 ℃ for 2.5-4.0 h, then respectively crushing the dried Chinese herbal medicines for 35-50 s by using a crusher, sieving to obtain Chinese herbal medicine powder, adding the Chinese herbal medicine powder into 500mL of 35% ethanol solution, refluxing for 3h, controlling the temperature to be 75 ℃, carrying out suction filtration to obtain a filtrate A, repeatedly refluxing the obtained filter residue for 3h, carrying out suction filtration to obtain a filtrate B, combining the filtrates A, B, and carrying out reduced pressure concentration at the temperature of 75 ℃ until no ethanol smell exists, thereby obtaining an alcohol-free leaching solution;
(2) concentrating the alcohol-free leaching liquor for 20min under the conditions that the vacuum degree is-0.085-0.09 MPa and the temperature is 75 ℃ to fully concentrate the extracting solution to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine extracting concentrated solution;
(3) mixing the citric acid, the sodium bicarbonate, the auxiliary materials and the traditional Chinese medicine concentrated solution in a mass ratio of 1:1:4:2 to obtain acid granules, alkali granules, boiling, drying, granulating and tabletting to obtain the curcumin composition effervescent tablet.
Example 4
A method for preparing curcumin composition effervescent tablet comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 15 parts of curcumin, 18 parts of kudzu root, 16 parts of round cardamom and 25 parts of hovenia dulcis thunb; respectively drying the weighed Chinese herbal medicines in an oven at 80-85 ℃ for 2.5-4.0 h, then respectively crushing the dried Chinese herbal medicines for 35-50 s by using a crusher, sieving to obtain Chinese herbal medicine powder, adding the Chinese herbal medicine powder into 500mL of 50% ethanol solution, refluxing for 2h, controlling the temperature to be 80 ℃, carrying out suction filtration to obtain a filtrate A, repeatedly refluxing the obtained filter residue for 2h, carrying out suction filtration to obtain a filtrate B, combining the filtrates A, B, and carrying out reduced pressure concentration at 80 ℃ until no ethanol smell exists, thereby obtaining an alcohol-free leaching solution;
(2) concentrating the alcohol-free leaching liquor for 20min under the conditions that the vacuum degree is-0.085-0.09 MPa and the temperature is 80 ℃ to fully concentrate the extracting solution to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine extracting concentrated solution;
(3) mixing the citric acid, the sodium bicarbonate, the auxiliary materials and the traditional Chinese medicine concentrated solution in a mass ratio of 1:1:4:2 to obtain acid granules, alkali granules, boiling, drying, granulating and tabletting to obtain the curcumin composition effervescent tablet.
