Abstract

本发明涉及连接器技术领域,具体涉及线夹连接器,包括U型架和弹片,弹片的下端连接U型架的底板,弹片的上端朝向U型架的容纳空间内弯折,夹线板与U型架一体成型且线夹自U型架弯折延伸形成,能够节省整体线夹连接器的空间,节省整体手机板内部的空间,有利于手机小型化的发展。

本发明涉及连接器技术领域,具体涉及线夹连接器。
背景技术
目前手机越来越趋向于扁平小巧型,这样给予手机内部的器件空间越来越小,手机板上的器件密布,而现有的手机板中,线夹和接触器通常都是单独焊装或者组装,则需要给予两个产品更多的空间,不利于手机小型化的发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足,而提供一种节省空间的线夹连接器。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
提供线夹连接器,包括U型架和弹片,所述弹片的下端连接所述U型架的底板,所述弹片的上端朝向所述U型架的容纳空间内弯折,一个用于夹持线缆的夹线板自所述U型架弯折延伸形成,且所述夹线板与所述U型架一体成型,所述夹线板与所述底板之间形成有用于夹持线缆的夹持槽。
其中,所述U型架的第一侧板的末端连接有弯折部,所述弯折部的折弯方向与所述U型架的开口方向相反,所述夹线板连接所述弯折部的末端。
其中,所述底板的一端连接所述弹片,所述底板的另一端连接弯折部,所述弯折部贴合所述底板的外表面折弯,所述夹线板的一侧臂连接所述弯折部。
其中,所述弯折部的底部与所述夹线板的底部位于同一平面。
其中,所述夹线板的侧臂末端连接有导引板,所述导引板的折弯方向与所述夹持槽的开口方向相反。
其中,所述弹片为经一次弯折后开口朝向底板方向的U型弯曲壁。
其中,所述U型架的第一侧板的末端朝向所述U型架的第二侧板的末端弯折有第一挡板,所述第一挡板挡止在所述弹片的U型弯曲壁与弹片的根部之间的外壁。
其中,所述U型弯曲壁的侧壁设有卡块,所述第一侧板的末端对应所述U型弯曲壁的位置,且所述第二侧板的末端凸伸有能够对所述卡块进行限位的第二挡板。
本发明的有益效果如下:夹线板与U型架一体成型,将夹线板与弯折部集成为一体,当夹线安装在手机板内时,能够节省整体手机板内部的空间,有利于手机小型化的发展,且在生产线夹连接器的时候,只需要开一套模具、一次冲压、一次电镀、一次组装即可,节省成本。

