背景技术
在现有技术中,已知文献FR2994866A1描述了一种分配头,其中,在截锥形表面中形成涡流通道,涡流通道以一定角度通向限定圆柱形侧壁的涡流腔。更具体地,形成喷孔和圆柱形壁的喷嘴围绕形成底壁和其中形成涡流通道的截锥形表面的心轴接合。因此,来自涡流通道的流体产品流通过涡流室朝向喷孔进入涡流腔。应该注意的是,与常规分配头相比,现有技术的这种分配头中的流体产品的通过截面特别减小。分配孔的直径约为150微米,而对于常规分配头而言,直径约为300微米。

发明内容

5.根据权利要求1所述的流体产品分配头,其特征在于,流体产品分配头还包括:连接套筒(11),能够接纳分配构件(D)的致动杆(5);以及喷嘴(2),喷嘴与一体式主体(1)一起在分配孔(21)上游限定涡流腔(22)以及涡流通道(23),涡流通道横向地通到涡流腔(22),以便通过分配孔(21)喷射流体产品。
6.根据权利要求1所述的流体产品分配头,其特征在于,分配孔(21)的直径小于或等于150微米。
7.根据权利要求4所述的流体产品分配头,其特征在于,喷嘴形成有2至100个为1微米至100微米直径的分配孔的网。
8.一种流体产品分配器,包括容器(R)、安装在容器(R)上的泵、以及与泵相结合的根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的流体产品分配头(T)。