接触器1,底板10,第一侧板11,第二侧板12,容纳空间13,弹片14,卡块15,第一挡板16,第二挡板17,夹持槽20,弯折部21,导引板23,夹线板24。
具体实施方式
结合以下实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
本发明的线夹连接器的具体实施方式之一,如图1-图2所示,包括接触器1,该接触器1为天线接触器,接触器1包括U型架和弹片14,U型架的开口朝向左,该U型架由竖直设置的底板10和第一侧板11、第二侧板12组成,其中第一侧板11和第二侧板12分别位于该底板10的上下两侧,且第一侧板11和第二侧板12均朝向左侧延伸,底板10与第一侧板11、第二侧板12之间具有一容纳空间13,第一侧板11的末端连接有向下折弯的弯折部21,该弯折部21的折弯方向与U型架的开口方向相反,且弯折部21贴合底板10延伸。底板10的端部连接有弹片14,该弹片14朝向容纳空间13弯折形成,该弹片14为经一次弯折后开口朝向底板10方向的U型弯曲壁。
U型架连接有夹线板24,该夹线板24用于夹持线缆,夹线板24连接该弯折部21,且夹线板24与弯折部21一体成型且夹线板24自弯折部21朝向上弯折形成,夹线板24与底板10之间形成有用于夹持线缆的夹持槽20,该夹持槽20为U型设置,其开口朝向上,线缆位于夹持槽20内。上述结构中,夹线板24与接触器1的弯折部21一体成型,将夹线板24与弯折部21集成为一体,当夹线连接器安装在手机板内时,能够节省整体手机板内部的空间,有利于手机小型化的发展,且在生产线夹连接器的时候,只需要开一套模具、一次冲压、一次电镀、一次组装即可,节省成本,无需进行多个结构的冲压、电镀等。
夹线板24的侧臂末端连接有导引板23,该导引板23为弧形设置,且导引板23的折弯方向与夹持槽20的开口方向相反,当线缆插入的时候能够沿着该导引板23进入到夹持槽20内,导引板23起到引导线缆插入的作用。
弯折部21的底部与夹线板24的底部位于同一平面,即弯折部21的底部与夹线板24的底部均与PCB板(未图示)焊接,弹片14用于与壳体(未图示)连接,该壳体为金属壳体,这样的设置使得壳体通过弹片14、夹线板24与PCB板实现电连接。夹持槽20连接在弯折部21的中部,使得夹持槽20夹持线缆更加稳固。
如图3-图4所示,本发明的线夹连接器的另一个实施例,其他结构与上述实施例一一致,不同之处在于:第一侧板11的末端连接有向上(朝向第二侧板12的末端)凸伸的第一挡板16和第二挡板17,第一挡板16和第二挡板17相邻,第一挡板16挡止在弹片14的U型弯曲壁与弹片14的根部之间的外壁上,这样能够防止弹片向外过度弹出,第一挡板16起到限位的作用。第二挡板17对应U型弯曲壁的位置设置,U型弯曲壁的侧壁设有与第二挡板17卡接的卡块15,卡块15被第二挡板17挡止,能够防止卡块15由于弹性形变向外弹出。
底板10的一端部连接该弹片14,底板的另一端连接弯折部21,弯折部21沿着底板10的外表面折弯,夹线板24的一侧臂连接该弯折部21,且夹线板24与弯折部21一体成型。
夹线板位于弯折部21的中部,夹持槽的20开口朝向上,夹持槽20的另一侧臂末端连接有导引板23。

Claims (8)

1.线夹连接器,其特征在于:包括U型架和弹片,所述弹片的下端连接所述U型架的底板,所述弹片的上端朝向所述U型架的容纳空间内弯折,一个用于夹持线缆的夹线板自所述U型架弯折延伸形成,且所述夹线板与所述U型架一体成型,所述夹线板与所述底板之间形成有用于夹持线缆的夹持槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的线夹连接器,其特征在于:所述U型架的第一侧板的末端连接有弯折部,所述弯折部的折弯方向与所述U型架的开口方向相反,所述夹线板连接所述弯折部的末端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的线夹连接器,其特征在于:所述底板的一端连接所述弹片,所述底板的另一端连接弯折部,所述弯折部贴合所述底板的外表面折弯,所述夹线板的一侧臂连接所述弯折部。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的线夹连接器,其特征在于:所述弯折部的底部与所述夹线板的底部位于同一平面。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的线夹连接器,其特征在于:所述夹线板的侧臂末端连接有导引板,所述导引板的折弯方向与所述夹持槽的开口方向相反。
6.根据权利要求3所述的线夹连接器,其特征在于:所述弹片为经一次弯折后开口朝向底板方向的U型弯曲壁。
7.根据权利要求6所述的线夹连接器,其特征在于:所述U型架的第一侧板的末端朝向所述U型架的第二侧板的末端弯折有第一挡板,所述第一挡板挡止在所述弹片的U型弯曲壁与弹片的根部之间的外壁。
8.根据权利要求7所述的线夹连接器,其特征在于:所述U型弯曲壁的侧壁设有卡块,所述第一侧板的末端对应所述U型弯曲壁的位置,且所述第二侧板的末端凸伸有能够对所述卡块进行限位的第二挡板。
